‘Blame Cruz’ Is the New ‘Blame

PJ Media, by Stephen Kruiser

Aw, is someone sad? Rep. Chris Van Hollen slammed House Republicans on Thursday, saying members now have to check with “Speaker Cruz” to get any legislation passed. “It was Senator Cruz calling the shots, and that’s why people around here are calling him ‘Speaker Cruz’ today,” the Maryland Democrat said to MSNBC’s Alex Wagner. “It means when Speaker Boehner says he’s going to get something done from now on, he’d better be checking with Senator Cruz to see if he’s gonna get the votes because clearly the new leadership team isn’t up to the task.” It is perfectly understandable that

Thank you Ted Cruz! The author is right that the GOP establishment is incapable of leadership. The Dems are probably sorry they didn´t throw their support behind the RINOs so they could go to conference.

Right on, #7!!

The do-nothing RINOs hate Senator Ted Cruz with a passion because he calls them to repent of their wicked ways to cut deals with the demonrats!

Cornyn has lost his integrity over this amnesty issue. Call it "deferred adjudication", call it "path to citizenship", call it whatever you will, it is still AMNESTY.

Senator Sessions I applaud you! I guess you will now be a target like Ted Cruz.

The people have about had enough of the RINOs who will not stand for principle. It is not okay to have big spending- big government people giving away our birthright as citizens to those who don´t want anything to do with this country.

Two years ago I stood in black topped parking lots in 100 degree plus heat passing out a piece we wrote supporting Ted Cruz. In our County, Texas´s eleventh largest (of 240) Ted got 67% of the vote. At my poll, he got 80%. When he asked what he should do when he gets to Washington, he was advised a single word, "FIGHT"!!!! Obviously he has taken that to heart.

Despite all the vilification he has received from both sides of the aisle and the Fourth Estate, when the lights come up in the Senate for the next day´s struggles, you will find him standing at "scratch".

He embodies another Texan´s words, "We will not waver; we will not tire; we will not falter, and we will not fail".

We thank him for that.

Things are fine if everything goes the way radical left billionaires want it to go. The US is supposed to have a two party system and separation of powers. The country was designed so things would move slowly and be messy. Unlike Communist China for example. People like Mr. Boehner who are obsessed with ´getting things done´ might want to move to China and take a ride on their high speed rail.

President Barack Obama may seem fatigued after nearly six years in office, but he said in an interview airing Sunday, he considers himself “energized” by what he hopes to accomplish before leaving the White House. Obama’s hair has grayed, and he’s spending less time worried about optics and more time on the golf course, but that doesn’t mean he’s “exhausted,” as NBC’s Chuck Todd said some have suggested the president might be.“You know, I actually feel energized about the opportunities that we’ve got,” Obama told the “Meet the Press” moderator in a sit-down interview taped Saturday.
