Evidence-Tampering ´on Industrial
Scale´ at MH17 Crash Site

Breitbart London [UK], by Nick Hallett

Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott has said that "evidence-tampering on an industrial scale" is taking place at the MH17 crash site, accusing pro-Russian rebels of attempting a "cover-up". Speaking after the success of an Australian UN resolution calling a full and secure investigation of the crash site, Mr Abbott spoke strongly against the rebels. "After the crime comes the cover-up," he said, adding: "What we have seen is evidence-tampering on an industrial scale, and obviously that has to stop." He said he had seen evidence that it was not "random individuals" who were picking over the site, but that he

´The world is watching´:
Cameron warns of sanctions
against ´bully´ Russia following MH17
Daily Mail [UK], by Macer Hall    Original Article

David Cameron today warned President Vladimir Putin to end the "festering and dangerous" crisis in the Ukraine or face drastic international sanctions aimed at his "cronies and oligarchs." In a significant escalation of the rhetoric in the crisis following the downing of Flight MH17, the Prime Minister compared the behaviour of the Kremlin regime to that of the Nazis in the run up to the Second World War. "Those of us in Europe should not need to be reminded of the consequences of turning a blind eye when big countries bully smaller countries," he told a hushed Commons.

Europe must send a "clear signal" that Russia´s support for pro-Moscow separatist rebels in eastern Ukraine cannot be allowed to continue in the wake of the downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond has said. Arriving in Brussels for talks with EU foreign ministers, Mr Hammond made clear that Britain was determined to secure agreement on a fresh package of sanctions aimed at ratcheting up the pressure on President Vladimir Putin. [Snip] A UK expert was among international representatives waiting to start the process of identifying the remains before they are flown on to the Netherlands--where most of the

David Cameron has warned other European countries they must all ‘share the burden’ of imposing tougher sanctions on Russia. [Snip] Foreign ministers from across the EU meet in Brussels today to discuss imposing sanctions on named companies and individuals, but Britain wants to go further with embargos on dealings with the Russian defence, banking, energy and aviation industries. Mr Cameron is at the forefront of efforts to increase the economic punishment imposed on Russia for ‘fomenting’ the conflict in neighbouring Ukraine. He insists Russia ´needs European markets far more than we need Russian markets´ and has warned it would be

The town of Reus in the Catalan province of Tarragona has become the first in Spain to ban the wearing of full-face veils in public, a move which follows a judgment on July 1 by the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) which found that a French law banning the wearing of the veil did not breach the Convention on Human Rights. The Strasbourg judges said the French ban was justified because of respect for life in society: "The barrier raised against others by a veil concealing the face in public could undermine the notion of ´living together,´" the judges said. US President Barack Obama has awarded America´s highest military decoration to a soldier who single-handedly fended off a Taliban attack after his comrades were killed or relocated. Former Staff Sgt Ryan Pitts, 28, is the ninth living veteran of Afghanistan or Iraq to receive the Medal of Honor. [Snip] "In Ryan Pitts you see the humility and the loyalty that define America´s men and women in uniform," Mr Obama said at the White House ceremony on Monday. For the first time in 1,600 years, Mass is not being said in Mosul: an ancient culture has been wiped out in a matter of weeks. It´s a war crime that, strangely, no one seems to want to talk about. Mosul is the second-largest city in Iraq and the place where many Christians believe Jonah was buried. Since the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (Isis) rode into town, their faith has been forced underground. Bells have been silenced, the hijab enforced with bullets. Tens of thousands fled after being offered an unattractive choice: convert, pay a religious tax, or be

On the morning of July 3 1988, a passenger jet was taking off from the Iranian port of Bandar Abbas. It was an Airbus A300 operated by Iran Air, and on board were 290 people including 66 children.[Snip] They turned on their transponder--in accordance with normal practice--so that it emitted a “squawk code” identifying the aircraft as civilian. Pro-Russian rebels have allowed Dutch investigators to examine bodies from the crashed Malaysia Airlines plane at a railway station in eastern Ukraine. The three Dutch experts said the train might leave the town of Torez later. All 298 people on board flight MH17 died when it crashed over the rebel-held area on 17 July. The US and other nations say there is growing evidence of Russian complicity in the crash. Meanwhile, heavy fighting is reported in the main rebel-held city of Donetsk. The clashes--involving heavy weapons--are continuing near the city´s airport and the railway station, eyewitnesses say.

Convinced that their region has suffered as much Obama administration meddling as it can possibly stand, Israel and Egypt took the extraordinary step earlier this week of jointly rejecting requests by US Secretary of State John Kerry to involve himself in ceasefire talks with the terrorist group Hamas. Israeli and Egyptian diplomats both claim Egyptian efforts to mediate a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas collapsed as a direct result of Secretary Kerry’s announcement he was prepared to join the talks. He apparently made the announcement without first consulting either of the parties. The diplomats are convinced that their own

A pernicious, little-known Obama administration policy – one that that incentivizes adult illegal immigrants to use children as human shields to escape arrest and deportation at the border – largely has escaped the media’s notice. This same policy is driving the historic surge of children at the border, as everyone from coyotes to illegal immigrant adults already in America seeks to use children to guarantee their safe passage into the country, or to protect them from deportation if they are illegally living here. The flood of illegal immigrant children, piling up like human debris on the US border, won’t stop

At around noon on March 20 last year, Air Force One landed at Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport for Barack Obama’s first presidential visit to Israel. The three-day trip had been billed as an Israeli reset—the newly reelected president’s bid for a clean slate with the Jewish state after four years of icy relations. Obama would lay a wreath at the tomb of Theodor Herzl, the father of Zionism. He would visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum. He would address an auditorium packed with Israeli students. The Lois G. Lerner emails released this month revealed a potentially huge loophole in federal open-records practices when an IRS tech staffer acknowledged that the agency doesn’t regularly store — and never checks — instant message chats as official government records. Analysts say there is no question that the Internal Revenue Service and all other federal agencies should be storing chats and even cellphone text messages that may constitute official government documents, but a check by The Washington Times suggests that hardly any agency is doing so. Of 17 agencies surveyed by The Times, just two said they had policies
