John McCain: It´ll Take An Open
Borders GOP to Defeat Hillary

Breitbart InstaBlog, by Dan Riehl

Original Article

Posted By:SpeedMaster, 7/18/2014 8:59:26 AM

Along with citing a list of moderate GOP governors with last names like Bush and Christie as potential 2016 GOP presidential candidates, "Arizona Sen. John McCain said Thursday that he believes Republicans can defeat former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2016, but only if they pass immigration reform." Calling Hillary Clinton the "odds-on favorite right now“ to win the White House in 2016, McCain added, "I expect it to be very competitive, except if we don’t enact some kind of comprehensive immigration reform, I do not see a way for us to really win a general election.”

Comments:
The real obstacle blocking the Republicans from winning national elections is its alliance with the crony capitalism of the Chamber of Commerce. The Reagan dems will never support those who advocate for depressed wages.

It will take a breath of fresh air to defeat Hillary.

Heard about a lady once told her pastor, "Pastor, what you need is unction". "What´s that?" asked the pastor. "I don´t know", responded the lady, "but you ain´t got it."

The GOP doesn´t have it either.

McCain isn´t all that bright and he has no problem in proving it. When he ran for POTUS, he had a secret weapon in Sarah Palin and he didn´t even realize it. He even let his inept campaign manager gag her so she could not get her effective patriotic message out to the people, thus allowing the overwhelmed democrats to mount the greatest smear campaign in history against her. Sarah unchained would have won him the presidency. I wonder if he even understands that to this day.

The GOP establishment, trying the same failed strategy over and over and over again hoping for a different outcome.

There is one litmus test that every Republican candidate must pass to move to the next round: do you support amnesty? If the answer is "yes" you´re out. Period.

And forget the mealy mouthed, slimy, obfuscating lies about securing the border first, pathways to citizenship, guest worker permits. All of it is just backdoor amnesty and everyone knows it. Anything less than sealing the southern border and allocating money for bus and plane tickets to deport 14 million illegal aliens is unacceptable.

If our Congress wishes to fight its steady march into irrelevance it will have to actually go back to doing its job. Once upon a time, the first Article of the Constitution established all the powers that the Congress has and obligations that Congress must adhere to as they conduct their legislative business. Then, beginning in the 1930’s and 40’s, through the passage of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), and other actions, Congress abdicated part of its legislative authority to an ever increasing number of federal departments and agencies.

A substantial number of political prognosticators, including the likes of the highly respected Nate Silver´s 538.com blog, give the Republicans a substantial chance of not only picking up senate seats in November, but of getting at least 51 and thus a working majority (50 seats would see a tie with Vice-President Biden giving the Dem´s a majority). Where the seers differ is not only the percentage probability of the Republicans gaining control of the senate, just how many seats the GOP will end up with. One face is for Islam’s useful idiots the other is for Islam’s faithful. The Koran is not arranged in chronological order. When it is arranged in chronological order it is clear that the Koran undergoes a serious transition after Muhammad’s first real triumph on the battlefield at Badr in 624. The period following that battle is called the Medina period of the prophet’s life. Conceptually this transition can be seen as a transition from the Old Koran to the New Koran. Unlike the transition from the Old to the New Testament, the transition from the “Old” Koran (pre-Medina) to the “New”

An astonishing exposition of the horrors of Arab behavior was issued on August 13, 2014 and published on August 27, by a most unlikely source -- a committee established by the UN Human Rights Council. The committee, headed by the Brazilian diplomat Paulo Sergio Pinheiro, was set up on August 22, 2011 to investigate all alleged violations of international human rights law since March 2011 in the Syrian Arab Republic. In its devastating report the committee portrays in detail the monstrous behavior of all the Arab parties fighting in the conflict in Syria, now a conflict involving countless actors and frontlines.

Competence is the ability to get things done. The word itself has no particular value judgment attached to it. Many perfectly intelligent people have been labeled “incompetent,” particularly by conservatives, when actually they are or have been quite competent -- at achieving disasters. We have such a person sitting in the White House -- quite intelligent, but committed to disastrous ideology. Our present administration is not incompetent in the way its officials go about achieving their goals, using as they do the incredible powers of bureaucracy and executive orders to bypass Congress and override the Constitution. Reaction by Middle East studies professors to Israel’s recent effort to destroy Hamas’s terrorist infrastructure epitomizes their perennial pro-Hamas, anti-Israel, and anti-American biases. In lieu of reasoned, informed, and balanced assessments, they proffer extremist rhetoric that demonizes Israel and America while ignoring Hamas’s misdeeds: rockets aimed at Israeli civilians, kidnappings and murder, disregard for ceasefires, and the cynical use of Palestinian civilians -- including children -- as human shields. One of the most important tools humanity needs right now is frank speech about Islam. Unfortunately, in journalism, on campuses, and in politics, politically-correct speech codes demonize any analysis of Islam as "Islamophobia." Speech taboos are obeyed across a wide spectrum. In September, 2001, after the 9-11 attacks, President George Bush stated, "Islam is peace." In 2007, his fellow officers declined to take effective action against U.S. Army Major Nidal Hasan, even after he exhibited to them a PowerPoint presentation that cited the Koran to predict and support his subsequent, 2009 shooting of soldiers at Fort Hood. President Obama’s spokesman emphasized that the United States tried to save journalist Steven Sotloff, who has reportedly been beheaded by ISIS terrorists. “The United States, as you know, has dedicated significant time and resources to try and rescue Mr. Sotloff,” Earnest told reporters when alerted that ISIS had claimed to have executed the kidnapped reporter. In the video, the authenticity of which Earnest could confirm, Sotloff is apparently killed by the same British jihadist who killed American photojournalist James Foley. “I’m back, Obama, and I’m back because of your arrogant foreign policy towards the Islamic State,”

The agency told the Associated Press that it was addressing accusations that online accounts of celebrities, including Oscar-winner Lawrence, had been hacked, leading to the posting of their nude photographs online. In addition, Apple Inc. spokeswoman Natalie Kerris said the company was investigating whether any iCloud accounts were compromised, according to the AP. An anonymous hacker reportedly gained access to private photos on the Hunger Games actress’s mobile phone, and those of 100 others, via Apple’s online storage system iCloud. The 60-odd pictures of Lawrence in varying stages of undress were then posted on the bulletin board website 4chan. More than 100 A-list celebrities are alleged to have been targeted, including reality TV star Kim Kardashian, singer Rihanna, models Candice Swanepoel, Cara Delevingne and Kelly Brook, and

Obama was speaking at the Laborfest festival hosted by the AFL-CIO in Milwaukee, Wis. “If I cared about these things, I’d also want more Democrats looking out for me,” he said. “I’m just saying. Because when the rest of the country is working to raise wages, but Republicans in Congress won’t, it ain’t right.” Noting the protests in recent months from fast food workers seeking higher wages, Obama said Republicans would open up to the

Between 1970 and 1990, the population of Philadelphia shrank by a quarter, dropping from 1.95 to 1.59 million. Like many American cities, it seemed caught in a downward spiral.
