IRS seeks help destroying
another 3,200 hard drives

Washington Times, by Jim McElhatton

Days after IRS officials said in a sworn statement that former top agency employee Lois G. Lerner’s computer memory had been wiped clean, the agency put out word to contractors Monday that it needs help to destroy at least another 3,200 hard drives. The Internal Revenue Service solicitation for “media destruction” services reflects an otherwise routine job to protect sensitive taxpayer information, but it was made while the agency’s record destruction practices remain under a sharp congressional spotlight. Congressional investigators of the IRS targeting of conservative groups have been hampered by the unexplained destruction of emails and other records of Ms. Lerner,

The extent of the cover-up proves the seriousness of the crime. Dear Leader Barack Hussein must be utterly terrified at the thought of the truth leaking out.

Bingo! In addition to the massive coverup operations inside the IRS and EPA, why else would the undocumented Barry Soetoro have also paid over $5,000,000.00 in legal fees to keep his most vital personal and professional records hidden from public scrutiny, under the absolute strictest "lock & key" security?

Sad to see that our country really is no different than any communist regime out there. Where are government workers who will take a stand against these egregious actions? This kind of thing cannot happen in a vaccum. Someone knows something. Are we to assume everyone in government is complicit in this cover-up? Apparently government employees pledge their allegience to job security. Are there any honest men and women working in these agencies? Step up. Your country needs you.

If there are any honest non Marxist democrats and RINO´s in government they are far and few between each other. Our government is a hot bed of communists mostly calling themselves socialists, liberals, or progressives, anything but their true identity. They actually believe government is supposed to take from those who produce to give to those who won´t as most of them produce nothing that sustains lives. The world is full of them and they all have the souls of the tares in Gods´ Holy Bible, children of the evil one, Satan.

Its a coverup. No way that many hard drives crash at the same time. Are we going to hear from every government employee that their hard drive crashed when asked about the IRS scandal? What about data archive? Why is this data being stored on personal computers rather than centralized servers? This is blatantly unbelievable. Its made even more unbelievable when many of our congress people and senators shrug it all off. Why? Because our government (both parties) do not want a third party to gain traction, and are actively trying to hinder a third party movement.

This could be a perfectly innocent sanitization process for hard drives due to 3200 computers being replaced with newer models. The IRS may be donating the computers to schools and various charities. Private corporations do it all the time to protect internal information.

But I doubt it.

Neither the Government nor many corporations recycles hard drives. They are destroyed by contracted parties. However, in many cases, employees of these contracted companies simply "wipe" the drives clean and then resell the computers. That is a fact, not an opinion.

JERUSALEM—A Hamas force wearing Israeli army uniforms emerged from a tunnel inside Israel this morning and inflicted losses on Israeli troops before being wiped out. The Hamas squad numbered at least 10 fighters, Israeli sources said. Nine were killed but an Israeli officer said at least two may have escaped through the tunnel. In initial accounts, which gave conflicting narratives, the Hamas force was said to have emerged from a hidden tunnel on the Israeli side of the border only 200 yards from a kibbutz, and split into two groups. The Progressive mantra of “diversity is our strength” is one of the most honored catchphrases of the left. Like all slogans, it is a test to see if common folk are “gun-toting, Bible-clinging” Neanderthals or are they part of the enlightened, educated elites to whom the rest of us must surrender our individual beliefs, opinions, and thoughts. But as with all that the Progressives say, the meaning of the words being used is warped and misrepresented. For example, think about what Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Shultz is saying in the following: Diversity on the bench is critical. As practitioners, you need judges who ´get it!´

Qua speech, Barack Obama’s address Wednesday on the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria was surprisingly terrible: a disorganized mess, insincere and unconvincing. To appreciate just how bad and bizarre it was, compare the president’s speech announcing a new air campaign in Iraq and Syria to Dwight Eisenhower’s 1958 statement on his decision to intervene in Lebanon with 14,000—14,000!—troops. The statement contains no chest-thumping about America’s leadership in science and medicine. No pivot to the auto industry and medical research. Eisenhower simply explained what had been done, and why.

Moreover, in describing his response, he made plain that he doesn’t take the threat to the homeland seriously. For a threat his advisers say is greater than that posed by al-Qaeda after 2001, he proposed measures suitable for Yemen and Somalia. No, really — that’s the plan. President Obama just announced that he is bringing a counter-terrorism strategy to an insurgency fight. He was at pains to repeat the phrase “counter-terror” four times in a short speech. Noting that ISIL is not a state (partly because the international community thankfully does not recognize it), he declared, “ISIL is a terrorist organization, pure and simple. And it has no vision other than the slaughter of all who stand in its way.” Neither of those sentences, unfortunately, is true. Literary lion Maya Angelou may be gone, but her memory will live on through the day and beyond. A memorial celebration to honor Angelou, the revered writer, poet, actress and civil rights activist who died this year, will kick off at the Riverside Church on Riverside Dr. near W. 120th St. on Friday at 11 a.m. Former first lady, senator and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will join a group of renowned speakers — including author Toni Morrison and popular poet Nikki Giovanni — to pay tribute to the legendary Angelou, who died at her home on the North Carolina campus
