GOP rep says Pelosi ‘visibly
shaken’ during dust-up on
House floor, defends remarks

Fox News, by Staff

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 8/4/2014 6:29:37 PM

A Republican congressman who was confronted on the floor Friday night by House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi over his immigration comments told Fox News that the former speaker was "visibly shaken" during the encounter -- but said he´s "not going to put up with this." Pelosi lashed out at Rep. Tom Marino, R-Pa., after he accused Democrats of neglecting the immigration issue when they controlled the White House and Congress in 2009 and 2010. She could be seen walking over to him and pointing her finger at him -- he later said Pelosi called him "insignificant." Speaking to Fox News on Monday, Marino

Comments:
Here´s another outstanding conservative representative we can applaud. When he appeared on Fox Saturday morning he drove four hours to get there. He will not back down from the threats of the vile Pelosi. If we get more like him, Gowdy, Jim Jordan, et al we could beat those filthy Democrats. The video from Fox & Friends from Sat. is below. I think it´s better than the current one.

I would like to just add one little thought to this. The Democrats were in charge of the Congress from 2007. They had plenty of time to plan Immigration Reform prior to Obama´s election plus the two years until 2011 when the Republicans took the House thanks to the grassroots and Tea Party Conservatives.

The House made a bipartisan demand Friday that Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson conduct a comprehensive review of the Secret Service and not just a probe of how they reacted to last month’s fence jumper. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and the panel’s top Democrat, Elijah Cummings, D-Md., said in the letter to Johnson that a September hearing on the agency exposed “a series of dangerous security breaches,” that point to serious flaws.
