The real Lois Lerner exposed
in newly released emails

Conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status had their applications denied by IRS bureaucrats who called them names like “crazies,” “rabid” and other words that can’t be printed in a family newspaper. The tax agency is supposed to be run by nonpartisan, career professionals, but the latest set of emails released by the House Ways and Means Committee suggest the agency is anything but. Until the scandal erupted last year, Lois G. Lerner was in charge of the IRS division overseeing tax-exempt organizations. Congressional investigators have spent months sifting through her emails — the ones that didn’t “go missing” — to find out

The level of loathing Lerner expresses is not much different than the loathing expressed by our side. Fair enough.

But since Obama is the reason our nation has become so divided--and because someone so undeserving and unqualified should never been permitted to assume the presidency--we should use whatever leverage we can to punish them for what they´re all doing to destroy the once-great America.

Kirstin Powers tied herself in knots last night defending Lerner. She´s heard GOP members of congress talking about the far right in the same terms. And yet do they have the direct power to wipe us out financially and make our lives a living hell?

She says it will our own "crazies" that take us down meaning conservatives. However, Ms. Lerner needs to look no further than her own mirror to see the kind of "crazy" that is a real threat to this country. She is a greedy witch and needs to be stripped of every cent of her pension and any government benefits provided by the taxpayer. A long stay in a federal prison would also be appropriate. The arrogance and entitlement mentality of "public servants" like Lois Lerner is appalling. If she so desires the government compensate her for her service, we should oblige her in spades. A cot and three meals a day along with all the down time she desires for the rest of her life is just fine with me.

I did a little research and found something interesting. About a month before a certain interview there is a heretofore unknown executive order by king barry in the Federal Register. In the order he says that "henceforth the word SMIDGEN will mean "a whole helluva lot"". If we had discovered this earlier it sure would have cleared up a bunch of confusion.

If we’re waiting for our Department of Injustice to act, it’s going to be a long wait. In the meantime it is difficult to decide which IRS official is the most offensive, the imperial haughtiness of Lerner or the snake-eyed condescension of the current chief. Both mirror their internal regard for the public.

I submit that this reflects the prevailing attitude toward the Right within the administration stating with the President. I also submit that the "Right" in their mind is all who are not on board with the march to socialism, either as an active statist of willing clueless cheerleader.

They have leveraged the image of a violent racist white supremacist and effectively associated that with all who stand for constitutional USA.

Maybe we should be looking more inward. We need to ask how a woman like this could attain a position of such influence and power?

We get the government we deserve. For decades, I had a strong belief the majority of voters would make the right choice. I no longer believe that. Add to it the corruption and fraud (voter or otherwise) and you can see the trouble we are in as a nation.

Our energies need to be aimed at winning back the margin. It would not take much to tip the scales back in the direction.

It is abundantly clear now that Lerner was 0bama/Jarret´s response to Citizen´s United. No other SCOTUS ruling has so riled and upset the America hating Democrats as that decision. After furious consultations between the WH and the IRS chief, this left wing fascist vermin was chosen, precisely because of the qualities that are being exposed now. She is the Commissar from Hell right out of Central Casting. Unfortunately, a pardon in Jan´17 is going to set her free.

Government has become a refined way for privileged citizens to rob the productive citizens while hating and treating them with distain to justify the whole process in their twisted minds. Lois Lerner´s attitudes of entitlement and hatred are typical of the type of person who seeks this work and rises to the top in it. Others have called for her punishment. A better remedy would be the abolition of the IRS and the forms of taxes that make it necessary. The IRS is a nest of similar vipers doing what they enjoy most.

Can a special prosecutor remove her from office? If not, she stays. We Americans are stuck with, as she calls us, "[expletives] … . So we don’t need to worry about alien terrorists. It’s our own crazies that will take us down.” --back at you, hon.

... and we will keep getting the government we deserve until we start electing representatives (small ´r´) of character that love our country more than what the parties afford them. Boehner is a prime example. He could take action against Holder and other government officials but doesn´t. He could exercise his appropriation powers but doesn´t. Why did the Speaker have to be invited to Texas, why would he have not been one of the first there? I´m not picking on Boehner, it´s that he is in the position of power. It isn´t the man it´s the position. Issa has dug up enough evidence for the Speaker to act and he doesn´t. Party first is what is killing our country.

# 4 Congress does not have the power to appoint a Special Prosecutor.
Despite what talk radio implies.
Because with talk radio, everything Obama does wrong is the fault of Republicans.
Talk radio hosts like Hannity and Limbaugh
fool their listeners with the lie that
Republicans control the Senate and could remove or restrict Obama, but, they simply refuse to because they are afraid or weak.
Republicans only have 45 seats ,
Democrats control 55 seats.
Another falsehood perpetuated by talk radio is that the House can unilaterally create and pass a budget , without the approval of the Senate because
" they have the power of the purse " .
Eric Holder and not Republicans
appoints a Special Prosecutor,
if he feels laws have been broken.
House and Senate Republicans have demanded Special Prosecutors for a variety of scandals.
That´s all they can do-present their findings and request that the Attorney General appoint a Special Prosecutor.
And guess what... Holder never decides one is required.
Elections matter .
House and Senate Republicans are not magicians nor do they have unlimited powers, despite what talk radio implies.

Are there absolutely no real Americans who care about their country that work at the IRS? Is every employee there a Nazi prison guard "only following orders" as they happily screw their fellow Americans just because they are conservative? Where are the IRS whistle blowers? Where´s the libertarian guy or gal who works in the IRS computer room who will finally leak the Lerner e-mails to Levin or Hannity or even O´Reilly? I´ll even contribute money to pay them a reward for blowing the lid on this scandal.

It all comes down to this: 11 years later, the front door was unlocked. When Oscar Gonzalez jumped the White House fence late last month, he should have been just another statistic. It’s been the most remarkably enduring story line of Election 2014: three Democratic senators defying their states’ deep red complexion and their president’s abysmal approval ratings to stay competitive in races that should have, on paper, been lost long ago. The question all along has been, Could it possibly last? Now, a month out from the election, Republicans are seeing subtle but perceptible signs that contests in Alaska, Arkansas and Louisiana — all three pivotal in the battle for the Senate — are finally breaking their way. In Alaska, the conservative base has rallied behind Republican Dan Sullivan after a

On the eve of the 25th anniversary of the Watergate break-in, the Washington Post noted an amusing coincidence: “Almost a quarter century ago, Tennessee Sen. Fred Thompson served as Republican counsel on the Senate Watergate committee. Now he chairs the Senate panel investigating the current White House fund-raising scandal.” The timing was interesting because, as the Post explained, the “controversy came to light last year because of the reforms of Watergate, including requirements that campaigns and political parties regularly submit lists of their contributors to the Federal Election Commission.” The Post went on to list seven major reforms that stemmed either

Following in the footsteps of Robert Gates, his Obama administration predecessor at the Pentagon, former Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta has criticized the president’s handling of a key battleground in the war against Islamic terrorism. Gates’ criticism centered around Afghanistan. Panetta’s focuses on Iraq. In Panetta’s forthcoming memoir “Worthy Fights,” which Time Magazine has excerpted, Panetta argues that Iraqi leaders privately wanted U.S. forces to stay behind after the formal 2011 withdrawal; that the U.S. had “leverage” to strike a deal; and that the Defense and State departments attempted to do so. I suspect he did this because Netanyahu publicly admonished Obama not enter into nuclear deal with Iran that leaves the Mullahs on the "threshold" of being able to develop nuclear weapons. It has undermined the separation of powers by disregarding congressional enactments while pushing executive power far beyond its constitutional boundaries. It has further undermined limited government by disregarding federalism and pushing Washington-knows-best legislation that far exceeds anything the Founding Fathers could have conceived. In recent years, a politicized Justice Department has refused to defend bipartisan legislation in court and resisted congressional oversight. Responsibility was avoided; privileges and credentials asserted; authority reasserted. Trust us. Remain calm. Don’t panic. This is the template of recent events. A mental case jumps the White House fence. He makes it to the East Room before he’s tackled by an off-duty Secret Service agent. Initial statements turn out to be misleading or false. President Obama was at Northwestern University on Thursday to deliver an economic speech that, he and his team hoped, would lay out the case for why the public is better off today than they were six years ago -- even if they didn´t feel it in their everday lives. Instead, Obama just gave every Republican ad-maker in the country more fodder for negative ads linking Democratic candidates to him. Here are the four sentences that will draw all of the attention (they come more than two thirds of the way through the speech): "I am not on the ballot this

A recent fight between Rosie O´Donnell and Whoopi Goldberg has producers at The View looking to add a cool-down room for the ladies. After being cut off by Goldberg during an episode last week so the show could go to commercial, O´Donnell began to express how upset she was and, after being told repeatedly by Goldberg it was not the right time to have that discussion, eventually got cursed out by the Oscar winner. Goldberg told O´Donnell, ´F*** it, I told you to leave it alone and you just don´t want to listen. If you want to go there Rosie,

A presidential defeat isn’t an easy thing to bounce back from. And Mitt Romney did it twice. So it was understandable that after he lost the presidential race in 2012, he was adamant about closing the door to the possibility of a third campaign. But recently, speculation is whirling that Romney may not be so adamant anymore. When asked if he was running in a New York Times interview published earlier this week, Romney said : “I have nothing to add to the story. We’ve got a lot of people looking at the race,” he said. “We’ll see what happens.” That response, which

Meghan McCain joined the dog pile on the Secret Service this week, saying she’s had “nothing but horrible experiences" with the agency and likening the agents to “glorified mall cops.” The 29-year-old author and television personality, who is also the daughter of former GOP presidential candidate Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), opened up on Pivot’s “TakePart Live” about some of her interactions with the Secret Service. "I have nothing but horrible experiences with the Secret Service,” McCain said. “One of my friends called them glorified mall cops and I don´t think that´s terribly far off. I found them cliquey. I hated

WASHINGTON — Representative Elijah E. Cummings of Maryland was at the grocery store the other day when he ran into an elderly black woman who expressed growing concern about President Obama’s safety. Why, she asked, wasn’t he being better protected by his Secret Service agents? The furor that led to this week’s resignation of the director of the Secret Service resonated deeply among blacks, outraged that those supposed to be guarding the first black president were somehow falling down on the job — and suspicious even without evidence that it may be deliberate. “It is something that is widespread in

On Wednesday, the ex-CNN talk show host wrote his first story as editor-at-large for the Daily Mail. While the content is vicious, angry and sure to tickle conservative journalists and pols, the writing is colorful, even entertaining.“A slapdash Secret Service detail isn’t what’s wrong with the White House — the real scandal is a President who is so complacent about protecting Americans,” the headline blares. Piers predicts that now that President Obama went on “60 Minutes” and distanced himself from U.S. national intelligence agencies on the rapid spread of ISIS, he’s guaranteed himself leaks to the media for the remainder of his
