John McCain: It´ll Take An Open
Borders GOP to Defeat Hillary

Breitbart InstaBlog, by Dan Riehl

Original Article

Posted By:SpeedMaster, 7/18/2014 8:59:26 AM

Along with citing a list of moderate GOP governors with last names like Bush and Christie as potential 2016 GOP presidential candidates, "Arizona Sen. John McCain said Thursday that he believes Republicans can defeat former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2016, but only if they pass immigration reform." Calling Hillary Clinton the "odds-on favorite right now“ to win the White House in 2016, McCain added, "I expect it to be very competitive, except if we don’t enact some kind of comprehensive immigration reform, I do not see a way for us to really win a general election.”

Comments:
The real obstacle blocking the Republicans from winning national elections is its alliance with the crony capitalism of the Chamber of Commerce. The Reagan dems will never support those who advocate for depressed wages.

It will take a breath of fresh air to defeat Hillary.

Heard about a lady once told her pastor, "Pastor, what you need is unction". "What´s that?" asked the pastor. "I don´t know", responded the lady, "but you ain´t got it."

The GOP doesn´t have it either.

McCain isn´t all that bright and he has no problem in proving it. When he ran for POTUS, he had a secret weapon in Sarah Palin and he didn´t even realize it. He even let his inept campaign manager gag her so she could not get her effective patriotic message out to the people, thus allowing the overwhelmed democrats to mount the greatest smear campaign in history against her. Sarah unchained would have won him the presidency. I wonder if he even understands that to this day.

The GOP establishment, trying the same failed strategy over and over and over again hoping for a different outcome.

There is one litmus test that every Republican candidate must pass to move to the next round: do you support amnesty? If the answer is "yes" you´re out. Period.

And forget the mealy mouthed, slimy, obfuscating lies about securing the border first, pathways to citizenship, guest worker permits. All of it is just backdoor amnesty and everyone knows it. Anything less than sealing the southern border and allocating money for bus and plane tickets to deport 14 million illegal aliens is unacceptable.

I think we need to push the requirement that all members of Congress get an annual physical, and if they discover that a members mental capability is diminished, they have to step down.

That would clear out most of the Demon-RATS and a bunch of RINO´s too...

The war on rigorous science is now coming from all directions. Over at National Review, Reihan Salam has a piece regarding Australia´s purported repeal of its carbon tax where he argues that “the key to reducing carbon emissions is encouraging fundamental breakthroughs in low- and zero-carbon energy that will give rise to attractive business models that don’t require artificial subsidies, and that thus can spread rapidly across borders, and in particular to the developing world.” The only reason you would want to reduce carbon emissions in such a manner is because you´ve bought into climate alarmism. An unusual security search at the entrance of the Egyptian presidential palace in Cairo took place two days ago as reported by Egyptian newspapers and the Italian RAI 24 news. John Kerry and his staff were asked to go through a metal detector, and one staff member was asked to show the contents of his pockets before visiting President Al-Sisi. This humiliating reversal of protocol was a sign of mistrust towards the U.S. by an Egypt never shy about expressing hostility for America’s support of the Morsi regime. Readers who followed my many reports exposing the truth about the September 11, 2012 attack of the CIA compound in Benghazi that killed four Americans have witnessed the painfully slow process of that truth gradually evolving into the mainstream, validating my information and source. These lies were deliberately advanced by a captured corporate media adherent to the same ideological bias as the Renegade-in-Chief and his staff of co-conspirators,

A working group of lawmakers appointed by Speaker John Boehner released a set of recommendations to the House GOP conference Wednesday, including $1.5 in new spending and proposals to send the National Guard to the border and require the Obama administration to form a border security plan as tens of thousands of illegal alien children stream across the border. The proposal faces an uncertain future, with congressional Democrats digging in with opposition to amending a 2008 human trafficking law that has been cited as an obstacle to deporting the children while the recommendations produced pockets of opposition on the right.

If one gets leftist materials and articles from the Palestinian Arab perspective, one has to realize, which many avid leftists do not, that Islam has an essential element of cult-sanctioned lying: It is Taqqiyyah, and means for Western purposes of journalism and reportage that one can simply never believe materials, data and stats given to non-umma (world of Islam) recipients -- it is through and through dishonest and deliberately misleading. A year after news of the Monica Lewinsky scandal broke, former First Lady Hillary Clinton allegedly told a Pulitzer-prize winning journalist that it was former President Bill Clinton’s abusive mother that caused his unfaithfulness and sex addiction, a new book claims. That journalist was Lucinda Franks and while her latest book, “Timeless: Love, Morgenthau, and Me,” doesn’t have much to do about the Clintons, the part that does offers never before reported information from a 1999 interview with the former First Lady. The New York Daily News obtained parts of the book a month before its scheduled August 2014 release.

Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI), the Republican Party’s bookish former vice presidential nominee, is starting to look like a candidate for the presidency in 2016. In August, Ryan will publish a book with a distinctly campaign-themed title, The Way Forward. On Tuesday, the Federal Election Commission approved of a nationwide book tour sponsored by Ryan’s publisher and the Political Action Committee the Wisconsin congressman founded, Prosperity Action PAC. “The book will address “the state of the conservative movement in America today, discuss how it contrasts with liberal progressivism, and explain what must be done to save what Representative Ryan refers to as the

Colchester – Experts estimate there are nearly 300 adult loons living on Vermont´s lakes and ponds, up from just a couple dozen 30 years ago. On Saturday, more than 200 volunteers spread out across Vermont for the annual loon survey. The results of the survey are trickling in, but Eric Hanson of the Vermont Center for Ecostudies and the coordinator of the Vermont Loon Conservation Project, said there are many more birds now than just a few years ago. He said 15 years ago there were around 100 loons. In 1983, biologists counted only 29. "It is a decent, stable population. I'm hoping that actually things do start to level out.

The chairman of the Federal Election Commission today blasted Democratic colleagues opposed to his effort to protect conservative media after they imposed rules on the publisher of Rep. Paul Ryan´s new book, opening the door to future book regulations -- or even a ban. "By failing to affirm this publisher’s constitutional right, statutory right, to disseminate a political book free from FEC conditions and regulations, we have effectively asserted regulatory jurisdiction over a book publisher,” warned Chairman Lee E. Goodman, one of three Republicans on the six-person FEC.

Despite multiple studies showing no link between vaccines and autism, RFK Jr. continues to use his position to spread that lie. What will it take to make him stop? If you’re headed to Capitol Hill with a cause, it helps to be a Kennedy. For Robert Kennedy Jr., scion of America’s most storied political family, all it takes is his name to arrange face-to-face meetings with two powerful Senators. As a physician who has traveled to Washington, D.C., with health-care advocacy groups on a number of occasions, I envy the access he displays in a recent profile in The Washington

ST. LOUIS – The nation´s third botched execution in six months offers more evidence for the courts that lethal injection carries too many risks and amounts to cruel and unusual punishment, death-row lawyers and other opponents said Thursday. Death-penalty opponents say the execution of an Arizona inmate who took two hours to die shows that state experiments with different drugs and dosages are a callous trial-and-error process. The result: Every few months, an inmate gasps, chokes and takes an unusually long time to die. "These executions are experiments on human subjects," said Cheryl Pilate, an attorney for several Missouri death-row
