Jimmy Carter calls for
recognizing terror group Hamas

USA Today, by Jim Michaels

Original Article

Posted By:harleynyc, 8/5/2014 8:41:34 PM

Former president Jimmy Carter called on the West to recognize the U.S.-designated terrorist group Hamas as a legitimate "political actor" that represents the bulk of the Palestinian population. Carter made the comments in an article he co-wrote with former Irish president Mary Robinson in a new issue of Foreign Policy magazine. It was published as a cease-fire took hold Tuesday after four weeks of fighting between Israel and Hamas, which governs Gaza. In a sharply worded rebuke to Israel, Carter and Robinson said, "There is no humane or legal justification for the way the Israeli Defense Forces are conducting this war."

Carter pulled the plug on the Shah of Iran leading to the Ayatollah Khomeini and the Mullahs. The Iranians have been killing Americans every since The Marine Barracks and the IEDs in Iraq being two significant examples.

Carter has no credibility and he has proved to be anti-Israel over and over again. SHUT up Jimmie.

The Peanut Picker is responsible for the overthrow of the Shah of Iran which gave us the Ayatollah Kookoomania which was the beginning of Mooslum terrorism. Iraq, Iran, etc. He is to blame. He had help but it all began with him. His most effective speech was the cardigan sweater. He asks us to bundle up and turn down the heat. Even though it cost me plenty, I took off all of my clothes and turned the thermostat up as high as it would go.

Current Congress might be

WASHINGTON — The current Congress is on track to be the worst ever at passing laws since modern record-keeping began, with three of its lawmakers failing to introduce a single bill, The Post has learned. The divided House and Senate have managed to pass just 163 laws that garnered President Obama’s signature since the two-year term began in January 2013. At this rate, Congress will have no problem beating the previous record set during the 2011-2013 session in which 284 laws were passed. That was down from 385 laws passed in the 2009-2011 session.

Jerry Seinfeld exchanged words with another motorist in the Hamptons on Monday after she nearly backed into his prized wheels. The funnyman was sitting on a bench in East Hampton, across the street from his rare 1973 Porsche 911 RSR, when he spotted another car backing up to park in front his vehicle. But as that car got a little too close for Seinfeld’s comfort, he ran across the street and yelled at the 60-year-old female motorist to stop. The woman appeared to be frightened as she hit the brakes, and stepped out of her vehicle momentarily to hear Seinfeld’s angry words.

President Barack Obama unveiled his plan to tackle the Ebola crisis in West Africa on Tuesday, promising to do far more to tackle the deadly virus he said could result in "hundreds of thousands of people infected" without US intervention. Election Lab puts Democrats´ chances of retaining their majority at 51 percent -- a huge change from even a few months ago when the model predicted that Republicans had a better than 80 percent chance of winning the six seats they need to take control.
