Law Prof Gets Cute with Trey
Gowdy On IRS Scandal & Gets Perp-
Walked to the Democrat Walk of Shame

Independent Journal Review, by Juan

(Video) The Democrats thought it would be a good idea to invite Professor Charles Tiefer, a fierce critic of the GOP’s lawsuit against President Obama, to testify against the creation of a Special Counsel for the IRS scandal. They were wrong. Trey Gowdy’s tough and incisive arguments put Tiefer on the defensive, making it difficult for the Harvard Law grad to answer even basic questions: “Would you seat a juror, in a trial, who referred to your client as an obscene body part?” “I really have trouble to giving you an answer except that—“ “Well, then you would starve to death

The clueless Harvard law professor got pwned by the redneck from SC. That didn´t look so good for the professor or Harvard.

Didn´t Obama get his law degree from Harvard as far as we know?

“I really have trouble to giving you an answer except that—“

I simply had to double-check the academic bona fides of any allegedly educated adult who could spew such weaselly incoherence. And the effort was worth it.

Turns out Tiefer did take his JD (magna) at Harvard, but he never taught there. For the last 20 years he´s been on the faculty at U of Baltimore -- this after serving for a decade as solicitor and deputy general counsel of the U.S. House of Representatives.

And he has no excuse -- apart perhaps from a vestigial guilty conscience -- for fum-fuhing on the stand... because back in 1994 he literally wrote the book on the subject: The Semi-Sovereign Presidency: The Bush Administration´s Strategy for Governing without Congress ... and, four years later, an article entitled "The Specially Investigated President," followed in 2001 by a piece called "How to Steal a Trillion."

(Only a trillion? What a piker.)

It is good to see that B. Hussein´s Scandalous Diversion #9843 (Central America Dept.) has not distracted Trey Gowdy from trying to track down who has been responsible for all the criminal activity in and around the IRS. This is one ball the GOP must *not* drop, as we are just one word from one Deep Throat away from the implication of guilt everyone knows is there.

Rep. Donna F. Edwards is stooped in a corner fiddling with the sound system. Her event, guest-starring House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, is about to start. There is barely room to move in the small Hyattsville bakery, and side conversations are bouncing off the walls. A microphone would be helpful when the speeches begin, and Edwards, who likes to fix stuff, is not above squatting in a fuchsia frock to try to get the job done. Almost as soon as she unseated an incumbent congressman in a Democratic primary in 2008, Edwards became all about pushing out the Democratic Party’s

With the dissolution of the Obama administration’s foreign policy in the Middle East and elsewhere, President Obama is talking as fast as he can. Obama set some kind of a land speed record for double-talk in his interview with Steve Kroft on 60 Minutes last night, highlighted by Obama’s passing the buck for his misunderestimation of ISIS to the Director of National Intelligence et al. That hasn’t gone down too well, in part because it conflicts with what one could learn from following the headlines over the past year or two. Empirical reality belies Obama’s buck-passing.
