OAKLAND, Calif. — Hillary Rodham Clinton launched a new campaign Wednesday — to encourage parents to talk, read and sing to their babies. The former secretary of state joined community leaders in Oakland to kick-start the "Talking is Teaching: Talk Read Sing" campaign, which is sponsored by the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation and several nonprofit organizations. The initiative is aimed at raising awareness, especially among low-income families, about the importance of talking, reading and singing to babies starting from birth. Research shows that such activity can boost children´s brain development, vocabulary and school readiness. "The brain research is not only telling

In Oakland most of the adults speak Ebonics which is already basically baby talk. . .
But seriously, this woman seems to be flailing around from one cause du jour to another trying to get some traction

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid on Wednesday criticized former Vice President Dick Cheney’s views on foreign policy, describing his advice to House Republicans as “terrifying.” “Taking advice from Dick Cheney on foreign policy? That’s a terrifying prospect. We should be learning from our past mistakes, not repeating them,” Reid, D-Nev., said on the Senate floor Wednesday. “They’ve got to be really careful with advice they take from Dick Cheney. Dick Cheney is more responsible than anyone else for the worst foreign policy decision in the history of the country -- the invasion of Iraq,” Reid said.
