Madeleine Albright to CNN:
Israel Is ‘Overdoing’ It in Gaza

Mediaite, by Matt Wilstein

Original Article

Posted By:LittleHoodedMonk, 7/23/2014 9:03:23 AM

While our current secretary of state John Kerry is under fire for sarcastically joking about Israel’s “pinpoint operation” in Gaza, one former secretary of state echoed those sentiments during an appearance on CNN Tuesday afternoon. Speaking to Wolf Blitzer, Madeleine Albright said she thinks Israel is “overdoing” it with its offensive into the Gaza Strip and losing some of its “moral authority” in the process. “I do think the point has to be made, if rockets are being shot at Israel, that Israel does have a right to defend itself,” Albright said. “But the bottom line is the question of proportionality.” Blitzer singled out her use of the word

Comments:
This is jaw-dropping commentary from another former dRATS secretary of state. Basically, to fight a war, one must have parity in the loss of life and property. (This is why our own "rules of engagement" kill US more than the enemies we fight). This is fifth column talk. One wonders what stupidity came out of her mouth while serving in government.

What an unbelievable stupid cow!
Just yesterday, 10 Hamas terrorists, dressed in stolen IDF uniforms, popped out of a tunnel into Israel at a kibbutz and killed 4 soldiers before they were shot down.
And the IDF has discovered tunnels 70 ft deep and constructed of reinforced concrete.
If anything, IDF should be dropping bunker-buster bombs.

Back in the day, this woman actually went running after Yassir Arafat when he left the bargaining table, literally begging the father of modern terrorism to accept the generous offer Israel was offering at that time. He refused.

Just like John Kerry, Albright and the rest of these leftist morons still have no idea who they are dealing with in Muslim terrorist savages. They will NEVER bargain in good faith....NEVER.

The "over-reaction" is the ONLY way to stop the bombing. We had to hit Japan TWICE. Now we are at peace.

BiBi gets it. Our people don´t.

Heck....how many prisoners did we trade for Bergdahl ? Where was the talk about disproportionate reactions then ?

They have been trying to provoke Israel for years and they have no right to defend themselves ? What other country would warn the enemy they are going to fire and to run for cover ?

Who’ll be the next attorney general? Washington’s favorite parlor game is filling Cabinet vacancies; I like playing as much as the next pundit. (Keep reading!) Still, the more telling question is: Why are we playing this game at all? Why wasn’t the White House, which knew for months that Eric H. More important, given Holder’s foot inching toward the door, why did it not time this departure more intelligently — rather than having it arrive just before an election and the prospect of Democrats losing control of the Senate?

The sympathetic news media is avoiding mentioning his name, instead they are blaming the lack of a football intro for the massive collapse in ratings Sunday night for President Barack Obama’s appearance on CBS’ 60 Minutes.
