Ebola victim who sparked fears of a

Father who died of incurable virus*

Daily Mail [UK] & Associated Press, by James Nye

The Ebola victim who sparked fears that a historic outbreak of the disease could spread globally was an American citizen, it was revealed last night. Patrick Sawyer died this week after becoming noticeably ill on a flight from Liberia in West Africa, where the worst ever outbreak of Ebola is gathering pace, to the city of Lagos in Nigeria. His case sparked alarm across the globe because he was able to board an international flight while carrying the incurable disease – potentially infecting other passengers who could fly across the world in a nightmare scenario for health experts. Patrick Sawyer, 40, was

Another day, another horror story to scare the daylights out of Americans. We have seen the behavior of Obama and his regime and know with certainty that they are completely incapable of handling a crisis like this if this was to come to our shores. They would use it as an excuse for their own nefarious purposes.

Boko Haram, ISIS, Al Queda infect a bunch of travelers who then go to various infidel places, some days later they start showing symptoms, which is when they can transmit the virus, they go out to the mall, sporting events, airports, crowded cities, etc. etc.

There you have it. Much easier than any alternatives.

I think I saw this in a movie...

FTA: His long absences away from home had become common and before he boarded the plane to Lagos last week he had been caring for a sister who was ill with what was revealed to be Ebola, although according to Decontee, he and his family did not know that at the time.

He was caring for his sister. She dies. He attends her funeral. Then he leaves not believing he has been exposed. The experts keep saying you aren´t contagious until the symptoms are obvious. I call bovine scatology. Are the family of the aid doctor who left the country a week before he died being monitored and isolated?

Better precautions now instead of total panic in 2 weeks.

Well the Obama crew would certainly consider it to be a racist policy if any effort is made to keep West Africans out of the USA because of possible contact with the Ebola virus.

It could have been that photograph of Hillary Rodham Clinton in the White House Situation Room watching, hand over mouth, as cameras showed the SEAL Team Six raid on Osama bin Laden’s compound. Or maybe it was the moment she blew up at senators questioning her handling of Benghazi. (“What difference at this point does it make?”) For some reason, Mrs. Clinton is embedded in several new fall dramas, most obviously “Madam Secretary,” a new CBS drama with Téa Leoni playing a take-charge secretary of state. There are also imprints of Mrs. Clinton on an NBC show, “State of Affairs,”

RICHMOND — A federal jury Thursday found former Virginia governor Robert F. McDonnell and his wife, Maureen, guilty of public corruption — sending a message that they believed the couple sold the office once occupied by Patrick Henry and Thomas Jefferson to a free spending Richmond businessman for golf outings, lavish vacations and $120,000 in sweetheart loans. After three days of deliberations, the seven men and five women who heard weeks of gripping testimony about the McDonnells’ alleged misdeeds acquitted the couple of several charges pending against them--but nevertheless found that they lent the prestige of the governor’s office to

She was 81. Rivers’ daughter, Melissa, had been keeping vigil by her mother’s bedside at Mount Sinai Hospital as her condition failed to improve since she went into cardiac arrest on Aug. 28 at Yorkville Endoscopy. She was moved from the intensive care unit to a private room on Wednesday. The State Health Department has launched an investigation into the clinic. The Washington Times is a natural partner for the National Rifle Association. Its editorials run strongly in favor of gun rights, a tradition currently overseen by Opinion Editor David A. Keene, a former president of the NRA. The Times’s news coverage also pleases the mighty gun lobby, if a special pullout section dated Aug. 27 is any authority on the matter. The cover page of the section (pictured at right) announces that it’s sponsored by the NRA, and a tagline on each page notes that it’s “A Special Report Prepared by The Washington Times Advertising Department.” Yet there’s more than

The Islamic community demanded an apology after a state representative posted on Facebook to be "wary of Muslim Americans" and then shared a link about the ISIS brutality in the Middle East. State Rep. John Bennett of Sequoyah wrote the comments on Monday night. Oklahoma´s Council on American-Islamic Relations called on Republican Party leaders to denounce the comments on Wednesday. President Barack Obama has struggled to sound convincing in recent days as he addressed the challenge of ISIS--or "ISIL," his preferred acronym for the so-called Islamic State. Obama´s problem goes beyond gaffes about his lack of strategy. The fundamental issue is that he is ambivalent about his role in protecting Americans at home and abroad, and has made the safety of American citizens dependent on other nations´ cooperation. On Aug. 28, when Obama made his infamous "We don´t have a strategy" remark, he also said this: "...in order for us to degrade ISIL over the long term, we´re going to have

FRIENDSHIP, Maine -- Imagine Cape Cod without cod. Maine without lobster. The region´s famous rocky beaches invisible, obscured by constant high waters. It´s already starting to happen. The culprit is the warming seas - and in particular the Gulf of Maine, whose waters are heating up faster than 99 percent of the world´s oceans, scientists say. Long-established species of commercial fish, like cod, herring and northern shrimp, are departing for colder waters. Black sea bass, blue crabs and new species of squid - all highly unusual for the Gulf - are turning up in fishermen´s nets. The Gulf of Maine´s warming reflects broader

Jimmy Carter left the Southern Baptist Church a few years back, citing its “rigid” views.
