Ruth Bader Ginsburg: Male Justices
Didn’t Really Understand Hobby Lobby

Mediaite, by Matt Wilstein

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg became an even bigger hero on the left last month when she delivered a scathing dissent to the 5-4 decision in favor of Hobby Lobby, which is now exempt from providing certain types of birth control to its employees based on its founder’s religious beliefs. This week, she sat down for an extended interview with Yahoo News’ Katie Couric to explain why she found the decision so damaging. “Contraceptive protection is something that every woman must have access to in order to control her own destiny,” Ginsburg told Couric. While she said she “respects the

"Contraceptive Protection"

If it is so important, it may still be obtained - just don´t expect others to pay for it.

I feel that .45 ACP ammunition is important to control my own destiny, but I don´t intend to be a leech and expect others to pay.

Every woman has access to birth control. It is NOT illegal to obtain it, and I wish the feminazis would stop acting like it has been banned.

Mrs. Ginsberg just proved that she didn´t understand the Lobby Lobby lawsuit, either. On the other hand, maybe her mendacious explanation is her attempt to help the media mislead the lofos who can´t be bothered to read and understand.

As stated before ad infinitum, nothing in the decision affects a women´s right to have other methods of contraception paid for by Hobby Lobby. Just not contraception accomplished by means of abortion.

Justice Ginsburg is the one who didn´t really understand the ruling. The FIVE just played her quote saying this: “Contraceptive protection is something that every woman must have access to in order to control her own destiny,”

If Justice Ginsburg truly believes exactly what she said, she should resign because she is losing her faculties.

Hobby Lobby always has, and will continue to pay for contraceptives...methods that prevent conception. They objected to, as most Christians and other moral people should, the destruction of a conceived life prior to its natural birth. Abortion, and abortifacients, are used after a life has begun.

Anyone who can not understand the difference does not belong in public life, where their lack of understanding is apparent to others, especially in positions of responsibility.

For both men and women there is the infallible birth control of not having sex. Then there are the 16 methods of contraception which don´t involve the killing of a fertilized egg (conception has already taken place). Ginsburg was OK with exempting non-profits but had a cow at the idea of a limited exemption for Hobby Lobby whereby they did not have to pay for the 4 methods they considered abortions.

Ruthie doesn´t understand Hobby Lobby´s status among Real American women.
Nor does she understand the activist women who put the freedom to ignore prevention above protection.
The morning after pill and all aborting pills give them the false impression they can be wild with no responsibility -- can get drunk enough to be unaware then pop a pill in the morning to destroy any small result from their behavior.
So someone else must also be responsible to pay for their play because they either do not remember what they did or what kind of partner they entangled.
This situation may be the only way they can attract a willing partner.
Democrat and liberals push their actions knowing they are useful and easily dropped in the trash can when no longer needed.

Ginsburg cannot be that stupid to not understand the difference between preventing conception and aborting viable cells that are splitting, eventually to make a human being.

She is saying this to get a rise out of the populace. The LoFo´s who will believe the statement and the conservatives who would explain it to her.

Political pollsters have a tough job. They have to create formulas to determine if the person they are interviewing is likely to vote, and it is within this calculation that their reputations are made. Typically, those who are likely to vote in an off-year election are pretty set. They are the people who always vote in elections — with some motivated by specific issues. In a wave election, the number of those motivated by specific issues escalates, changing the electoral landscape as the candidates who are beneficiaries of this increased participation sweep to victory.
