White students no longer

Kennett Square, Pa. -- The cheerful sign outside Jane Cornell’s summer school classroom in Pennsylvania’s wealthiest county says “Welcome” and “Bienvenidos” in polished handwriting. (Snip) For the first time ever, U.S. public schools are projected this fall to have more minority students than non-Hispanic whites enrolled, a shift largely fueled by growth in the number of Hispanic children. Non-Hispanic white students are still expected to be the largest racial group in the public schools this year at 49.8 percent. But the National Center for Education Statistics says minority students, when added together, will now make up the

This has got to make the dRATS, PTA and unions swoon. The real problem is, what language will they be speaking? Seriously, this is truly bad news and a call to wrest control away from these social engineering groups, or home school.

Yes... and look at the conditions in the schools! We have come so far... down.

Our local school system is requiring kids to take a foreign language and they are really pushing spanish. I went to a school board and ask them, "Why don´t you require them to speak ENGLISH?" I have no good reason to go to some cesspool nation so don´t bring your crap here and expect I will bow to your lowered standards. As we used to say in college, "I´ve upped my standards... up yours."

astounding! Who would have guessed! Why this is a revelation, unexpected, highly illogical. How did this happen?

Do all the teachers speak Spanish? Hmmmmm. Does that mean all white, non Spanish speaking teachers must be fired?

Does this mean that the minority, whites, can protest, demand food stamps, welfare, housing, special attention? Does discrimination become an issue for the whites?

White will always be a majority in some schools - it´s just that those schools get fewer each year. As ´diverse schools´ reach a tipping point the whites flee and move to whiter neighborhoods.

There is a lot of "self segregating" going on. Most of the liberal SF Bay Area is "white only" (plus the right kind of Asians). The mechanism for this bigotry is high housing prices. Wait until Obama enforces fair housing rules requiring public housing for designated minorities on Nob Hill. It might be a long wait though.

In times like these, somehow I feel blessed in having no children. The alternative for parents .. home school. If it were only so easy. Private School costs a fortune and though peon parents are unable to afford them...seems to be just one more thing the elites in DC deserve. As jug ears would say."That´s just not fair". At the risk of sounding racist, what about the American children whose parents pay taxes to pay those teachers, union or not, as well as the roofs over their heads. THIS is not the foundation on which OUR country was built. Perhaps the OO Foreigner´s country, but certainly not ours.

Home schooling is a very viable option as parents you can do this if you truly value you children´s education and development. The social interaction is a total failure of our public schools not to mention the possible medical implications. It seems inevitable that this will affect all public schools.

These "white" people who arranged this believe they will always be in charge so there is no threat. After all, these people of color are only here to work for them but it will backfire.

Our children are heading towards a Soweto Uprising in their lifetimes. This is why Obama idolizes what Mandela pulled off.

CDC officials have rushed to Newark Liberty International Airport after a passenger believed to be from Liberia showed symptoms of Ebola. The man traveling with his daughter on a United Airlines flight from Brussels was reported vomiting as they landed in New Jersey at 1.50pm. They were both removed from the plane by a CDC crew in full Hazmat attire. It comes as the Ebola patient in Texas is said to have deteriorated to a ´critical´ condition. The remaining passengers have now been allowed to leave after being forced to stay on the plane then wait in immigration.

Liberals tend to devote a significant portion of their daily lives to proving how not racist they are. One particularly expedient way of doing this is to declare that something a conservative has said or done is totally racist, and then to place oneself in opposition to the thing that was racist: “See, I’m not a racist!” As result, the List of Things That Are Racist has grown incomprehensibly long.
