Right-wing women are sexier
The Spectator (U.K.), by Cosmo Landesman

Original Article

Posted By:Desert Fox, 7/19/2014 5:48:40 PM

Not long ago I was out drinking with a group of friends and we started playing the If-You-Had-To game. The idea is to present players with two people they would never want to sleep with — and then make them choose which they’d sleep with. Here are some of the fiendish alternatives I had to face: Imelda Marcos or Wallace Simpson? Ayn Rand or Yoko Ono? Gertrude Stein or Virginia Woolf? Then one joker said: Theresa May or Jemima Khan? Everyone laughed at this no-contest choice. Everyone except me. How could I tell them the ugly truth: I’d prefer a night

Comments:
The only Conservative Women this applies to are the women who are both Social and Fiscal Conservatives. The Social Progressive women who are Fiscal Conservatives have the same Dark Ugly Souls of a Hag as their Social Progressive DemocRat brethren.

I spend a lot of time commuting in traffic on I95 in CT and have observed, without exception, that beat up junkers (the only cars these days sporting Obama! stickers) are driven by the ugliest hags you have ever laid eyes on.

And they look both earnest and pi$$ed.

I will not comment on what I look like, but I promise I don´t wave my longest digit in their direction as I pass them because they´re going 45 miles an hour to save gas because it´s so expensive, thanks to George Bush.

I flash them my second longest finger because of the ginormous diamond ring on it and why not make them even more miserable?

That was a joke.

DALLAS — Due to close contact with a patient diagnosed with the Ebola virus, a second person is under the close monitoring of health officials as a possible second patient, said the director of Dallas County´s health department Wednesday morning in an interview with WFAA. Zachary Thompson, the director of Dallas County Health and Human Services, says all those who´ve been in close contact with the diagnosed patient are being monitored as a precaution. However, Thompson pointed to one person in particular as a potential second case. "Let me be real frank to the Dallas County residents, the fact that we have

The man with the first case of Ebola diagnosed in the U.S. went to hospital feeling sick only to be given antibiotics and be sent home. It was not until two days later that the man was admitted to the Dallas hospital and put in isolation, it has been reported. It raises the frightening prospect that he was mixing freely with other people for a full two days while showing symptoms of the virus - the time when Ebola is most contagious. The unidentified patient has been in isolation at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital since Sunday, officials said. The hospital has launched a

Many recent surveys indicate that the vast majority of Americans feel our country is moving in the wrong direction. This country was intentionally designed to be different from others in which a monarch or strong central government controlled almost every aspect of the lives of its citizens. In most other nations, the lives of the populace conform to the will of the government. In America, the government is supposed to conform to the will of the people. Also in most other countries, it was declared that the rights of the people were conferred by the government; whereas, our founding documents indicate

They don´t hand out master´s degrees in revisionist history, but if they did, New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman might deserve one. Obama is mired in a geopolitical mess of his own making, from the Ukraine to the ISIS menace, yet Friedman´s decided to argue that Obama shouldn´t be harshly judged. His era is much more complicated than Reagan´s, you see. "I´ll leave it to historians to figure out years from now who was the better president," he claimed. Reagan´s era was defined by a capitalist-communist competition between "two organized superpowers," while Obama´s era centers on a puzzling conflict "between a

It’s funny how President Obama is always talking about “I” and “me” whenever it makes him look good, but suddenly it’s “they” and “we” when mistakes are made. For instance, for years Obama boasted about how he ended the Iraq War and how he withdrew American troops. “You know I say what I mean and I mean what I say,” he boasted on the campaign trail in 2012. “I said I’d end the war in Iraq. I ended it.” Then, over the summer, as one Iraqi city after another fell to Islamic State militants, and as critics insisted that Obama’s decision to pull all our troops out of Iraq was partly to blame, he suddenly changed his tune,

The news that the U.S. Air Force, joined at long last by some of the Arab nations most threatened by the Islamic State (ISIS), began bombing their headquarters and military sites in Syria was long overdue, but welcome. It took time because Obama had originally dismissed ISIS as a threat. It no doubt took time to get Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia to team with the U.S., but missing from the action is Turkey that borders Syria and Egypt. Turkey has become increasingly Islamist, but appears determined to stay out of the war with ISIS. By initially

There has been some talk about this for months, but it has grown louder in recent days. President Barack Obama has spent more time golfing than he has spent listening to daily intelligence briefings. The Daily Caller has calculated that he’s spent almost 700 hours in 875 “Presidential Daily Briefings” since 2009. But he’s also spent roughly 800 hours on almost 200 golf trips since his first inauguration. Obama’s golf trips typically last four and half hours, including one hour on the road. The longest trip took about six hours, according to regular reports from the media pool that follows the president on trips outside the White House. In contrast, President George W. Part of Mitt Romney´s success in securing the Republican presidential nomination in 2012 bore out of the fact that he benefited from the spoils of a divided faction on the right. If Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich were ever able to consolidate the sum of their supporters around one of them, Romney´s path to victory could have faced great peril. This calculation is weighing heavy on the minds of social conservatives as they look for a horse to ride in 2016. With an adviser to Sen. President Barack Obama has taken a lot of flack since his Sunday night “60 Minutes” interview, in which he blamed the intelligence community for his failure to tackle the threat posed by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. The Obama administration found itself scrambling on Tuesday to defend President Barack Obama for his lackluster 42% attendance record on daily intelligence briefings, a finding from a new report issued by the non-partisan Government Accountability Institute (GAI).
