He’s Merely Phoning it In Now –
A Failing President Obama Talks
To New York Times For An Hour
Before Heading Off On Vacation….

Conservative Treehouse, by Sundance

Original Article

President Obama gave Thomas Friedman an hour long interview before heading off on vacation to Martha’s Vineyard. Within the interview the failure of a cohesive Obama foreign policy shines through despite the attempted cover from liberal reporters. There’s actually two parts to this interview – the interview as reported - and the opinion piece from Friedman about the interview itself. Within the Times Article you find the footprints of a dejected President staring boldly into the face of his own failure and shortcomings: [...] “We’re not going to let them create some caliphate through Syria and Iraq,” the president said

"Regrets, I´ve had a few. But then again, to few to mention" As have WTP, much more than a few! Your entire term has been filled with our regrets.

One day, perhaps you´ll listen and take to heart the suggestions of your advisory team. But then, one would have to find a heart in there. You had it, then you lost it. And thru no fault but yours. As with every other disaster, the instigator/owner is no one but you. When all fails, is the time to attempt new strategy, Mr. Know-It-All, formerly known as The Won.

If you venture over to the Times and read the interview, and Friedman´s take on it, be warned that not only will it make you ill, the reader comments will make you even sicker. About 90% of the respondents are rhapsodizing about how fortunate we are to have such a wise, nuanced, brilliant leader as Obama at the helm. People have actually commented that Obama is the greatest president in U.S. history.

For dreamers like #2:

“I think that I’m a better speechwriter than my speechwriters,” Mr. Obama told Patrick Gaspard, his political director, at the start of the 2008 campaign, according to The New Yorker. “I know more about policies on any particular issue than my policy directors. And I’ll tell you right now that I’m going to think I’m a better political director than my political director.” September 2008 New York Times profile of Obama.*

The White House takes pride in the fact that Obama’s PDB is “not briefed to him” – because, they say, he is “among the most sophisticated consumers of intelligence on the planet.” *

Obama will never learn anything, because he thinks he already knows it.

He learned a new word, probably from ValJar. He uses it to refer mainly to any opposition to his office. But, he is far too stupid to realize it almost perfectly describes himself (especially def. 2) -

"maximalist"; 1) a member of a Russian group that, in the early 20th century, advocated terrorist action to get rid of the tsar and the setting up of a temporary proletarian dictatorship.

2)an uncompromising person who is determined to achieve a political aim, directly if necessary

This man is a classic psychopath - in his view, the world exists to feed his ego. He IS the world, and we are all just pawns of no consequence.

As #5 showed so clearly, he is a narcissist of the first order, so impressed with his magnificent superiority in every way that it is impossible for him to grasp that he is actually an incompetent fool and breaks EVERY SINGLE THING he touches.

The saying "Liberalism is a mental disorder" is rarely demonstrated so clearly as with this narcissistic Marxist lunatic.

Obama is committed to the ideology that is deeply embedded into his soul. He sees himself as literally all knowing. This knowledge does not come from education, work ethic, a strong moral code, or life experience. It is driven by pure ego. He believes himself to be the smartest man in any room and ValJar is there to reinforce that. Whether she believes it or not, she knows her job is to push through the progressive agenda they both embrace. They both are rabid anti-Americans with an affinity for lies, corruption, arrogance, and all things Muslim. Imagine this country if they could do what they actually want to. The worst tyrants in history would have nothing on them. Yes, they are that dangerous.

I remember reading somewhere that the American Revolutionary War was fought and won by doctors, farmers and so forth! Obama is no leader. He wants and is trying to destroy what our Forefathers fought and died for!

Here is a primer on Barack Obama from FrontPage, May 5, 2008.

Can´t say the country was not forewarned:

http://archive.frontpagemag.com/readArticle.aspx?ARTID=30778

It begins:

Americans are well acquainted with presidential candidate Barack Obama’s legendary pledges to bring “change” to America’s political and social landscape. (For example, see here and here and here.) Indeed, “Change We Can Believe In” is the slogan that adorns the homepage of his campaign website and so many of the placards displayed by the supporters who attend his speaking engagements. His Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, is also well practiced at issuing calls for change. Her “Change and Experience” ad campaign was but an outgrowth of her 1993 declaration, as First Lady, that “remolding society is one of the great challenges facing all of us in the West.” Most Americans are unaware, however, that when Obama and Clinton speak of “change,” they mean change in the sense that a profoundly significant, though not widely known, individual -- Saul Alinsky -- outlined in his writings two generations ago.

Alinsky helped to establish the confrontational political tactics, which he termed “organizing,” that characterized the 1960s and have remained central to all subsequent revolutionary movements in the United States. Both Obama and Clinton are committed disciples of Alinsky’s very specific strategies for “social change.”

Worth the time it takes to read it.

Perhaps the best way to think of this is to use President Obama’s own words. It appears the “doctors, farmers, pharmacists and so forth” have struck up a truce with ISIS. That’s a problem, because Obama’s ISIS elimination plan requires the “doctors, farmers, pharmacists and so forth” to fight against ISIS on the ground while we shoot at ISIS from the sky. The Obama administration is preparing to introduce major steps to phase out production of a popular chemical coolant used in refrigerators and air conditioners, citing growing evidence that the substance is contributing to the warming of the planet. The White House will announce on Tuesday a series of voluntary commitments by some of the country’s largest chemical firms and retailers to move rapidly away from R-134a and similar compounds used in nearly every office, home and automobile in the country, according to current and former U.S. officials familiar with the effort. Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) tsk-tsked conservative media for "coarsening our debate" and vowed to "do my small part" to keep things civil before spontaneously praising President Obama´s recent foreign policy decisions. Our Constitution reserves to Congress the power to declare war and designates our president as the commander in chief, but our recent history has been characterized by executive overreach and legislative abdication in the initiation of military action. The current crisis gives us an opportunity to restore the proper balance between the branches. America’s history since 2001 should compel us to fix the way

The United States government is sending thousands of military troops to the west African nation of Liberia as part of the Obama administration´s Ebola virus-response strategy, the White House said late Monday night. [Snip] ´A general from U.S. Army Africa, the Army component of U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM), will lead this effort, which will involve an estimated 3,000 U.S. forces.´ Liberia is the hardest-hit of the four west African nations that have confirmed Ebola cases, accounting for more than one-half of the fatalities. The others are Sierra Leone, Guinea and, to a lesser extent, Nigeria.
