MCALLEN, Texas—A single group of illegal aliens entering Texas from Mexico over the weekend included foreign nationals from Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, according to the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC). The group crossed into the Rio Grande Valley sector from Tamaulipas, Mexico. “One group of our agents apprehended individuals from Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka,” said Albert Spratte, a spokesman for Local 3307 of the NBPC. “Everyone in this group was an adult male. They entered on Saturday, July 26, 2014. Our agents apprehended them, they did not turn themselves in. They were trying to sneak in.” Spratte said

Anyone remember the song by Emerson, Lake and Palmer from Brain Salad Surgery? The lyrics come to mind when I see stuff like this:

Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends
We´re so glad you could attend
Come inside! Come inside!
There behind a glass is a real blade of grass
be careful as you pass.
Move along! Move along!

Come inside, the show´s about to start
guaranteed to blow your head apart
Rest assured you´ll get your money´s worth
The greatest show in Heaven, Hell or Earth.
You´ve got to see the show, it´s a dynamo.
You´ve got to see the show, it´s rock and roll ....

Right before your eyes we pull laughter from the skies
And he laughs until he cries then he dies then he dies
Come inside the shows about to start
Guaranteed to blow your head apart

You gotta see the show
It´s a dynamo
You gotta see the show
It´s rock and roll

Soon the Gypsy Queen in a glaze of Vaseline
Will perform on guillotine
What a scene! What a scene!
Next upon the stand will you please extend a hand
to Alexander´s Ragtime Band
Dixie land, Dixie land
Roll up! Roll up! Roll up!
See the show!

Performing on a stool we´ve a sight to make you drool
Seven virgins and a mule
Keep it cool. Keep it cool.
We would like it to be known the exhibits that were shown
were exclusively our own,
All our own. All our own.
Come and see the show! Come and see the show! Come and see the show!
See the show!

The article did not say, but I wonder if this group of illegal aliens from South Asia were processed in accordance with an Obama catch and release policy and were then released into the USA to await an immigration court hearing sometime in the future? If so, when the word gets back to their home country, common sense will tell you that it will encourage more prospective illegal aliens to travel to Mexico with the intention of unlawfully entering the USA, expecting to be treated in the same liberal non detention manner.

Those illegal aliens should be detained, given a hearing, and have been immediately returned to their home countries.

No serious effort to seal the border will be made until, regrettably, some alien with evil intent crosses the border and does something terrible. Then a border-long fence will be erected in record time. That´s the way we do things here in the U.S. of A.

The Nepalis might indeed be actual refugees because Nepal is under assault from Maoists. So President Obama will send them back because he´s a Maoist.

Today´s Lesson: This should be a warning to the illegals...if you travel in gangs with members of assorted countries, you are more apt to be caught? Now what?

Years ago, a trustworthy friend told me a story about then-state senator Barack Obama and himself. Both were members of the East Bank Athletic Club -- a ritzy health club miles and a lot of money away from Barack Obama’s district and church -- a private club for the 1%. Pickup basketball games were quite common. Obama often liked to play basketball, a sport where his height would seemingly give him an edge. My friend is taller than Obama, however, and often blocked Obama’ shots-embarrassing him (Obama is not a good basketball player anyway, going 2 for 22 shooting free

In her memoir, "Hard Choices," former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton included a chapter on the attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya, on Sept. 11, 2012. But she failed to specifically explain why Ambassador Chris Stevens was there that day. "U.S. ambassadors are not required to consult or seek approval from Washington, when traveling within their countries, and rarely do," she wrote. "Like all chiefs of mission, Chris made decisions about his movements based on the security assessments of his team on the ground, as well as his own judgment," she said. "After all, no one had

The overflow crowd of several hundred caused the meeting to be moved to the sanctuary of a nearby church, where residents filed through metal detectors of Greater Grace Church for entry. City leaders in the St. Louis suburb where Brown, an unarmed black 18-year-old, was fatally shot by Darren Wilson, a white police officer, sought to repair the local government´s fractured relationship with its

The twist? The GOP staff alleges that Holder’s spokesman thought he was talking to the Democrats. WASHINGTON- Republicans controlling the House unveiled a short-term spending bill Tuesday that would keep the government open into mid-December and provide $88 million to battle the Ebola outbreak. The spending measure will also extend the authority of the Export-Import Bank to continue helping foreign buyers purchase U.S. exports until June 30, The upcoming Nov. 1 expiration of the bank´s authority has caused divisions between main street Republicans eager to help American businesses and conservatives who consider it government interference in the marketplace. President Obama in a primetime speech Wednesday night will lay out “the next offensive phase” in the U.S. conflict with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, the White House said Tuesday. But the speech will not provide details about the specific military tactics the U.S. plans to use, how much it will cost or how long it will last. The president’s speech at 9 p.m., a high-volume viewing time, means that the president believes that fighting Islamic State is a “high national security priority," White House spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters Tuesday.

Speaking at an event on business taxes at the Urban Institute in Washington, Lew placed the responsibility on Congress to address so-called tax inversions, but said that the administration was prepared to step in if lawmakers don´t move quickly enough. Inversions are tax maneuvers in which corporations buy firms in low-tax countries in order to place their headquarters in that country. Such deals have grown in number in recent months, with
