Immigration Aide At Center Of
Boehner-Gohmert Altercation

Breitbart Big Government, by Matthew Boyle & Jonathan Strong

Speaker John Boehner´s top immigration aide was at the center of a heated dispute between the speaker and Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) at a closed-door conference meeting Tuesday, according to several people who witnessed the altercation. Gohmert, speaking to the audience of Republican lawmakers during an open mic portion of the meeting, asked Boehner whether Becky Tallent, the speaker´s immigration aide who has drawn fire from immigration hawks, had authored the House GOP bill to address the border crisis scheduled to be voted on Thursday. Boehner rose from his chair and told Gohmert to knock it off, that he was

Comments:
Gohmert is getting under Boehner´s skin. He has every right to know who authored that disastrous bill and question Tallent. Since she worked for McCain I don´t trust her a bit. One Republican at the meeting called Gohmert´s conduct “disturbing” and “deranged?" Really? And who was that Republican? Gohmert is a good, honest man and anything but deranged!!

Becky Tallent, McCain´s aid authored the bill? This is a joke right?

Are there any doubts that Boehner, McCain and the rest of the RINOs are domestic enemies?

Mr. Gohmert had the right to ask the question, and Mr. Boehner still owes him an answer. Boehner gets mad at conservatives, but never at Reid or Obama, whose agenda he has acquiesced in passing.

Gohmert´s a flake. Lots of staffers are hired for their knowledge of the law, not their opinions. I have a very good friend who has worked for conservative members of the house as an environmental specialist even though she´s as far left as they come. With the complexities of the law these days there are very few potential staffers who comprehend the details of legislation.

Boehner is less popular than Obama. When will he be replaced? Something is very wrong with Boehner. He´s not trustworthy & he is destroying the republican party. The only time he gets upset is with the conservatives, never at the dems. I don´t ever remember a so called leader dividing the party. The party was never divided until Boehner was elected. We need a Newt or a Dulay.

Sorry #7, but saying a left wing environmentalist can help conservative craft sound environmentalist is a really bad example. The politicians changed the conclusions from the 1997 IPCC scientists that said that there was no correlation between the minimal half degree warming over a century and the activities of man. And that the EPA found in 2004 that there was zero correlation of contaminated ground water with hydraulically fracturing coal beds. This despite the coal beds being much closer to groundwater than the shale bodies from which we are getting oil and natural gas. You can´t build sound policy on a foundation of sand.

Every photo shows him looking scared. Someone has bought him, and now it looks like he may not be able to deliver what he promised.
Did he make a deal with Reid? Is it the Chamber of Commerce?
Gohmert is one of the VERY few in the House speaking for the People.

“There are jobs that American workers will not do,” Tallent said during a C-SPAN segment in 2013. She also advocated for the Senate Gang of Eight bill.

This statement fills me with fury. It did when Bush continuously repeated it, and it still does. What snobs! What out-of-touch elitists! There are Americans who will fill any niche - who still believe that work is honorable, and need to have safety net jobs. Those jobs are devalued by the flood of illegals, so they lose their value. The result is that the only stop-gap option is the government dole, which soon becomes a trap.

House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) talks to a lot of people in the course of doing his job, but for some reason, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) isn’t one of them, how very curious. “I’ve not talked to him since he’s been elected,” Boehner revealed in an interview with the Cincinnati Enquirer, and left it at that. Cruz was elected in 2012 and played a major role in recent events that threatened to derail Boehner’s agenda, like the times Cruz attempted to hijack down the federal government over Obamacare, the debt ceiling, border patrol, etc. Boehner didn’t elaborate further, according to

President Obama this week committed professional suicide. Let me explain. There is a theory in politics that once a leader has fired 50 or more people from his or her administration, he or she is finished. The reason being that by creating so many enemies ‘outside the tent’, the tent itself becomes too deluged with poisonous bile to avoid sinking into a quagmire of back-stabbing ignominy. Obama went a lot further than firing 50 people. He managed to single-handedly alienate 200,000 employees in the American intelligence agencies by going on 60 Minutes and ruthlessly chucking them all under a bus
