All money contributed to the RNC will be used against conservatives and help Marxist democrat want-to-be RINO´s.

The only way to help conservatives is to donate directly to the individual running for office.

The midterm elections are a few months away and politicians should be worried, at least about the small business vote, according to a new poll from Manta, the online community for small businesses. According to the survey of 1,511 small business owners, 81% of respondents who plan to vote in the midterm elections intend to throw their support behind a challenger. While the Republican Party has typically been viewed as the biggest supporter of small business, only 32% think so right now, marking a 22% decline since 2012. The Democrats aren’t immune to the dissatisfaction either. Manta’s survey shows 26% don’t

Why Interest Rates
Need to Stay Low
New York Times, by Editorial    Original Article

A sharp debate within the Federal Reserve over when to raise interest rates was publicly aired last week at the annual central bankers’ conference in Jackson Hole, Wyo. On one side is a small yet vocal minority of Fed officials who want to head off inflation by raising rates sooner rather than later. On the other is a majority that thinks a near-term rate hike would stifle growth and, with it, any chance of restoring health to the labor market. That group includes Janet Yellen, the Fed’s chairwoman, and most members of the Fed’s policy committee. Continue reading the main story Related

My blood is still boiling over the recent murder by beheading of an American citizen at the hands of the terrorist group ISIL, or ISIS, or whatever these murderous fools call themselves. Their real name is EVIL. I listened to the president last week as he appropriately conveyed Americans’ revulsion at this savage act and our grief at the Foley family’s loss. As usual, the president’s words were very eloquent. To his credit, the president was unequivocal regarding the evil of this terrorist group, and he took the time to list some of their crimes against humanity. But

It turns out that there are some good reasons why the former Governor and GOP Presidential nominee is allowing his name to be circulated as a potential candidate in 2016. Some of those good reasons can be found in a new poll by Zogby Analytics showing him outpolling his nearest rivals for the nomination by about two to one. The poll of 315 likely Republican primary voters was conducted online on August 13-15 and has a margin of sampling error of +/-5.6 percentage points. Romney places first in the 2016 race for the nomination with 20%, followed by New jersey Governor

Talk to any of Mitt Romney’s closest political advisers, and the answer is the same: He won’t run for president in 2016. “I take Mitt at his absolute word. He’s not running,” says Ron Kaufman, Republican national committeeman for Massachusetts and a senior adviser to Mr. Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign. “He’s been very clear – he loved running, gave it his best, and lost,” Mr. Kaufman told this reporter at the RNC’s summer meeting in Chicago last week. “Now he’s helping the Republicans win the Senate.” Romney’s former finance chair, Spencer Zwick, has also put out

“Great nations need organizing principles – and ‘Don’t do stupid stuff’ is not an organizing principle.” So said former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton in an interview with The Atlantic. So why is she doing stupid things? The Washington Post called her “blunt” criticism of the Obama administration “surprising.” Well, it’s certainly not surprising to anyone who has followed her career. Don’t forget: she made her debut as a Wellesley College senior. She bluntly told off Massachusetts Sen. Edward M. Brooke. Sen. Brooke, a liberal Republican, was the first black man elected to the Senate since Reconstruction.

I was surprised by the statement made by former Florida governor Jeb Bush at the Faith and Freedom Coalition’s Road to Majority conference in 2013. “Immigrants create far more businesses than native-born Americans. Immigrants are more fertile, and they love families, and they have more intact families, and they bring a younger population. Immigrants create an engine of economic prosperity.” (Aaron Blake, Jeb Bush: U.S. Economy needs immigrants because they’re ‘more fertile,’ Washington Post, June 14, 2013)

Russo also helped start the Our Country Deserves Better PAC, aka the Tea Party Express. Move America Forward has run fake drives to give care packages to troops, stolen images of other charitable campaigns and passed them off as its own, and trumpeted a nonexistent partnership with Walter Reed Hospital — all while funneling very real millions to itself. The group is an industry leader at taking your Tea

There is this notion, one we hear more and more, that the Republican Party has to shed the social issues to seize the future. “Social issues are not the business of government!” says thoroughly modern millennial. It’s a seductive cry, one repeated this past Tuesday in an article about how some young libertarians dubbed the “Liberty Kids” are taking over the moribund Los Angeles GOP. Oh, wouldn’t the political landscape be simple if we could just boil things down to fiscal responsibility? But life is seldom simple.

During the past few days, the extremist group known as the Islamic State has made significant advances. After consolidating its gains since the fall of Mosul and other Sunni areas, the group sought to move toward Baghdad. For now, that advance has been blocked by Shiite militias, what remains of the Iraqi forces and assistance from Iran and the United States. It is evident, however, that the Islamic State has amassed enough manpower and resources to move against the Kurdish region. Last month, a curious thing happened: After a long day of work, my husband showed up on our doorstep with a six-pack of Pabst Blue Ribbon. “It was on sale,” he said, offering up the iconic red, white, and blue cans. “If the hipsters like it, how bad can it be?” (Spoiler alert: pretty bad.) What you need to know about my husband is that, while I think he’s cool, he’s not, you know, hipster cool. Earlier this year, he asked me what Coachella was. And he’s been to Brooklyn exactly zero times. As such, his buying PBR is the perfect example of

Washington — Panera Bread on Monday asked customers not to bring firearms into its restaurants, joining a growing list of retail and fast-food chains that have declared their establishments gun-free zones. The Obama administration will make a decision on executive action to prevent corporations from leaving the country in the "very near future," Treasury Secretary Jack Lew said Monday morning. Speaking at an event on business taxes at the Urban Institute in Washington, Lew placed the responsibility on Congress to address so-called tax inversions, but said that the administration was prepared to step in if lawmakers don´t move quickly enough. Inversions are tax maneuvers in which corporations buy firms in low-tax countries in order to place their headquarters in that country. Such deals have grown in number in recent months, with

Advocates of UBI see it as a blunter, more effective means of reducing poverty and shrinking the inequality gap. But even if UBI proponents are right on the merits, Tyler Cowen argues that the politics of the issue are not favorable. Under
