Border Bill Emerging as Major
Tea Party Verses Establishment Bout

Breitbart Big Government, by Matthew Boyle

A flurry of legislative activity to address the border crisis is emerging as a major showdown between Tea Partiers and establishment politicians. Conservatives want to take the fight directly to President Barack Obama, whose executive amnesty policies they say is the primary cause of the problem. Leading the charge on the right are Sens. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), the ranking member of the Senate Budget Committee, and Ted Cruz (R-TX), the wily Tea Party freshman. The political establishment, on the other hand, prefers a legislated fix to a 2008 anti-human trafficking law, which they cite as a key cause of the problem. The

Senator Cornyn has publicly endorsed the Cruz bill. They are not on opposite sides.

Cornyn is on the opposite side of Texas and the rest of America.

Senator Cornyn is a hard one to figure out-- he is like a chameleon, or a major flip-flopper sitting on a fence.

One minute, he seems to be for "immigration reform" (read: AMNESTY), the next minute he is in on the RINO plot to keep that inept Senator Thad Cochran in power in Mississippi, and then he appears to be a Texan wanting to secure the border.

He ought to be representing TEXAS first. This INVASION didn´t just start in April and May--and now there are going to be many thousands more kids dumped into the school system in Texas that will now create a tremendous eathquake in the schools.

The school districts are not prepared for this tsumani of kids! The school district budgets are not adequate, the teaching staff in each district will be totally inadequate for ESL, the uneducated kids will ruin the test schools, and it is going to be a challenge just to function.

This is not the time to sit on our hands hoping that the republicans take the Senate. Virtually all of the republicans in the House and Senate have been useless, worried more about being called racists for critical comments about this regime.

Obama carefully observes the 2008 anti-trafficing law, but the immigration laws are ignored. Obama needs to be removed from office. Impeach him!

Unfortunately all impeachment would do is rescue Obama.

Impeachment can be initiated by the House but that´s just the "indictment".

To remove him from office he would have to be convicted in the Senate.

Can you count to 46? That´s all the votes we´ve got - so impeachment sounds good but it will not remove Zippy from office.

A fact that every politician and news talking-head in the world seems to be certain of is that you can’t win a war by air power alone. Even the media-hired retired generals throw it out as an absolute truth of warfare, as if it had fallen from the lips of Sun Tzu himself. Ask anyone, civilian, military, whatever, and he will quickly inform you of the truth of that unassailable rule of modern warfare. But when has any nation ever in history attempted to prevail in war by the singular use of airpower? “It has never happened because it just won’t

Nigel Farage: GOP Establishment Candidate
Can´t Beat a Democrat for President

On Sunday night, Nigel Farage, the Chairman of the United Kingdom Independent Party (UKIP), said that the next time Republicans prop up a “continuity, establishment candidate” for President of the United Sates, they are not going to win. Appearing on Breitbart News Sunday, airing at 7-10 pm ET on Sirius XM Patriot Radio and speaking with Breitbart Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon, Farage said that unless you can “energize and engage, to use an old fashioned term, the blue collar voter, you are not going to beat the Democrats.”

Conservatives working to reclaim a rudderless GOP should contemplate forming a third party, Nigel Farage, the leader of the United Kingdom Independence Party (UKIP), said in an exclusive interview following a U.S. tour during which he met with top officials including Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and News Corporation Chairman Rupert Murdoch. “I have no idea what the Republican Party stands for,” Farage said at the Breitbart News Embassy on Capitol Hill. “I meet lots of individuals within it who want it to say one thing or another, but collectively it’s pretty blurry, it’s pretty unclear,” Farage said of the Republican Party

Despite admonitions from amnesty activists, more Senate Democrats are urging Obama against extending executive amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, especially before the November elections, according to a Politico report. “I have concerns about executive action,” Minnesota Democratic Sen. Al Franken, said in a statement Thursday, reported by Politico. “This is a job for Congress, and it’s time for the House to act.” In recent weeks Democrats in red states facing tough reelection races have pushed back against the president taking unilateral action on immigration reform. President Obama insists that he still plans to make an executive decision on immigration reform, but his timeline for action grows increasingly convoluted. Obama and his team spent most of the summer previewing his executive action on immigration reform, vowing to fix what they describe as a “broken immigration system” without Congress as soon as possible. "I expect their recommendations before the end of summer, and I intend to adopt those recommendations without further delay," Obama explained in June, referring to a requested proposal from Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson.

Thirty-six seats are up for grabs in the Senate and all 435 seats in the House of Representatives will be contested. Of those 36 Senate seats, 15 are currently held by Republicans while 21 are held by Democrats. Clearly, the math is on the Republican side, as is the fact that the incumbent party typically loses seats in mid-term elections. This upcoming November 2014 election is crucial for America and voting for a third party candidate will not achieve the victory. To end the Obama “Rule by Decree” power grab, we have to wrest control of the Senate from the Democrats.

If our Congress wishes to fight its steady march into irrelevance it will have to actually go back to doing its job. Once upon a time, the first Article of the Constitution established all the powers that the Congress has and obligations that Congress must adhere to as they conduct their legislative business. Then, beginning in the 1930’s and 40’s, through the passage of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), and other actions, Congress abdicated part of its legislative authority to an ever increasing number of federal departments and agencies.

Qua speech, Barack Obama’s address Wednesday on the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria was surprisingly terrible: a disorganized mess, insincere and unconvincing. To appreciate just how bad and bizarre it was, compare the president’s speech announcing a new air campaign in Iraq and Syria to Dwight Eisenhower’s 1958 statement on his decision to intervene in Lebanon with 14,000—14,000!—troops. The statement contains no chest-thumping about America’s leadership in science and medicine. No pivot to the auto industry and medical research. Eisenhower simply explained what had been done, and why.

Check your hygiene privilege. Cabbies who smell badly are probably just oppressed folks who came directly from their terrorist training camp to the airport and didn’t have time to change. Body odour is among 52 criteria that officials at San Diego International Airport use to judge taxi drivers. Cabbies say that smacks of prejudice and discrimination. It does discriminate between cabbies who smell like an open sewer and those who don’t. It further prejudges what a good smell is.
