Obama: Bad Intelligence Behind
ISIS Underestimation

Saturday from the White House South Lawn, President Barack Obama blamed "intelligence estimates" for not anticipating the speed in which ISIS would capture large sections of Iraq. The president, who has been under harsh media criticism for likening ISIS to an Al-Qaeda JV basketball team in January said, "There is no doubt that their advance their movement over the last several of months has been more rapid than the intelligence estimates and I think the the expectation of policy makers both in and outside of Iraq." The president also made clear no troops would go into Iraq during this operation of

When the bozo in the WH began his first campaign to rule the US it was obvious to anyone paying attention that if this guy was ever elected he would bring exactly zero experience in anything except a form of radicalism designed to destroy this country as we know it. As time progressed he seemed to show he would also bring a psychological condition apparently developed during his early and drug laced past which manifests itself in risk avoidance to anything which would reflect negatively on himself. IMO, he demonstrates psychological tendencies that won´t allow him admit mistakes or tolerate criticism. Add this to his upbringing in the communism/socialist philosophy of his relatives and mentor plus his seemingly unending lies to get what he wants make his assertion of bad intelligence as laughable as his assertions that he only knows about his administration´s scandals from the news media.

Searching for a moment of levity amidst all the carnage in the Middle East and a supine Obama Administration, I recalled my favorite puppet movie: Team America World Police, by the South Park guys (2004). The very brief youtube video below isn´t exactly the one I want, but it gives you the voice of Team America´s computer, named I.N.T.E.L.L.I.G.E.N.C.E., as well as Team boss, Spottswood, who will blow your commie brains out.

In another part of the movie Spottswood berates I.N.T.E.L.L.I.G.E.N.C.E.:

Spottswood: That was bad intelligence! Bad intelligence!
I.N.T.E.L.L.I.G.E.N.C.E.: I´m sorry.

It´s bad intelligence to yammer like this now. Nobody expected ISIS to be this good, probably the strongest Islamic military organization in 500 or 1000 years.

OTOH it is *always* a mistake to misunderestimate an opponent, as Obama does every day, he insults and sneers at everything and everyone.

And oh, btw, what *is* his *current* estimation, hmm?

Obama, it has been reported in the news for at least 2 months. I suspect your intelligence agents let you know much earlier, at least a year earlier, but you intended to leave Iraq no matter what, so did not listen. But that is a truthful representation, so Obama will do the opposite and lie, and say he did not know.

Because that is exactly what´s going to happen and very soon ...

And our only option will be boots on the ground.

Will he let ISIS take those assets captive or will he do what´s needed?

Either way he loses.

An unusual Republican proposal makes medical sense, kind of. Let it never be said that Republicans are fighting a Forever War on contraception. In several states, Republican candidates are calling for more birth control—on demand and sold right next to the Tylenol. That rare respiratory illness sickening children around the country continues to crop up in new places. It has been confirmed in 22 states, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Friday, appearing in three states where it had not been previously: Georgia, Michigan and Washington state. These children are facing an uncommon enterovirus strain. While enteroviruses in general are quite common, this particular strain — enterovirus 68 — has not cropped up terribly often since it was first identified in 1962. Shawn Donovan, director of the Office of Management and Budget, said on Friday that if you don’t believe in climate change and support federal spending to fight it, you believe the earth is flat. “The failure to invest in climate solutions and climate preparedness doesn’t get you membership in a fiscal conservatives caucus,” Donovan said at the Center for American Progress in Washington, D.C. “It makes you a member of the Flat Earth Society.” Donovan, who formerly ran the Department of Housing and Urban Development under President Barack Obama, is now in charge of the arm of the executive branch

President Barack Obama and his daughters had just departed the White House on Friday evening when an intruder scaled the north fence, darted across the lawn and into the presidential residence, where agents nabbed him. The security breach triggered a rare evacuation of much of the White House, with Secret Service officers drawing their guns as they rushed staffers and journalists out a side door.
