The real Lois Lerner exposed
in newly released emails

Washington Times, by Editorial

Conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status had their applications denied by IRS bureaucrats who called them names like “crazies,” “rabid” and other words that can’t be printed in a family newspaper. The tax agency is supposed to be run by nonpartisan, career professionals, but the latest set of emails released by the House Ways and Means Committee suggest the agency is anything but. Until the scandal erupted last year, Lois G. Lerner was in charge of the IRS division overseeing tax-exempt organizations. Congressional investigators have spent months sifting through her emails — the ones that didn’t “go missing” — to find out

The level of loathing Lerner expresses is not much different than the loathing expressed by our side. Fair enough.

But since Obama is the reason our nation has become so divided--and because someone so undeserving and unqualified should never been permitted to assume the presidency--we should use whatever leverage we can to punish them for what they´re all doing to destroy the once-great America.

Kirstin Powers tied herself in knots last night defending Lerner. She´s heard GOP members of congress talking about the far right in the same terms. And yet do they have the direct power to wipe us out financially and make our lives a living hell?

She says it will our own "crazies" that take us down meaning conservatives. However, Ms. Lerner needs to look no further than her own mirror to see the kind of "crazy" that is a real threat to this country. She is a greedy witch and needs to be stripped of every cent of her pension and any government benefits provided by the taxpayer. A long stay in a federal prison would also be appropriate. The arrogance and entitlement mentality of "public servants" like Lois Lerner is appalling. If she so desires the government compensate her for her service, we should oblige her in spades. A cot and three meals a day along with all the down time she desires for the rest of her life is just fine with me.

I did a little research and found something interesting. About a month before a certain interview there is a heretofore unknown executive order by king barry in the Federal Register. In the order he says that "henceforth the word SMIDGEN will mean "a whole helluva lot"". If we had discovered this earlier it sure would have cleared up a bunch of confusion.

If we’re waiting for our Department of Injustice to act, it’s going to be a long wait. In the meantime it is difficult to decide which IRS official is the most offensive, the imperial haughtiness of Lerner or the snake-eyed condescension of the current chief. Both mirror their internal regard for the public.

I submit that this reflects the prevailing attitude toward the Right within the administration stating with the President. I also submit that the "Right" in their mind is all who are not on board with the march to socialism, either as an active statist of willing clueless cheerleader.

They have leveraged the image of a violent racist white supremacist and effectively associated that with all who stand for constitutional USA.

Maybe we should be looking more inward. We need to ask how a woman like this could attain a position of such influence and power?

We get the government we deserve. For decades, I had a strong belief the majority of voters would make the right choice. I no longer believe that. Add to it the corruption and fraud (voter or otherwise) and you can see the trouble we are in as a nation.

Our energies need to be aimed at winning back the margin. It would not take much to tip the scales back in the direction.

It is abundantly clear now that Lerner was 0bama/Jarret´s response to Citizen´s United. No other SCOTUS ruling has so riled and upset the America hating Democrats as that decision. After furious consultations between the WH and the IRS chief, this left wing fascist vermin was chosen, precisely because of the qualities that are being exposed now. She is the Commissar from Hell right out of Central Casting. Unfortunately, a pardon in Jan´17 is going to set her free.

Government has become a refined way for privileged citizens to rob the productive citizens while hating and treating them with distain to justify the whole process in their twisted minds. Lois Lerner´s attitudes of entitlement and hatred are typical of the type of person who seeks this work and rises to the top in it. Others have called for her punishment. A better remedy would be the abolition of the IRS and the forms of taxes that make it necessary. The IRS is a nest of similar vipers doing what they enjoy most.

Can a special prosecutor remove her from office? If not, she stays. We Americans are stuck with, as she calls us, "[expletives] … . So we don’t need to worry about alien terrorists. It’s our own crazies that will take us down.” --back at you, hon.

... and we will keep getting the government we deserve until we start electing representatives (small ´r´) of character that love our country more than what the parties afford them. Boehner is a prime example. He could take action against Holder and other government officials but doesn´t. He could exercise his appropriation powers but doesn´t. Why did the Speaker have to be invited to Texas, why would he have not been one of the first there? I´m not picking on Boehner, it´s that he is in the position of power. It isn´t the man it´s the position. Issa has dug up enough evidence for the Speaker to act and he doesn´t. Party first is what is killing our country.

# 4 Congress does not have the power to appoint a Special Prosecutor.
Despite what talk radio implies.
Because with talk radio, everything Obama does wrong is the fault of Republicans.
Talk radio hosts like Hannity and Limbaugh
fool their listeners with the lie that
Republicans control the Senate and could remove or restrict Obama, but, they simply refuse to because they are afraid or weak.
Republicans only have 45 seats ,
Democrats control 55 seats.
Another falsehood perpetuated by talk radio is that the House can unilaterally create and pass a budget , without the approval of the Senate because
" they have the power of the purse " .
Eric Holder and not Republicans
appoints a Special Prosecutor,
if he feels laws have been broken.
House and Senate Republicans have demanded Special Prosecutors for a variety of scandals.
That´s all they can do-present their findings and request that the Attorney General appoint a Special Prosecutor.
And guess what... Holder never decides one is required.
Elections matter .
House and Senate Republicans are not magicians nor do they have unlimited powers, despite what talk radio implies.

Are there absolutely no real Americans who care about their country that work at the IRS? Is every employee there a Nazi prison guard "only following orders" as they happily screw their fellow Americans just because they are conservative? Where are the IRS whistle blowers? Where´s the libertarian guy or gal who works in the IRS computer room who will finally leak the Lerner e-mails to Levin or Hannity or even O´Reilly? I´ll even contribute money to pay them a reward for blowing the lid on this scandal.

Is everyone working at the IRS a stinker? Everyone?

The Obama administration has “widened the loopholes” that Islamic State and other extremist fighters could use to enter the United States, a leading union of immigration officials says. In a statement obtained by National Review Online, the U.S. National Citizenship and Immigration Services Council, a union representing 12,000 federal immigration agents, sounded the alarm that not only could jihadists “slip across our porous southern border,” but that fighters could also “exploit our loose and lax visa policies to gain entry to the United States.” USCIS cites two main issues: a dearth of resources for Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents for enforcement and

During the 2014 primary elections, a ragtag group of unknowns took on the Goliaths and won. And no, I’m not talking about the Tea Party versus Establishment fight in the Republican Party. Those following election night coverage on the Internet this primary season may have noticed that a newcomer — the Ace of Spades Headquarters Decision Desk (that’s @AOSHQDD on Twitter) — often tallied the votes faster and called the results sooner than the Associated Press. The Decision Desk, run by blogger Brandon Finnigan as an extension of the conservative Ace of Spades blog, began as an idea a decade ago.

In so many words, that is now the increasingly potent counter to years of liberal charges that America’s problems in the world can be traced to the Bush-Cheney foreign policy — specifically the invasion of 2003. The question has now taken root, with “Iraq” serving as shorthand for everything from Iraq itself to ISIS, the Syrian mess, Benghazi, and more. Graphically illustrated by the beheadings of two American journalists, a British aid worker, ISIS armies causing chaos in the once-stabilized region. Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, one of the masterminds behind Obamacare, has now explained that he wishes to die at age 75. In an article in The Atlantic, Emanuel writes, “Seventy-five. That’s how long I want to live: 75 years.” He explains that his daughters disagree; so do his brothers and his friends. But, he says, “I am sure of my position…here is a simple truth that many of us seem to resist: living too long is also a loss. It renders many of us, if not disabled, then faltering and declining, a state that may not be worse than death but

Hundreds of Ferguson protesters and local far left activists packed the St. Louis County Council meeting last night in Clayton, demanding action in the Michael Brown shooting case. Brown was shot dead in Ferguson, Missouri on August 9, 2014 after he robbed a local Ferguson convenience store. Brown reportedly smashed police officer Darren Wilson in the face, severely injuring Wilson, before he was shot dead. Protesters threatened continued rioting and violence if Officer Wilson is let off. Congress is living in an "evidence-free zone" as it debates issues of equal pay and family-friendly work policies, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Thursday. "Unfortunately, reality is not always the context in which these decisions are made. The Congress increasingly -- despite the best efforts of my friends and others -- is living in an evidence-free zone," she said during a roundtable discussion at the Center for American Progress focused on women´s issues. "What the reality is, in the lives of Americans is so far from the minds of too many who don´t place the highest priority" on

Just call her a pit bull without lipstick! Sarah Palin is proving she has a sense of humor about the makeup-free photos that surfaced this week. On Monday, the 50-year-old politician was photographed by paparazzi looking fresh-faced without any cosmetics on. But instead of getting mad about the slyly snapped no-makeup shots, the former Alaska governor took to Facebook to joke about the incident. "Feel bad for the poor paparazzi hounding outside my truck this morning hoping to capture a tabloid ‘exclusive´ of me coming out of Bikram Hot Yoga. How about we take away their ‘exclusive´ and I´ll give

A village of just 1,000 residents in Switzerland has been forced to raise taxes because an African refugee and her seven children cost the local authority £40,000 in benefits every month. Hagenbuch, in the Swiss canton of Zurich, is understood to be spending close to a third of its total annual budget on the family after they arrived from Eritrea in East Africa three years ago. The massive benefits bill covers day-to-day living expenses such as groceries and cleaning costs, as well as paying for four of the woman´s children to be housed in an orphanage and even bills for

Religious minorities have been persecuted. American and British citizens have been beheaded. There is a further threat of other innocent human beings to be beheaded or killed in some way. It is also clear that a war including the United States is not the answer. I abhor the violence of war when diplomacy can be used.

On Tuesday, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) said that a comprehensive amnesty bill would have helped America contain the Ebola epidemic in Africa. Durbin, a member of the Senate´s Gang of Eight that wrote the immigration reform bill, said during a Senate hearing on Ebola that the Senate´s amnesty bill would have even allowed doctors in the United States to travel to Africa to combat Ebola "without jeopardizing their immigration status." “We included in the immigration reform bill, which passed the United States Senate, a provision which provided, in one respect, if you are medically trained in Africa and promise to

(Video) Wednesday at the Senate Foreign Relation Committee hearing on U.S. strategy for combating ISIS, after Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN) criticized Secretary of State John Kerry, Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) was left "shaking and trembling" in shock. Boxer said, "I think it is shocking and a sad state of affairs that we heard just now, such angry comments aimed at you, Mr. Secretary, and through you, at our president instead of at ISIS, a savage group who decapitated two Americans and have warned, and I quote, that their thirst for more American blood is right out there." "I think it´s shocking,"
