Netanyahu To US:
Don´t Second Guess Me On Hamas

Associated Press, by MATTHEW LEE

Original Article

Posted By:MDMuskrat, 8/2/2014 10:52:27 AM

Following the quick collapse of the cease-fire in Gaza, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told the White House not to force a truce with Palestinian militants on Israel. Sources familiar with conversations between Netanyahu and senior U.S. officials, including Secretary of State John Kerry, say the Israeli leader advised the Obama administration "not to ever second guess me again" on the matter. The officials also said Netanyahu said he should be "trusted" on the issue and about the unwillingness of Hamas to enter into and follow through on cease-fire talks.

A truce only helps Hamas. It gives them time to re-arm and re-group. When it´s stated goal is the destruction of Israel, there can be no negotiation or reconciliation until Hamas changes it´s goal to peace and coexistence with Israel.

Kerry, Obama and all the anti-Israel people in the world are either too stupid to understand this, or they are in league with terrorists....

Israel has a leader in Netanyahu that cares about his country and its people enough to stand his ground for their good. More power to him. Shame on Kerry and Obama for trying to bully him to their low level of thinking. I don´ believe either of them understand Israel and its history....nor do they care.

No expense had been spared by the organisers of the $1.5m event. The stage of New York’s Madison Square Garden was filled with dancers in traditional dress, while a laser show and holograms of historical Indian figures lit up the backdrop. Shots of rising skyscrapers, microchip factories and Asia’s largest solar-energy plant were framed by balloons in the colours of the Indian and US flags. When Narendra Modi, the new prime minister of India, took to the stage on Sunday night, he told the wildly enthusiastic audience that the 21st century would belong to Asia, and possibly to his own

Swiss reject switch from

Swiss voters on Sunday rejected a plan for a seismic shift from the country´s all-private health insurance system to a state-run scheme. Referendum results showed that almost 62 percent of voters had shot down a reform pushed by left-leaning parties which say the current private system is busting the budgets of ordinary residents. The results also underlined the national divisions over the hotly-contested issue as the country´s German-speaking regions voted against the plan, while their French-speaking counterparts were in favour. Switzerland´s private insurance lobby hailed the vote. "The Swiss population does not want a single national scheme," said the Swiss

Just three years after France´s upper house Senate made history with its first ever swing to the left, the right is expected to claw back a majority Sunday in a new setback for Socialist President Francois Hollande. The far-right National Front could also win a seat for the first time, as more than 87,500 regional and local elected officials nationwide vote for their preferred candidate, six months after the Socialists suffered a drubbing in municipal polls that saw the right make significant gains.

And while ISIS has been grabbing most of the terror-related headlines in recent months, it is Khorasan that poses potentially more of a threat to the U.S. - which is why it was also targeted by

Last night the Washington Free Beacon’s Alana Goodman broke yet another story about Hillary Clinton by doing journalism any major media outlet could do but, for some reason, doesn’t. The Beacon looked through archives at UT-Austin and discovered correspondence between Clinton and Saul Alinsky. A presidential defeat isn’t an easy thing to bounce back from. And Mitt Romney did it twice. So it was understandable that after he lost the presidential race in 2012, he was adamant about closing the door to the possibility of a third campaign. But recently, speculation is whirling that Romney may not be so adamant anymore. When asked if he was running in a New York Times interview published earlier this week, Romney said : “I have nothing to add to the story.
