Obama´s Inexplicable Love
for the Dark Side

American Thinker, by James Lewis

Original Article

Posted By:JoniTx, 8/2/2014 7:07:16 AM

Even the American left is finally realizing that this is the strangest administration in living memory. Obama simply has no real precedents, which is why he seems so utterly foreign. American presidents tend to be pragmatists, but Obama is locked into a simpleminded ideology of Good vs. Evil. Obama is Good, and anybody who disagrees with him is Evil. Much of this oddity stems from the president’s personality, which many people have described as a mix of major narcissism, borderline personality disorder, and oppositional defiant disorder. Personality disordered people can be very functional in their jobs.

There were those who put him in office knowing all of this about him. Valerie Jarrett was one of them. She runs the show and it is pretty obvious, she doesn´t know what she is doing either. He is the true Manchurian President.

Obama exhibits the classic signs of a sociopath. He has a lot of company in the upper layers of the political class.

0bama is good and everybody that disagrees with him is evil - is not necessarily a bad or unworkable approach. All messiahs are like that. The danger and the sheer distructiveness comes from the primary assumption, which exactly opposite of the reality of this case.
Six years ago I had no doubt who this man was. A doctrinaire Marxist at fundamental odds with this country´s ethos. The sheer evilness is frankly surprising me daily.

Oh, it´s explicable all right. Look at his parentage. His mentors. His teachers. His enablers. He has been raised, groomed, and positioned precisely for what he is now doing.

The parallel I´d make is Jim Jones, who convinced about 900 of his followers to take the Kool-Aid and commit suicide with him. Piker. Obama has convinced just enough of a nation of 300,000,000 to commit suicide with him.

FTA: "This administration, and our political-media elites, no longer supports good against evil."

Might I add this administration, and our political-media elites, along with most of academia no longer recognize God and would willingly eliminate those who of us who do. The Bible has pertinent insight into why this is happening.

II Timothy 3:1-5 (KJV)

1. This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphermers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy.

3. Without natural affection, truce breakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good.

4. Traitors, heady, high minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

5. Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

I realize mankind has had this mindset since the beginning of time, but I have never in my life seen it so blatantly displayed in this country. Good is rejected and evil is embraced. Perilous times, indeed.

He practises agitation politics. That´s all he knows. He has a third world outlook of politics, which for him means taking a piece of the pie from someone else, not growing it.

That said, it does appear that every thought that arises in his head is self-evidently correct to him without need for any curther thought, as with all Dims. He has no depth or ability to challenge his knee jerk reaction to issues.

Whether he wants to help people- or who he wants to help (Kenyans? Mexicans?) - are unknowns.

The fact that obama is insane was only suspected in 2008 but it has been proven over and over since then. The reason that it has taken so long for most people to realize it is because they have been measuring him against old standards.

It is the morality, greed and stupidity of the people who vote for and support him that enable him to thrive. Obama merely filled a hole that they made for him. Getting rid of him will solve one small part of the problem but there are many evil people willing to take his place and will undoubtedly be chosen over those who are good and honest. Imagine the damage that can potentially be done if the next president is evil AND intelligent.

This is probably among Lewis´ best columns, and that is really saying something:

The upshot of the article is the following quote, but the entire article is jam-packed with gems, observations and outstanding research. This is one to send to your friends and family.

My constant question is: Why do Obama and our political-media elite pretend they don’t know [about the Muslim human rights violations around the world?] Obama lived four years in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the aftermath of exactly this kind of jihadist civil war. He knows, he knows. The answer has to be that our ruling left has simply chosen to appease or support the Dark Side.

To deny that a "dark side" exists is to be living in unicorn country.

In fact, in all cases listed above [read the article and click the links provided], the United States under Obama and his crowd has actively supported the worst side. When all is said and done, the answer is simple. This administration, and our political-media elites, no longer supports good against evil.

The moral equivalence in the liberal worldview doesn´t admit the existence of evil, unless they are talking about conservatives. Right is wrong and Left is always, without exception, right.

Self-delusion is an ugly thing. Meanwhile, I nominate this column by James Lewis as column of the week.

The one Obama narcissistic trait I find most troubling is his lack of empathy. He can pretend but it´s not there. Like his supposed empathy for Palestinian children but no empathy for Israeli children. He´s cold blooded in my book and incapable of feelings. This author points that out.

As many others have noted, the only thing more frightening than this ... creature ... is the electorate that put him in office -- not once (an excusable mistake) but twice (beyond all excuses).

I fear that what used to be the collective American mind (and spirit and character) -- which, not that long ago, never would have allowed this charlatan onto the national stage -- has been weakened, poisoned, and overwhelmed by powers that are rapidly becoming irresistible.

From our point of view, or from the point of view of any sane person, Obama and the other Stalinists controlling our "Establishment" have deliberately chosen Evil; however, we must remember that all these clowns are operating according to the foundation of the Liberal Religion: that is, Moral Relativism.

Yep -- to them everything´s relative, and they, relative to everyone else, are perfect. Therefore, relatively speaking, everything they do or say is good, and everything everyone else does or says is bad.

Obama and all the rest of the Left are simply people who are emotionally and intellectually stuck at about age twelve. This explains their attitudes and behavior.
Folks, we´ve got a bunch of spoiled, petulant, conceited pre-adolescents trying to rule us.

Obama´s every foreign policy move has supported or advantaged the Islamists in particular the Muslim Brotherhood and their offshoots (e.g. al Qaeda, Hamas, ISIS, etc.). He grew up in a Muslim country and went to a muslim school that required that students be Muslims so he knows that Muslims in general but Islamists in particular encourage those distinctly non-western, dark and evil practices listed in the article. He has never condemned such practices, in fact by his actions he furthers their spread. His fathers (real and step) were Muslims. His brother is a Muslim (who works for the Muslim Brotherhood). It is therefore a straight-forward deduction that there is no mystery here and that he is probably a ___, you fill in the blank (no curse words).

The western left, like a herd of stampeding buffalo with Obama currently in the lead is heading towards the darkness and has been for decades.

They love, celebrate and seek out all that is defective and malformed whether in their "heros," their family life, or their amusements. Thus their support for blanket welfare, drugs, moral ambiguity, communism, islam and abortion.

So how far in advance of the herd is Obama? And is he leading or merely running with the herd?

The NY Post article referred to in this article, quoting Bill Clinton about Obama: "I’ve got to get this guy to owe me and to be on our side.”

For such a supposedly savvy politician, this was a huge miscalculation and failure to accurately assess someone. The problem, as evidenced over and over again, is that Obama will NEVER feel he owes ANYONE. But even if he does, he does not hesitate to betray them to serve his own interests. What was Bill thinking? Easy. He made the mistake of thinking of Obama as human. He is not. He is a monster. A golem. Whether he was born that way or turned into it, the result is the same. You cannot trust him.

There is a lengthy process a candidate must go through to be elected POTUS and one might assume that it would yield one of the best available in the whole nation. This assumption is horribly wrong. A random choice of US citizens would certainly select a better leader. Obama is probably the worst president possible. It would be an interesting exercise to name somebody who would be worse! Even children, the simpleminded, or incompetent would be better. Obama is a complete disaster!

Apparently 0bama has been conditioned throughout his lifetime to personally have a vindictive philosophy of life which has led him to conclude & embrace a world view foreign to most Americans and those who respect & HONOR the principles securing liberty itself throughout the planet. He ignores the law and presumptuously bores ahead based upon his own whims and the teachings of his youthful communist mentors.

He has clearly demonstrated that he cannot make a decision on his own....so do you think that he made a decision to stop taking drugs when he became president? He is lazy, vindictive, narcissistic, unclear, unable to answer direct questions, shuns responsibility, blatantly lies, looks for attention and laughs....Folks - If this described your teenager, wouldn´t YOU be suspicious and worried? The military is growing more “sensitive” under the Obama administration, Pentagon observers say, by relaxing long-standing restrictions on soldiers’ religious and personal liberties. The efforts by the Defense Department to adapt to cultural change go beyond the moves to end the controversial “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy and allow women in combat. In recent weeks, the Pentagon has backed off controversial hairstyle regulations that critics said discriminated against black women and made the phrase “so help me god” optional in the oath for airmen. Earlier this year, the military loosened its rules for soldiers who want to wear turbans or

First Lady Michelle Obama proudly defended her husband’s record at a Washington, D.C. fundraiser, reminding the attendants how far the country had come since the Obamas entered the White House. “Just think about how different our country looks to children growing up today,” she said. “Think about how our kids take for granted that a black person or a woman can be President of the United States.” She also praised President Obama for changing history on gay marriage and the Supreme Court. “They take it for granted that for the first time in history, there are three brilliant women serving

Flashes of disagreement over how to fight the Islamic State are mounting between President Obama and U.S. military leaders, the latest sign of strain in what often has been an awkward and uneasy relationship. Even as the administration has received congressional backing for its strategy, with the Senate voting Thursday to approve a plan to arm and train Syrian rebels, a series of military leaders have criticized the president’s approach against the Islamic State militant group. Retired Marine Gen. James Mattis, who served under Obama until last year, became the latest high-profile skeptic on Thursday, telling the House Intelligence Committee

Devastating. That´s really the only way to describe Politico´s piece on DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz. (I hereby nominate her for Worst Week in Washington.) (Editor´s note: Three words -- Joseph. Robinette. Biden.) Based on interviews with DNC staffers -- both former and current -- the piece described Wasserman Schultz as something of a modern-day Tracy Flick: over-eager, disloyal and not shy about promoting her ambitions. It would be fair to say that she sounds like, well, a lot like other politicians. And this would be accurate. But the wholesale bashing of Wasserman Schultz at every level of the party -- White House,

Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, one of the masterminds behind Obamacare, has now explained that he wishes to die at age 75. In an article in The Atlantic, Emanuel writes, “Seventy-five. That’s how long I want to live: 75 years.” He explains that his daughters disagree; so do his brothers and his friends. But, he says, “I am sure of my position…here is a simple truth that many of us seem to resist: living too long is also a loss. It renders many of us, if not disabled, then faltering and declining, a state that may not be worse than death but

Congress is living in an "evidence-free zone" as it debates issues of equal pay and family-friendly work policies, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Thursday. "Unfortunately, reality is not always the context in which these decisions are made. The Congress increasingly -- despite the best efforts of my friends and others -- is living in an evidence-free zone," she said during a roundtable discussion at the Center for American Progress focused on women´s issues. "What the reality is, in the lives of Americans is so far from the minds of too many who don´t place the highest priority" on

The man who was the top Marine general from 2006 until his retirement in 2010 says President Barack Obama’s strategy to defeat the terrorist group the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria is doomed to fail. “I don’t think the president’s plan has a snowball’s chance in hell of succeeding,” retired Marine General James Conway, who served as the 34th Commandant of the Marine Corps during the end of the Bush administration and the beginning of the Obama administration, said at the Maverick PAC Conference in Washington, D.C. WASHINGTON — Kurdish fighters battling ISIS desperately want more guns and armor, but they already have a secret weapon: The fanatics they’re fighting fear that if they get killed in combat by a woman, they won’t go to heaven. “They have many female battalions, as you know who fought very bravely,” Rep. Ed Royce (R-Calif.), who chairs the House International Relations Committee, told The Post of the Kurds. Royce, who met this week with the foreign minister of Kurdistan, cited recent reports of young female Kurdish troops “laughing” at ISIS forces they had turned back. “These ISIL soldiers apparently believed that if

The U.S Senate passed a bill Thursday evening that will give President Barack Obama the authority to arm moderate Syrian rebels, which is a key part of his plan to fight the jihadist group Islamic State (also known as ISIS and ISIL). Shortly after the Senate passed the bill, which was passed by the House on Wednesday, Obama spoke from the White House. "I´m pleased that Congress, a majority of Democrats and a majority of Republicans in both the House and Senate, have now voted to support a key element of our strategy," Obama said. That rare respiratory illness sickening children around the country continues to crop up in new places. It has been confirmed in 22 states, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Friday, appearing in three states where it had not been previously: Georgia, Michigan and Washington state. These children are facing an uncommon enterovirus strain. While enteroviruses in general are quite common, this particular strain — enterovirus 68 — has not cropped up terribly often since it was first identified in 1962. It can cause severe breathing problems, a particular danger for children who may suffer from asthma or other

On Thursday In a session with the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, Secretary of State John Kerry was asked by Rep. Joe Wilson (R-SC) whether America was at war in Iraq and Syria. (Video) Kerry responded: “If you’re more comfortable calling it a war against this enemy of Islam then please do so. We’re happy to call it that.” So its official: America is at war with the enemy of Islam. However, strange bedfellows arise if the Obama administration so chooses to uphold Kerry’s claim that we are at war with the enemy(s) of Islam. The following displays that Secretary

(Video)Friday during the White House press briefing, National Security Advisor Susan Rice abruptly left in the middle of a question after confusing reporters with her announcement President Barack Obama was going ahead with air strikes in Syria. When reporters began to grill Rice about whether the president had already given the authorization to the militarily to bomb in Syria, Rice kept repeating they would not be releasing information on the timing of those air strikes. Reporters continued to push with several trying to explain their question is if the president has already given authorization. Laughing uncomfortably Rice exited the room

A man who’s a better speechwriter than his speechwriters, a better political director than his political directors, and who knows more about policy than his policy advisors must surely also be a better general than his generals, no? The U.S. military campaign against Islamist militants in Syria is being designed to allow President Barack Obama to exert a high degree of personal control, going so far as to require that the military obtain presidential signoff for strikes in Syrian territory, officials said. The requirements for strikes in Syria against the extremist group Islamic State will be far more stringent than those targeting
