Mark Levin: Have you noticed something in the last 48 or 72 hours about this word impeachment? Have you noticed that the Democrats and the RINO Republicans are playing games with our constitution? For the last six or seven minutes all over our favorite cable channel we´ve had via the news and the commentators going on and on about how the kooks have proposed impeachment but the Republicans have never really wanted impeachment. How the Democrats are proposing impeachment as a way to raise money. I sit here ladies and gentlemen and I say this: our country is being destroyed.

Paul Ryan and the rest of the establishment Republicans need to look at this video. Maybe they would learn something. Mark Levin has a brilliant legal mind. I learn so much from listening to him.

The representatives have a responsibility to impeach a President who is not behaving responsibly to his oath the defend the constitution and the laws of the land.

If the RINOs win the Senate which is doubtful because of their war on Sarah Palin, Ted Cruz and the TEA Party base and the rest of America but if they did win the Senate they don´t have the balls to convict.

I think it is important to understand whether or not Obama has committed impeachable offenses, and Levin is going to educate his listeners (he comes on at 7 p.m. in Boston).

Levin is pandering to his audience. What good comes from the House impeaching Obama on a strict party line vote, say 220-210 with a month long acrimonious debate played out on prime time tv with full color (yes color) commentary branding his accusers as racists?

The Constitution, Article II, Section 4:
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

The Constitution, Article I, Section 3:
The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.
When sitting for that Purpose,
they shall be on Oath or Affirmation.
When the President of the United States is tried,
the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence
of two thirds of the Members present.

Republicans have just 45 members in the Senate.
I defy anyone here , including Mark Levin to name the 21 Senate Democrats who will vote aye
and remove Obama from office.
If not to remove Obama , impeachment is worthless.
Levin and Palin apparently believe that Chuck Schumer , Barbara Boxer, Al Franken, Bernie Sanders, Carl Levin,
Dick Durbin, DiFi,
Harry Reid and on and on and on will jettison Obama.
C´mon. How dumb do they think we are ?
The far right is using impeachment just like the left is.
To gin up ratings and contributions.
Levin, like Hannity and Limbaugh and
the rest constantly told their listeners that McCain and later Romney were no good RINO bums.
And now they´re crying and moaning
because their listeners listened to them , stayed home and
Obama was elected.
Twice.

Obama is a crook and has committed high crimes and misdemeanors. I think all LDotters agree there.
So the bone of contention is whether or not the senate will convict. They probably will not, given the current level of corruption. So the politically safe move is to do nothing and allow Obama to continue committing high crimes and misdemeanors with impunity. The hope is that maybe there will be a country left when he decides to leave office, whenever that might be. Since he ignores the constitution and Boehner refuses to do his duty, why should Obama ever step down? If there is no penalty there is no crime.
Now I know why politicians wear dark suits. It helps hide the yellow streaks down their backs.

# 11 I think we all agree Obama should be removed. I think the first thing that should be done is to attempt to limit the damage he can do. Retake the Senate if possible. If that´s accomplished then in the lame duck session after this falls election bring articles of impeachment to the floor of the House.

I believe the House should bring Articles of Impeachment against obama. However timing is everything. Having a Republican Senate is by far the most important thing on our plate now. Just think how obama will look vetoing all the bills a Pubbie Senate and House can send him.
The timing for Impeachment is after the Senate is no longer controlled by the dems. Then even if it is not possible to get a 2/3 vote we can hurt him and with having both the House and Senate we can stop most of his evil ways.
Going early with impeachment will fire up the dems and lower our chance to get the Senate.

As we all remain silent about impeachment until the time is just right an ignorant public is being thoroughly propagandized by the lying, jabbering parrots of the Left.

Educate, inform, and explain in terms which they can relate and apply to their lives until people at least have the opportunity for understanding what is happening to them, their country and their future. Then, when the timing is right, perhaps many whose eyes have been opened will be demanding that action be taken. Allowing the Left to continually control the narrative may just mean that the timing will never be right, and it will be too late.

Those oaths of office do not state to only execute them if and when its politicaly convenient.
Many of us are long beyond caring if the Republican Establishment gets the senate.
We no longer trust them.

Two men got married in New Zealand this morning and people aren´t happy about it. Heterosexuals Travis McIntosh and Matt McCormick tied the knot on Friday morning as part of a radio competition to win tickets to the Rugby World Cup. The "best mates" got hitched at Eden Park stadium in Auckland before a crowd of 60 family members and friends, with tens of thousands listening live.
