Senior Officer: ´We Have

Arutz Sheva [Israel], by Kobi Finkler, Gil Ronen

A senior IDF officer said Monday that Israel is in possession of all of the attack tunnels that Hamas dug from Gaza to Israel. A few more days are needed in order to dispose of the remaining tunnels, he said. [Snip] “The longer we stay on the ground [inside Gaza], the more we learn about the extent of the tunnels and the route they were built in.” IDF forces attacked 40 terror targets in Gaza in the last day, and the tunnels remained their main focus. “This is our central goal and that is why we are concentrating more and

Is there any chance we could Convince the Israel Defense Force, to target our enemies .
Could the IDF also back up our Armed forces if we need a little help, since the ("Govt") ?? )of Obama seems to be laying off our Line Officers while they are still in the face of the Enemy.
what a demoralizing way to treat Our most important People. Shame on the Obama Administration in Total.Shame on the idiots who voted to put them in Office.
Can you imagine facing the Enemy on one hand, with a layoff slip in the other.

With our current President we don´t have to worry about tunnels anymore. They just walk across the border and get a ride wherever they want to go.

Announcement extremely premature. We just had another terrorist attack through tunnels in the South. Thank G-d the IDF was there and killed all the invading terrorists before they reached their (civilian) target. With a bit more real;ity our Prime Minister just spoke and he told us to prepare for a long war. The rocket fire has intensified just within the last few hours and is both North and South. You want to help, tell your president and secretary of state to back off and let us do what need doing.

STOCKHOLM - Sweden´s new center-left government will recognize the state of Palestine in a move that will make it the first major European country to take the step, Prime Minister Stefan Lofven said on Friday. The UN General Assembly approved the de facto recognition of the sovereign state of Palestine in 2012 but the European Union and most EU countries, have yet to give official recognition. "The conflict between Israel and Palestine can only be solved with a two-state solution, negotiated in accordance with international law," Lofven said during his inaugural address in parliament.

Norway’s ruling Conservative Party has voted to withdraw their country’s bid from hosting the 2022 Olympics and providing financial guarantees, evaluating the games to be too costly. Prime Minister Erna Solberg commented, “We have received sound advice and there is no reason not to follow it. A project this magnitude, and at this expense requires broad popular support, of which there is not enough,” cited Norway’s daily English language newspaper, The Local. “We have other things we need to spend this money on. The harsh criticism flung by US President Barack Obama´s administration against Israel this week for a building project in Jerusalem is only a sign of things to come, according to Attorney Yoram Sheftel. [Snip] Writing in his weekly Hebrew column for Arutz Sheva, Sheftel wrote "Obama doesn´t want a nuclear Iran, but he wants an Iran that can enrich uranium and threaten Israel--it´s one of the most hostile regimes for Israel that wants Iran to threaten us, because today we have no more bitter enemy in the western world than the United States." Jeremy Clarkson has told how he and his Top Gear team were forced to flee Argentina under police escort as furious thugs tried to ´kill´ them. Rock-throwing protesters vowed to ´barbecue´ the controversial motoring show host after a row over the star´s number plate boiled over. Trouble erupted after a photo of Clarkson, 54, driving a Porsche with the number plate H982 FKL, circulated online, enraging Falklands War veterans who claimed it referred to the 1982 conflict. The presenter yesterday said the violent protest was ´state-organised´ accusing the Argentinians of taking advantage of their visit for ´political capital´.

I’m always sceptical when I hear scare-mongering claims about diseases. From bird flu to SARS, we’re repeatedly told it’s going to be the new Plague that will wipe everyone out and then…it doesn’t. Probably because the scare-mongering itself makes people take it seriously enough to prevent it spreading. But there is something very sinister and frightening about this Ebola outbreak, which has so far infected 7,100 and killed 3,300. [Snip] It’s hard to think of a more cack-handed, dangerously inept response than what transpired in Dallas. Consider what we now know: Thomas Eric Duncan, a 42-year-old Liberian citizen, had been

Health experts assembled by the White House conceded on Friday that a second case of Ebola could be identified in the U.S. But they defiantly insisted that the epidemic plaguing western Africa will not rise to the level of a major American outbreak. [Snip] But the overall feeling of the sparsely attended afternoon press conference was one of complacency, with the Obama administration´s top Ebola spear-catchers saying over and over that Americans have nothing to fear even though the government has no plans to close airports to planes originating in at the disease´s ground-zero.

Health officials have admitted their response to the potential Ebola outbreak in Texas has been ‘rocky’--amid growing concern over how a patient with the virus was able to get through customs, was initially turned away from hospital with painkllers and Hazmat teams then took five days to properly quarantine his relatives. The Ebola epidemic, says Dr Margaret Chan, director-general of the World Health Organisation (WHO), is now “the greatest peacetime challenge” since the Second World War. It’s the “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.” A New York appeals court next week will consider whether chimps should have the same rights as human beings. The extraordinary proceeding is the result of a lengthy battle by animal-rights activists who argue that animals with human qualities — including chimps — are entitled to human protections, including freedom from captivity. Steven Wise, part of the Nonhuman Rights Project, which is leading the effort, will have to convince a panel of Albany appellate judges that a chimp name Tommy is a “legal person” to get him moved from a cage
