How Litigating Lost E-mails Works
American Thinker, by Bruce Walker

Original Article

On July 4, 2014, I wrote an article, “Litigating Lost E-mails,” which proposed using federal judges to compel corrupt bosses to the IRS to force the Obama administration to tell the truth about the “lost” e-mails or face the consequences of lying to federal judges. What I proposed was to do what Democrats did forty years ago this month to Nixon. The case filed against Nixon in United States District Court was decided on May 31, 1974, and the case was argued before the Supreme Court on July 8, 1974. The unanimous decision (Justice Rehnquist recused himself) was decided barely two

What surprised me was the speed of the courts in 1974.

Very impressive article and sounds promising. Hopefully the judges who get the call are not in the tank.

This sounds like a great way to bring down at least two corrupt IRS officials plus maybe even a president and some of his Democrat cronies. Never happen because it requires backbone on the part of the Republican leadership which sadly lacks same.

I think we´re doomed to watch this horrifying kabuki theater for two more years.

It appears that our justice system is the last bastion of society that doesn’t know what Lois Lerner and her complicit thugs were doing. To think we used to have a legal system the envy of the world.

There is a very good reason why Democrats have more sympathy for criminals than for the victims of crime.

There didn´t used to be email or recordings. We convicted on circumstantial evidence.
We are allowing ourselves to be trapped into scientific evidence standards of the CSI television show.
This is not TV.
There is plenty of circumstantial evidence to convict.

When shamed, Nixon resigned. BO would never do that. He considers himself anointed and is far to self interested to do what is right for the country. He considers himself what is right for the country.

It is funny to hear dems whine about the legal proceedings against the administration. Dems used these tactics themselves and they were OK then. But as common with liberals, there is no objective standard of right. If it promotes liberals, it is good. If it is used against liberals, it is bad.

And of course, these are not tactics. The court is expecting the administration to abide by the law, something this administration has shown little interest in doing.

Of course, by his own oath, breaking the laws of the country is an impeachable action for BO. But I think the best action is to keep the pressure and the spotlight on this administration´s failure and illegal deeds. Win the 2014 elections, big.

Then, see what BO does. If he wises up, which I consider unlikely, let him finish his term. Who wants Biden as president? Better to have a cowed BO. But we may have to impeach him if he continues to escalate his illegal actions.

I learned something new from Mr. Walker, who writes "Would Lois Lerner or John Koskinen spend more than a few days in a stark jail cell with the toothbrush before squealing? Consider that for these offenses against judicial authority there is no presidential pardon possible. Lerner and Koskinen are aware of that, because both of them are lawyers."

No wonder they are fighting so hard to keep these communications out of the sunlight.

A fact that every politician and news talking-head in the world seems to be certain of is that you can’t win a war by air power alone. Even the media-hired retired generals throw it out as an absolute truth of warfare, as if it had fallen from the lips of Sun Tzu himself. Ask anyone, civilian, military, whatever, and he will quickly inform you of the truth of that unassailable rule of modern warfare. But when has any nation ever in history attempted to prevail in war by the singular use of airpower? “It has never happened because it just won’t

Nigel Farage: GOP Establishment Candidate
Can´t Beat a Democrat for President

On Sunday night, Nigel Farage, the Chairman of the United Kingdom Independent Party (UKIP), said that the next time Republicans prop up a “continuity, establishment candidate” for President of the United Sates, they are not going to win. Appearing on Breitbart News Sunday, airing at 7-10 pm ET on Sirius XM Patriot Radio and speaking with Breitbart Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon, Farage said that unless you can “energize and engage, to use an old fashioned term, the blue collar voter, you are not going to beat the Democrats.”

Conservatives working to reclaim a rudderless GOP should contemplate forming a third party, Nigel Farage, the leader of the United Kingdom Independence Party (UKIP), said in an exclusive interview following a U.S. tour during which he met with top officials including Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and News Corporation Chairman Rupert Murdoch. “I have no idea what the Republican Party stands for,” Farage said at the Breitbart News Embassy on Capitol Hill. “I meet lots of individuals within it who want it to say one thing or another, but collectively it’s pretty blurry, it’s pretty unclear,” Farage said of the Republican Party

Despite admonitions from amnesty activists, more Senate Democrats are urging Obama against extending executive amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, especially before the November elections, according to a Politico report. “I have concerns about executive action,” Minnesota Democratic Sen. Al Franken, said in a statement Thursday, reported by Politico. “This is a job for Congress, and it’s time for the House to act.” In recent weeks Democrats in red states facing tough reelection races have pushed back against the president taking unilateral action on immigration reform. President Obama insists that he still plans to make an executive decision on immigration reform, but his timeline for action grows increasingly convoluted. Obama and his team spent most of the summer previewing his executive action on immigration reform, vowing to fix what they describe as a “broken immigration system” without Congress as soon as possible. "I expect their recommendations before the end of summer, and I intend to adopt those recommendations without further delay," Obama explained in June, referring to a requested proposal from Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson.

Thirty-six seats are up for grabs in the Senate and all 435 seats in the House of Representatives will be contested. Of those 36 Senate seats, 15 are currently held by Republicans while 21 are held by Democrats. Clearly, the math is on the Republican side, as is the fact that the incumbent party typically loses seats in mid-term elections. This upcoming November 2014 election is crucial for America and voting for a third party candidate will not achieve the victory. To end the Obama “Rule by Decree” power grab, we have to wrest control of the Senate from the Democrats.

If our Congress wishes to fight its steady march into irrelevance it will have to actually go back to doing its job. Once upon a time, the first Article of the Constitution established all the powers that the Congress has and obligations that Congress must adhere to as they conduct their legislative business. Then, beginning in the 1930’s and 40’s, through the passage of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), and other actions, Congress abdicated part of its legislative authority to an ever increasing number of federal departments and agencies.

Where the seers differ is not only the percentage probability of the Republicans gaining control of the senate, just how many seats the GOP will end up with. Voter turnout during last month´s primary races was a little too good in some counties, Arizona elections officials said Friday. Some precincts in northern Arizona tallied more ballots cast than there are registered voters, the Arizona Capitol Times reported. According to officials, errors made by poll workers and elections officials in Apache and Navajo counties led to the miscalculations. Initial reports from some precincts showed a turnout of anywhere from 200 to 400 percent. In Apache County, the Puerco West precinct reportedly had 100 votes cast, but only 23 voters are registered there. The voter turnout added up to 434
