Boehner doubtful Congress will

House Speaker John A. Boehner (R-Ohio) raised doubts Thursday that Congress will be able to fulfill President Obama’s funding request to address the influx of illegal migrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border before lawmakers leave Washington for their summer recess in two weeks. (Snip) Asked about the prospect of approving Obama’s $3.7 billion request before a five-week break begins Aug. 1, Boehner said, “I would certainly hope so, but I don’t have as much optimism as I would like to have.” Boehner said he is less optimistic because “there’s just been some comments made by our colleagues across the aisle that are going to make this

Comments:
Boehner is straddling the fence, but obviously grazing with the other RINOS toward giving what would be the unending money for these future dRATS "wards of the State." (Boehner needs to be removed as House Majority leader). The jackasses call our reluctance to just throw money at their faceless contributers (suppliers) "political posturing." The correct term would be "extortion." Once again, let the liberal theology driven churches fund these illegal aliens till they are sent home. Oh, and keep them out of our schools.

Well, well, well, now we know for sure that demonrats and the WH are behind the hordes of illegals and the open border.

Note to Boeher. Tell the libtards to stuff it and don´t budge one inch on closing that law loophole that is being misinterpreted. It´s cheaper to send each and every illegal back by First Class airline ticket.

Fight to build a wall with OUR MONEY, not REWARD the Criminals with it! Stop the insanity! Vote the RINOS out of OFFICE PEOPLE. AND THE DEMONRATS.

We ´The People´ should demand that Congress stay in session until this problem is solved. And by that I mean STOP the inflow of criminal illegal aliens and change the law to prevent these children from non-contiguous countries from staying here up to a year before they ´no-show´ for their hearings. They are receiving benefits which we can no longer afford during that period.

Arizona Sen. John McCain, once one of the most ardent defenders of American involvement in Iraq, said Thursday that had he been President in 2003 the U.S. might never have invaded. “You’ll find this surprising,” McCain said at an event hosted by CNN and National Journal Thursday in Washington, “but I think I would have been more reluctant to commit American troops.” The 2008 Republican presidential nominee and one of the chief proponents of the Iraq surge argued that his background in the military and his experience in Washington would have led him to see through “flimsy” evidence, had he defeated former President George

A tug of war is under way for possession of doomed flight MH17´s "black box" recorder amid reports the device, which could provide the key to the crash investigation, has already been sent to Moscow. Aviation experts said the black box, comprising cockpit voice and data recordings, would establish for certain whether the plane was shot down and where the deadly missile may have been fired from. The data and voice recorders on Boeing 777s like the Malaysia Airlines one that crashed are among the most sophisticated in civilian use. But as politicians including US President Barack Obama called for international investigators to be

Russian President Vladimir Putin is denying reports that his government had reached an agreement to reopen the Lourdes electronic eavesdropping base in Cuba, which once monitored a broad range of U.S. communications. “We closed this center in agreement with our Cuban friends. We do not intend to renew its activities,” Putin declared in a statement published on a Kremlin Web page. The Moscow newspaper Kommersant on Tuesday quoted unidentified sources as saying that Russia had agreed to reopen the Lourdes base near Havana, unleashing concerns about U.S. relations with both Havana and Moscow.

But in Mr. Obama’s case, there’s an unsettling and dumbfounding pattern that has clearly emerged: The need to attend fundraisers as important events–the kind of events that call for the President to return to the White House Situation Room for monitoring and assessment of said events while being debriefed by military brass and talking with our allies, including Israel–unfold in real time.
