Protestors do not want undocumented

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Protests continue across the country over the recent wave of undocumented people illegally entering the United States. One of those protests were held Saturday morning in Montgomery County. Hundreds of protestors with the Montgomery County Citizens Against Illegal Immigration said they don’t want immigrants to be transferred to the area for housing. “Our big question and I believe their big question is how this happened under everybody’s nose,” said Michelle Prescott. “How the feds were able to bring in these children in our community and not notify anybody about it.”

The final indignity: Bodies of MH17 crash
victims tossed into rubbish trucks and

As if the heartache couldn’t get any worse, families of MH17 victims were today greeted with the most undignified scene imaginable – their loved ones in black body bags being lined up on the side of a road and thrown into the back of rubbish trucks. Almost 200 victims were piled high in the sweltering heat on eastern Ukraine before being carted off to a refrigerated train after their passenger jet was shot down by a surface-to-air missile. For three days the 298 victims of the attack were left where they fell, in a field near the village of Grabovo in eastern

Footage has emerged from deep inside the mysterious crater that has suddenly appeared in Siberia. The crater on the Yamal Peninsula - known as the ´end of the world´ to locals - was caused by aliens, a meteorite, a stray missile, or an explosive gas cocktail released due to global warming, according to theories last week. Russian scientists recently returned from the first expedition to look inside the giant hole which was previously spotted by helicopter. Their footage highlights a darkening around the rim which was earlier seen as evidence of heat possibly from an explosion during the crater´s creation. ´They found the crater

Vladimir Putin has issued a defiant warning that the MH17 crash must not be used for ´selfish political ends´ and urged separatists to allow international experts access to the crash site. Wearing a dark suit and looking tired and drawn during a rare television address, the Russian president insisted ´all people´ in Ukraine had a responsibility to the families of the 298 passengers and crew who died last week. But he added: ´No-one has the right to use this tragedy for any kind of vested interest in the political sense. Such incidents should unite people rather than separate them.´ His comments came just

It´s Sunday morning, and I´m reading the reports on the Malaysia Airline mass murder, and it´s beyond depressing. Imagine if it were a son or a daughter, a sister or a brother, a mom or a dad—rotting in that field. And surrounding that field are a band of mystery men, preventing recovery. And think to yourself, that these fellows are picking through your loved ones´ things—not only destroying a crime scene but possibly helping themselves to whatever’s around them. It’s revolting. How does this world let this happen? Because we let it happen. Amidst the clamoring for action and demands for investigations, a sense

While we regular, cash-strapped taxpayers concerned about the well-being of our country stood on the overpasses Saturday protesting the total breakdown of our borders, where were a few of our stalwart conservative spokespeople and politicians? Were they holding anti-illegal immigration signs with ‘we the people’ on the National Day of Protesting Against Immigration Reform Amnesty and Border Surge? No. Senator Ted Cruz, Rep Louie Gohmert, Glenn Beck, and Dana Loesch, among others, were in McAllen, Texas meeting with Rio Grande Catholic Charities Director Sr. Norma Pimentel just weeks after her very public visit with Nancy Pelosi. Every time American Thinker posts am article condemning the incompetence of the Obama administration (as one of mine did recently), the comments sections are rife with contempt for the authors for ascribing to incompetence what to those readers is a truly Machiavellian, leftist scheme to undermine the greatness of America. And every time some reader labels me politically correct (a quite laughable charge as anyone who knows this knuckle-dragger can attest) or politically naïve, I’m reminded of the adage, “Never ascribe to malice that which can be explained by ineptitude.” I’d always heard that was a Napoleon quote but curiosity drove

The argument about whether the regime of Vladimir Putin is evil and whether the people of Russia are complicit in that evil ended decisively on July 17, 2014 at 14:15 GMT, when Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 was blown out of the sky over Ukraine by a Russian-made surface to air missile fired either by Russia-trained Ukrainians or Russian military forces. At least one American, Quinn Lucas Schansman, was murdered in the barbaric Russian act. The president of the United States confirmed that Russia has been supplying the arms and training to Eastern Ukraine rebels that was used to take down the

A pernicious, little-known Obama administration policy – one that that incentivizes adult illegal immigrants to use children as human shields to escape arrest and deportation at the border – largely has escaped the media’s notice. This same policy is driving the historic surge of children at the border, as everyone from coyotes to illegal immigrant adults already in America seeks to use children to guarantee their safe passage into the country, or to protect them from deportation if they are illegally living here. The flood of illegal immigrant children, piling up like human debris on the US border, won’t stop

Barack Obama has managed to do something one would hardly imagine a President could achieve by the midpoint of his second term. He has managed to anger most segments of the American populace, including those to the far Left who constitute a significant part of his base. It has taken time for most people to reach this point. Americans are amazingly patient with their presidents, but Obama has pushed them beyond scandal fatigue. The “final straw” appears to be the illegal alien invasion masterminded by Obama. What they are seeing and hearing is not what they were sold; a charming man of

The slow American withdrawal from world affairs has been apparent for a long time, but has never been so glaringly evident as this week in the Middle East. Hamas is at war with Israel, the brutal struggle in Syria frustrates the world, the terrorists of ISIS are making serious progress in Iraq — and now another attempt to deprive Iran of nuclear weapons has, so far, been thwarted. The United States has a position of sorts in each of these arenas, but it’s not powerful in any of them. American influence has faded. The world’s governments no longer worry as much as they

At a political event in Wilmington, Delaware, on Thursday, President Obama devoted only 40 seconds to the shooting down of the Malaysian airline, his first statement to the world following the news. His emotionless reference to the attack as ‘a terrible tragedy’ seemed disconnected from the horrific moment, particularly as he immediately reverted to script to praise his administration and criticise Republicans. It was a far cry from President Reagan’s 1983 fierce denunciation of the Soviet shooting down of a Korean airliner as a ‘crime against humanity’. But it only confirmed the chaos into which US foreign policy has descended since the summer

Gay marriage laws and court rulings against sexual-orientation discrimination are all signs that it’s time for the federal government to change its blood-donor policy for gay and bisexual men, authors said in a commentary released Saturday. LOS ANGELES — Actor James Garner, whose whimsical style in the 1950s TV Western “Maverick” led to a stellar career in TV and films such as “The Rockford Files” and his Oscar-nominated “Murphy’s Romance,” has died, police said. He was 86. He was found dead of natural causes at his home in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles Saturday evening, Los Angeles police officer Alonzo Iniquez said early Sunday. Police responded to a call around 8 p.m. PDT and confirmed Garner’s identity from family members, Iniquez told The Associated Press. There was no immediate word on a more specific cause of death. Garner had suffered a stroke in May 2008, just weeks after his 80th birthday.

Miami - A jury in northwest Florida awarded a staggering $23 billion judgment late Friday against the country’s second-largest tobacco company for causing the death of a chain smoker who died of lung cancer at the age of 36. Michael Johnson Sr. died in 1996 after smoking for more than 20 years. In 2006, his widow, Cynthia Robinson, of Pensacola, sued the R. J. The four-week trial ended Wednesday. The jury deliberated for 18 hours over two days,
