Emotions run high as accused
killers of USC student appear in court

Los Angeles Times, by Richard Winton and Kate Mather

Original Article

Two minors fought back tears during an emotional court hearing in downtown Los Angeles as they and two adults faced capital murder charges in the beating death of a USC graduate student. Emotions ran high at Tuesday´s hearing as relatives of the group of four, age 19 to 16, sat in the audience a row way from the friends of deceased student Xinran Ji. The family of one of the defendants, 18-year-old Andrew Garcia, repeatedly told reporters that he is innocent and had left home that day to go to the beach Garcia -- along with Jonathan DelCarmen, 19; Alberto

Comments:
Look at those filthy, dirty, putrid maggots who´ve come to the courthouse to defend their murderous illegal alien. They look as disgusting as you would expect them to look. Utter pigs, human garbage, truly the scum of the earth. Just by looking at them you can tell they stink. And their little charmer definitely deserves the death penalty. What makes this interesting is that USC is going to lose all its Chicom students who pay full price if these dirtbags aren´t brought to justice and given the ´severe penalty´ the parents of the victim have asked for - death.

#7 Anchor babies.

And I agree with the poster who suspects a hate crime. I do, too. The last murder at USC was of Chinese students as well. Word has gotten out among the ghetto garbage who populate the area that Chinese are easy pickings who study instead of fight and don´t pack weapons.

A Chinese boycott of the university along with a cash pullout should get their attention in Los Angeles. And I think there will be one, if the maggots don´t get the death penalty they deserve. Chicoms put criminals to death for far less grave matters.

FTA: "Two Minors Fought Back Tears During An Emotional Court Hearing..."
L.A. Times - Another paper I´d never read.

("A bat and a wrench" were the weapons used to kill the young Chinese student.)

Think of the time spent on the wording of the first sentence of this article by the "reporters" and "editor" of this junk paper to set up "they´re only poor victims" theme. Contrast their phoney imaging with the image of the well-bred friend of family who is begging to get some help getting a visa from the State Department for the true victim´s parents.

Of course, it is coming out that the alleged perpetrators are illegal aliens ... (again, a bat and a wrench were used to kill the young man).

Maybe the Council of Catholic Bishops can get a lawyer for the "alleged" perpetrators.

OP, for telling it like it is, thanks. In 2008, while his US Army Sergeant mother was serving in Iraq, an LA high school athlete named Jamiel Shaw Jr. was walking home when illegal alien gang member Pedro Espinoza and a car full of fellow bangers stopped to shoot him dead--allegedly because he was not a member of a gang but more probably because he was a good, decent kid not a member of "la rasa." In other words, a hate crime just like the one perpetrated against Xinran Ji. Hopefully, this case will get more traction than that given to Shaw´s murder, but since it goes against the current "agenda," it will not.

Political pollsters have a tough job. They have to create formulas to determine if the person they are interviewing is likely to vote, and it is within this calculation that their reputations are made. Typically, those who are likely to vote in an off-year election are pretty set. They are the people who always vote in elections — with some motivated by specific issues. In a wave election, the number of those motivated by specific issues escalates, changing the electoral landscape as the candidates who are beneficiaries of this increased participation sweep to victory.
