While the liberal media establishment have a thinly disguised soft spot for massive leaker Edward Snowden and his enabler Glenn Greenwald, the editorial writers at Investor’s Business Daily offered an incredible take this week on how these men are “aiding and abetting the Islamist enemy.”They released the names of several Muslim terrorist targets under surveillance by the NSA and FBI in a new expose titled "Under Surveillance: Meet the Muslim-American Leaders the FBI and NSA Have Been Spying On." The New York Times lapped it up. IBD revealed how close Greenwald is to a terrorist-defending media watchdog: One of the

Anyone who does not hold Snowden and Greenwald in high regard is either uninformed or a useful idiot to an evil government. The Global War on Terror has been exploited and twisted to enable our government to justify destroying the foundation of individual liberty on which the nation was founded.

Snowden´s revelations have showed us all the truth.

Americans overwhelmingly view Islamic State terrorists as a serious threat to vital U.S. interests and, in a significant shift, widely support airstrikes in Iraq and Syria, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll. The nation’s increasingly hawkish mood will form part of the backdrop for a speech by President Obama on Wednesday, when he will outline his thinking on how to confront the threat from the Islamic State. Obama’s remarks will come a day after he confers with congressional leaders at the White House about the administration’s planning.Obama’s speech also comes at a critical moment in his presidency. We know Derek Jeter by heart, so why all this memorizing? The between-pitches bat tucked up in his armpit. The fingertip helmet-twiddle. The left front foot wide open, out of the box until the last moment, and the cop-at-a-crossing right hand ritually lifted astern until the foot swings shut. That look of expectation, a little night-light gleam, under the helmet. The pitch—this one a slow breaking ball, a fraction low and outside—taken but inspected with a bending bow in its passage. The United Nations Security Council met Thursday to discuss the Ukraine crisis for the 24th time this year, after reports indicated that Russian soldiers and weapons had crossed the border into eastern Ukraine to support insurgents there. Samantha Power, the U.S. ambassador to the U.N., said that Russia is not pulling back in Ukraine as it has repeatedly promised to do. "Russia has come before UNSC to say everything except truth. It has manipulated. It has obfuscated. It has outright lied," Power said. "We have learned to measure Russia by its actions, not its words. In last 48 hours, Russia´s actions have

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — It is a lingering mystery of Bill Clinton’s White House: the genesis of the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy that gay groups came to revile. But soon, this and other secrets that remain hidden away here at the Clinton Presidential Library may be unlocked. What did the Justice Department say about all the random requests for pardons? What kind of advice came from Clinton staffers such as now-Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan? What strategic thoughts were offered to the president and first lady Hillary Clinton on terrorism, Whitewater and health care reform? And what’s the library been

But these two roles are increasingly coming into conflict. It happened last year with the killing of Trayvon Martin, and it’s happening again with the death of Michael Brown. The British security services MI5 and MI6 have reportedly identified a British hip-hop artist as the key suspect in the hunt for the killer who beheaded American journalist James Foley. The Sunday Times newspaper said Abdel-Majed Abdel Bary, from Maida Vale in West London, had become a crucial part of the investigation. The paper attributed the information to “senior government sources.” Bary, 23, is the son of an Egyptian-born militant who is awaiting trial on terror charges in New York tied to the deadly 1998 bombings of embassies in Kenya and Tanzania. Former hostages held by ISIS have said he is one of several jihadists

The Obama administration will make a decision on executive action to prevent corporations from leaving the country in the "very near future," Treasury Secretary Jack Lew said Monday morning. Speaking at an event on business taxes at the Urban Institute in Washington, Lew placed the responsibility on Congress to address so-called tax inversions, but said that the administration was prepared to step in if lawmakers don´t move quickly enough. Inversions are tax maneuvers in which corporations buy firms in low-tax countries in order to place their headquarters in that country. Such deals have grown in number in recent months, with
