Comments:
This is absolutely stunning and horrifying. And where is the DOJ?? Oh that´s right, they are too busy filing discrimination law suits and other ridiculous activities while the criminals assault this country. Obama and Holder are appalling in their dereliction of duty and refusal to enforce the rule of law!!

This isn´t a ´legal´ issue in the sense of law enforcement. This is a political and ´invasion of our country´ issue and the invaders need to be repulsed with all the forces we can bring to bear.

How many of the 120,000 will be given an immigration court hearing date more than a year in the future and simply never show up again?

First fatty foods, then sugary drinks, now President Obama’s food police are gunning for salt in their effort to upend the typical kiddy diet. The latest evidence came Tuesday when the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a report that school-aged children are eating a mountain of salt. The intake is so high, that the CDC is recommending a 50 percent cut within eight years. But that might be hard. Just consider one of the biggest suppliers of salt -- school cafeterias. The same cafeterias ordered to dish up the first lady’s healthy menu that swaps pizza for salads, and that many

Mark Sauser is a man not prone to show his emotions. But when he saw the video, he wept. The video showed a rampaging mob attacking people indiscriminately in the parking lot of a Kroger supermarket in Memphis, Tennessee. A bag boy saw the advancing crowd and sought shelter. He tried to escape but within a matter of moments the young man found himself swept up in the violence and chaos. The first punch came without warning. He was knocked to the ground. Then came another and the boy collapsed. But the angry mob would not let up. They slammed pumpkins into the

President Obama told congressional leaders at a White House meeting on Monday he wouldn’t need their authorization to expand his military campaign against Islamic terrorists. The president offered the assurance at a private White House meeting one day before a primetime address he’s scheduled to give to the nation. Wednesday’s address is a pivotal moment for the president just months before a midterm election in which the Senate’s majority hangs in the balance. Polls show that confidence in Obama’s foreign policy is eroding just as anxiety over the threat posed by the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has peaked. Seven in 10

Some Latino Democrats, saying they are fed up with President Barack Obama’s broken promises on immigration reform, are threatening to sit out the midterm elections and claim there will be backlash at the ballot box come November. “Maybe only by paying a price at the polls will Democrats finally stop throwing us under the bus,” Carmen Velasquez, founder and retired executive director of Alivio Medical Center in Chicago, wrote in Politico Magazine. Immigration activists are voicing their anger on social media and in the press about Pres. Obama abandoning his pledge to act on immigration by the end of summer, instead delaying

MEXICO CITY — The attorney generals from the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras have agreed to form a high-level group to address the migration of unaccompanied children. U.S. Justice Department spokesman Brian Fallon says in a statement that Attorney General Eric Holder met with his counterparts in Mexico City on Tuesday. The attorney generals will form the group with prosecutors from each country, and will work on a strategy to handle the flow of child migrants. The group is to meet in the coming weeks. Since Oct. 1, the United States has detained more than 66,000 unaccompanied child immigrants, mostly

Last week here at PJ Media, I reported on the ongoing relations between the U.S.-backed “vetted moderate” Free Syrian Army and ISIS. I also noted that, at this time last year, the received wisdom of the Washington, D.C. foreign policy establishment was that the Syrian rebels were largely moderate. Now, a report in this past Sunday’s LA Times from the frontlines in Syria finds that another “vetted moderate” rebel group, Harakat Hazm – which has received anti-tank missiles from the U.S. — has been working with al-Qaeda’s official Syrian affiliate, Jabhat al-Nusra: a U.S.-designated terrorist organization.

Funnyman-turned-senator Al Franken is running a dead serious campaign for re-election, as some observers see him potentially vulnerable due to President Obama´s low approval ratings in Minnesota and a vigorous GOP opponent with eyes on a sleeper upset. Just how vulnerable is up for debate, and the race nevertheless is seen as favoring the Democrats. But both sides now acknowledge that, with less than two months to go until Election Day, Minnesota´s Senate contest between Franken and Mike McFadden, a longtime Minnesota businessman, is shaping up as a battle. The Obama administration will make a decision on executive action to prevent corporations from leaving the country in the "very near future," Treasury Secretary Jack Lew said Monday morning. Speaking at an event on business taxes at the Urban Institute in Washington, Lew placed the responsibility on Congress to address so-called tax inversions, but said that the administration was prepared to step in if lawmakers don´t move quickly enough. Inversions are tax maneuvers in which corporations buy firms in low-tax countries in order to place their headquarters in that country. Such deals have grown in number in recent months, with
