O’Reilly: Why Can’t GOP Rise
Above ‘Hate’ to Get Things Done?

Mediaite, by Josh Feldman

Original Article

Bill O’Reilly obviously doesn’t care for how President Obama and the Democrats are running things, but tonight he also had some tough words for the GOP. He asked guest Kate Obenshain why the Republicans continue to remain in the muck with the left and try to “destroy one another” instead of getting things done. O’Reilly asked, “Shouldn’t they rise above it?” Obenshain argued that it’s Democrats doing all the nasty politicking and name-calling, as well as the ginning up of impeachment. O’Reilly, however, noted some conservatives are bringing it up and said there’s “plenty of hate on both sides.” Obenshain objected, “No,

Comments:
Oh shut up O´Reilly! Obenshain does a good job of pointing out the utter hypocrisy of Obama and O´Reilly shut her off of course. She got too close to the truth!

The government wasn´t constructed to ´get things done´. It was constructed to prevent power-mad groups from easily taking over, like they want to right now. Checks and balances, checks and balances - too easily confused by the lofos and morons (and those who want to take over) as ´hate´.

This sounds like Obama and we should "hate" less. That means we taxpayers should cater to every whim and pay for it. There has to be accountability and as soon as we close the purse strings, we are haters.

Bill O´Reilly, that is exactly what Obama wants done. He creates the crisis and the GOP is supposed to fix it. Republicans are always the blame because we want limitations and Obama wants the freedom to spend as much as he wants.

This taxpayer wants limitations. I also want accountability. Just because the author makes a substantial salary and can spend likewise, this taxpayer has a budget and has to abide by it.

Why can´t anyone ever answer these glib collectivist straw-man arguments? Maybe something like this:

"So, when you were eight years old and your mom refused to raise your allowance, it meant she hated you? That´s your definition of hate. Are you eight years old?"

Long past time for FNC to replace BOR with someone who reflects its audience, which means Megan Kelly moves to the 80 pm time slot and BOR shifts to 90 pm Eastern. BOR is Democrat who, like most Dems, doesn´t want HIS wealth redistributed. Because he is a Dem, he doesn´t do much reading or critical thinking, preferring to blather on about global warming and other liberal issues. Cannot watch his show.

JUST because people do not agree with what another person is saying or doing, that doesn´t mean they HATE the person. They disagree.

I saw the show last night and all I can say is that I thought he behaved like a bully and a horses ass. Kate Obenshain had her opinion and he verbally jumped on her like an aanimal. I agreed with her and saw no reason for his outburst, except for the usual impression that I get from him (he has to prove he is fair and balanced). His behavior is anything but fair and balanced.

O´Reilly sounds exactly like Obama´s recent outrageously embarrassing speech. He´s trying to get Obama to come on the show again. Fox is going through a bad time and is losing viewers with this guy, Kurtz,Alt, Hasselback and Wallace. Not to mention Geraldo. I rarely watch BOR but I caught this segment. Kate Obenshain was treated horribly. She did better than I could have, that´s for sure. Notice BOR never has the bolder, blunter conservative women on to use for a punching bag? Sure, he gets Laura on KNOWING her tongue is somewhat tied as she subs for him and if she says what she should, that gig is over and out. (Nothing against Miss Laura here, love the gal!) I believe BOR is designing segments hoping the ValJar is watching him stick up for Obama. He wants an interview BAD. Shame on FOX.

I hate it when BO´R echoes BO´s talking points.

I hate it when BO shoves things down the throats of Americans without working to make it legal.

I hate being lectured by BO or BO´R about things that are subject to a difference of opinion. It is NOT hate to strongly defend your opinion. I HAVE THAT RIGHT as an American. Many "discussions" in the history of American politics have gotten quite heated and there is nothing wrong with that.

I believe the BO presidency has been a disaster to this country that will trouble us for decades to come. Do I hate BO? Nope. But I despise his policies and politics and have no respect for him as a person. I think he is a masterful liar with a hidden agenda to twist this country into a leftist "utopia". I do NOT want that, no hate required.

Probably because the scare-mongering itself makes people take it seriously enough to prevent it spreading. But there is something very sinister and frightening about this Ebola outbreak, which has so far infected 7,100 and killed 3,300. [Snip] It’s hard to think of a more cack-handed, dangerously inept response than what transpired in Dallas. Consider what we now know: Thomas Eric Duncan, a 42-year-old Liberian citizen, had been

In a speech in Boston, First Lady Michelle Obama left behind talk of exercise and school lunches, exchanging it all for bald politics by claiming that under her husband the US economy is now better off "by almost every economic measure." The First Lady appeared at the Strand Theater Friday to stump for Martha Coakley´s campaign for Governor of Massachusetts. Coakley needs help badly, as even in blue, blue Massachusetts, the race between Democrat Coakley and Republican Charlie Baker is essentially a toss up. In her remarks, Obama pushed the President´s newest campaign line that he has saved the economy based on

Meghan McCain joined the dog pile on the Secret Service this week, saying she’s had “nothing but horrible experiences" with the agency and likening the agents to “glorified mall cops.” The 29-year-old author and television personality, who is also the daughter of former GOP presidential candidate Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), opened up on Pivot’s “TakePart Live” about some of her interactions with the Secret Service. "I have nothing but horrible experiences with the Secret Service,” McCain said. “One of my friends called them glorified mall cops and I don´t think that´s terribly far off. I found them cliquey. I hated

WASHINGTON — Representative Elijah E. Cummings of Maryland was at the grocery store the other day when he ran into an elderly black woman who expressed growing concern about President Obama’s safety. Why, she asked, wasn’t he being better protected by his Secret Service agents? The furor that led to this week’s resignation of the director of the Secret Service resonated deeply among blacks, outraged that those supposed to be guarding the first black president were somehow falling down on the job — and suspicious even without evidence that it may be deliberate. “It is something that is widespread in
