Ted Nugent loses second

Washington Times, by Cheryl K. Chumley

Conservative rock star Ted Nugent has lost his second scheduled casino performance in the past few days over perceived “racist remarks” he’s made against various American figures. Seattle’s NBC affiliate reported that Mr. Nugent’s Aug. 2 and 3 shows at the Emerald Queen Casino were canceled due to the rocker’s history of “racist remarks,” according to the Puyallup Native American Tribe, which runs the casino. “The First Amendment gives people the right to free speech, but I think racism is intolerable and not acceptable here,” Puyallup Tribal Council Vice President Lawrence LaPointe told the affiliate. “We’ve been getting lots of

Ted needs a chill pill. I´ve admired his patriotism, but he´s really going too far with this hatred stuff. It´s unseemly.

I´m goin´ with The Motor City Madman on this one. Political correctness is much more toxic than plain talk. Funny how the left never proposes a series of public debates on topics it cares about...but rather, attempts to SILENCE those with whom it disagrees.

If the sub-humans need special protection then we should have that discussion and pass laws as needed.

If Ted (Peace be upon Him) were black he would be celebrated by these same people for his brash racist, sexist truth telling.

Why can´t a crakka catch a break ´round here ?

Suit: Black donor´s sperm

A white Ohio woman is suing a Downers Grove-based sperm bank, alleging that the company mistakenly gave her vials from an African-American donor, a fact that she said has made it difficult for her and her same-sex partner to raise their now 2-year-old daughter in an all-white community. Jennifer Cramblett, of Uniontown, Ohio, alleges in the lawsuit filed Monday in Cook County Circuit Court that Midwest Sperm Bank sent her the vials of an African-American donor´s sperm in September 2011 instead of those of a white donor that she and her white partner had ordered. Americans love animals, even cats. Eight million stray dogs and cats find their way into animal shelters every year, and the lucky ones are adopted into a warm home with a loving family. Shelters are operated by small charities usually called “humane societies,” whose good deeds are funded by private generosity. The Humane Society of the United States trades on the good of others to finance a radical agenda. In May, the Humane Society and a handful of other radical animal-rights groups had to write a $15.8 million check to the Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus for damages done. The

Teenage girls who escaped the brutal clutches of ISIS terrorists have recounted a harrowing nightmare of beatings, torture, rape and degradation that included being forced to watch videos of men being beheaded. The girls, members of the persecuted Yazidi minority from northern Iraq, say they were captured and sold or given as gifts. “We would try to make ourselves look ugly,” an escaped girl, 15, told the Global Post news service. “Some women would cry or scream or fight, but it made no difference. They were always taken anyway,” She said they were debased so badly that death, even by suicide, was more

If there’s one major policy issue to the startup community, it’s noncompete clauses. Should they be legal? Should they be limited? On Monday, some members of that community were looking to get answers from Martha Coakley and Charlie Baker about their stances when the candidates for governor spoke to a tech- and startup-minded crowd in Cambridge. They didn’t get much. Noncompetes are a contractual tool with which employers can require new hires to agree not to work for a competitor for some time after they leave. Well, that didn’t take long. Just two weeks into the new season of “The View,” co-hosts Rosie O’Donnell and Whoopi Goldberg tore into each other during a commercial break — in front of their stunned studio audience. The spat erupted Thursday after Goldberg interrupted O’Donnell to go to a commercial break before the mother of five was finished commenting in a “Hot Topic” discussion about spanking children on the ABC gabfest. O’Donnell refuses to wear an earpiece to stay in contact with producers while the live show is airing, so she had no clue it was time to stop talking.

The U.S. shale boom is about to hit another big milestone, as it looks like fracking will propel American liquid petroleum production (that includes oil and natural gas liquids) past Saudi Arabia for the first time in nearly a quarter century. The FT reports: US production of oil and related liquids such as ethane and propane was neck-and-neck with Saudi Arabia in June and again in August at about 11.5m barrels a day, according to the International Energy Agency, the watchdog backed by rich countries. With US production continuing to boom, its output is set to exceed Saudi Arabia’s this month or

Investigators have recommended the government bar a Virginia company that employs a who’s who list of former powerful federal officials from getting contracts after they found employees at the Department of Veterans Affairs improperly tried to steer business to the firm. The VA’s inspector general said in a scathing report that Susan M. After all, his most famous act before his tenure as Attorney General had been to help arrange President Bill Clinton´s highly unusual and controversial last minute pardon of a wanted fugitive — mega-donor and billionaire Marc Rich. Democrats think conservatives in general, and Tea Partiers in particular, are stupid. Here’s how to reinforce that belief: Sit out the 2014 congressional elections because your favorite candidate lost his primary bid to an establishment Republican. If you live in Kansas, for example, you can suck your thumb while Democrat ringer Greg Orman beats Republican Senator Pat Roberts. If you’re a Kentucky conservative, you can stay home and b***h about Mitch while Alison “Rubberstamp” Grimes heads to Washington. The Hillary Clinton Front-Group, American Bridge, filed a bogus federal complaint against Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and then a federal probe into New Jersey Governor Chris Christie found no evidence linking Christie to “Bridge-Gate.” Meanwhile, Texas Governor Rick Perry was indicted last month. Make no mistake, these events are related. Emerging is a new liberal tactic to gin up legal proceedings against conservatives and then use the media to amplify the investigations and make the officials look guilty. Only in the majority, Sen. The president then cited lower unemployment, private sector job growth, and deficit cuts as evidence of his administration’s success. “I can put my record against any leader around the world in terms of digging ourselves out of a terrible, almost unprecedented financial crisis,” Obama said. Sacramento, Calif. - Gov. A national coalition of plastic bag manufacturers immediately said it would seek a voter referendum to repeal the law, which is scheduled to take effect in July 2015. Under SB270, plastic bags will be phased out of large grocery stores starting next summer and convenience stores and pharmacies in 2016.
