Mitt Romney to boost Chris Christie
Washington Times, by S. A. Miller

Original Article

Posted By:LittleHoodedMonk, 8/4/2014 2:53:57 PM

Mitt Romney is again teaming up with New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie. The 2012 GOP presidential nominee will join Mr. Christie for a fundraiser next month to benefit the New Jersey Republican Party, CNN reported. The Sept. 10 event in East Brunswick, New Jersey, is billed as a birthday party for Mr. Christie, who turns 52 next month, with Mr. Romney listed as a “special guest” on the invitations. Mr. Christie was a top surrogate for Mr. Romney during the 2012 presidential race, regularly leading rallies for the former Massachusetts governor. This time it’s Mr. Christie who is eyeing a White House run in 2016.

Comments:
Wonder why LSM has been pushing these two "GOP" politicos on US lately? In any combination, a losing hand.

But Romney didn´t think Christie was "clean" enough to be his VP running mate.
Romney is a phony..Christie is a phony..
Wish they would go away and take Jeb Bush with them.

"Special guest" for a political fundraiser does not mean that either party is endorsing the other. What it does mean is that the parties are friendly, and, in this case, have buried the hatchet--something both would want to do before seeking the nomination.

If Alleged Americans were serious there would be a whole new crew headed for election in November.

Liberals tend to devote a significant portion of their daily lives to proving how not racist they are. One particularly expedient way of doing this is to declare that something a conservative has said or done is totally racist, and then to place oneself in opposition to the thing that was racist: “See, I’m not a racist!” As result, the List of Things That Are Racist has grown incomprehensibly long. The Free Beacon‘s devotion to public service obligates us to provide this list (not exhaustive by any means) of what liberals do and do not consider to be racist. Things That Are Racist: 1. Turkey´s parliament voted 298-98 on Thursday in favor of launching military operations across the border in Syria and Iraq, in a bid to combat the self-proclaimed "Islamic State" (IS). Despite opposition from two parties, many had viewed passage of the motion as a foregone conclusion. The legislation comes as IS attacks have caused thousands to flee the Syrian town officially known as Ayn al-Arab, but called Kobani by its Kurdish majority population, across the border from Turkey, despite airstrikes by the US-led coalition on the group´s positions in Syria since last week and in Iraq since early August.

Still, the more telling question is: Why are we playing this game at all? Why wasn’t the White House, which knew for months that Eric H. More important, given Holder’s foot inching toward the door, why did it not time this departure more intelligently — rather than having it arrive just before an election and the prospect of Democrats losing control of the Senate?

The strictest-of-its-kind Texas law requires abortion providers to build hospital-grade facilities and obtain sometimes impossible-to-get hospital admitting privileges. After signed into law last year by Gov. Rick Perry (R), the law forced most of the 41 clinics operating to close. Thursday’s ruling wiped out a brief victory this summer for abortion rights proponents,
