Two-thirds of illegal immigrant
children approved for asylum: report

Washington Times, by Stephen Dinan

Original Article

Nearly two-thirds of unaccompanied illegal immigrant children requesting asylum this year have had their initial applications approved, the House Judiciary Committee reported Friday in data that suggests those kids surging across the border who ask to stay will likely be able to gain admission to the U.S. The numbers show both that the U.S. government generally believes the children are fleeing dangerous conditions that they cannot return to, and signals that it will be far tougher to deport most of the children. According to the Judiciary Committee’s numbers, 65 percent of unaccompanied children’s asylum applications are approved by the initial asylum officer

Essentially by approving over 65% of all asylum claims, Obama is really doing all it takes to encourage a massive flow of young illegal aliens to come here. There are probably a billion young aliens living today in third world countries who would meet Obama´s asylum standard if they somehow showed up at the US borders, that´s almost four times the entire current population of the USA. Once granted asylum, a couple of years later, they are given a "green card" (permanent residence) and will get to bring their foreign family members here. If this is allowed to continue the USA will be transformed before most of the American people even figure out what is happening.

The scary, mastermind part of this whole sad tale? We are talking about only a certain "type" of illegal immigrant, aren´t we? Poorly educated, only willing to assimilate so far, Spanish-speaking people going directly onto the govt. dole!
Intentionally turning a country with a history such as ours into a Spanish-speaking, majority brown-skinned
country -- are we really able to wrap our minds around what our government is doing to us? Millions of WHITE European youngsters would never be given this special treatment!!

Let me get this straight... all they have to do to get admittance is say they are oppressed in their own country? Does anyone really think that isn´t explained to them before they ever left? I would like someone to press the ones that think this is a good idea, exactly why this is a good thing for the USA. We have a ton of reasons why it´s bad. Make them say it.

I hardly recognize my country anymore. In a couple decades our heritage will be history. The reason immigration worked so well in the past is because people came here to work, build a better life for their children, and become Americans. Now they come for the benefits and perks and have no intention of becoming Americans without a hyphen. It will take a monumental effort from we the people to turn this around if we aren´t already too late.

Obama is just implementing Rule #4 from Alinsky´s Rules for Radicals:

"RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules."

Or "send 30,000 children" with their parents, grandparents and pets.

Obama wants to hire many more liberal attorneys as immigration judges and immigration lawyers to represent illegal aliens to speed up the process of processing illegal aliens through the compromised liberal immigration court system so that they can be given a legal immigration status. The Republicans by not paying attention to the immigration mess for so long other then the cheap foreign labor facet have allowed the liberal Democrats to design America´s immigration system to fail for decades in order to allow many millions of mostly poor and uneducated people from around the world to stay here and eventually become Democrat voters.

What do Obama, Holder, and Jeh Johnson have in common? Yeah, that, but also...

The lawyer, Eric Holder, in support of his lawyer boss, Barack Obama, and in collusion with his trial lawyer buddy, Jeh Johnson, rejoiced at the children and teenagers entering the US through our southern (non)border. This was GREAT NEWS for the law community!

Each of these children would be given a hearing, and all necessary appeals, requiring a prosecuting federal lawyer, defense lawyer and a judge, plus other judicial expenses – all paid for by already-overburdened tax payers.

The youths, especially the MS-13 gang members, would be a long term gold mine for the lawyers. Prosecution and defense lawyers, judges, etc., would be required once they were arrested, for trials and multiple appeals – all paid for by taxpayers (who would also bear the costs of incarceration for those unlucky enough not to skate on a technicality.)

America! A great place to be a lawyer.

There I are a couple of underused living areas that should be fully utilized before the "refugees" are dumped on law-abiding US citizens: the White House with hundreds of room, 35 bathrooms, several kitchens capable of feeding a thousand people. There are acres of manicured lawns for outdoor camping. Take down the fences. The Dems assure us that fences don´t work anyway. Another spot would be The Vatican--1000s of rooms. The Catholic hierarchy is all for full amnesty. Let them show the way.

Note: Hate speech, not hate crimes. YouGov asked people about hate crimes for its poll too and found bipartisan support for the federal law that provides steeper penalties for crimes motivated by hatred of the victim’s race, religion, gender, or national origin. Sixty-four percent of Dems gave thumbs-up to that versus 54 percent of Republicans. A plurality of Republicans also support expanding that law to target hate crimes committed against gays: 44 percent say yes versus 30 percent who say no. Hate-crimes laws matter in the sentencing phase. If you’re guilty of the underlying offense, then you can be punished more

On Friday, a Washington D.C. hospital admitted a patient with possible Ebola symptons. If the patient is confirmed to have the virus, it would be the second documented case in the U.S. While we know the public is concerned about the spread of this incredibly dangerous virus, what many may not know is that it has the potential to impact the stock market, and the economy, even if it doesn’t spread. Mitt Romney just made a savvy next step in his quiet, camouflaged 2016 campaign. Like a growing number of Americans, Romney refused to declare a political party when he filled out a new voter registration reform in Utah. It´s the sort of party-rejecting step that could position a reinvented Romney to become America´s first non-Democrat or Republican president since the 1800s. The Salt Lake Tribune reports that the new Utah registration form completed and signed by Romney last August deliberately leaves out any party identification. Scientists are to challenge the climate-change sceptics by vastly improving the speed with which they can prove links between a heatwave or other extreme weather event and man-made changes to the atmosphere. It typically takes about a year to determine whether human-induced global warming played a role in a drought, storm, torrential downpour or heatwave – and how big a role it played. This allows climate sceptics to dismiss any given extreme event as part of the “natural weather variation” in the immediate aftermath, while campaigners automatically blame it on global warming.
