Ukrainian Army Buk Missile Likely
Downed Malaysian Plane - Source

RIA Novosti [Moscow, Russia], by Staff

Moscow - A Ukrainian army battalion of Buk air defense systems was deployed near the city of Donetsk a day before the crash of a Malaysian passenger plane on Thursday, making the downing of the aircraft by one of the missiles highly probable, an expert source said. "According to reconnaissance data, a Ukrainian army battalion of Buk air defense systems was deployed near Donetsk on Wednesday morning,” the source said. The source added that armed militia fighting Kiev-led forces in eastern Ukraine does not have Buk systems, which are capable of shooting down aircraft flying at altitudes up to 25 kilometers (82,000 feet).

If the Russians are owning up to this terrorist act, let´s now see what 0bama does in respose. This is redundant, because the short answer is "nothing."

Gee, I have a novel concept. We report that a plane was shot down.

Then we go back to normal programming and stop freakin´ guessing until some facts are actually found!!!!

I just turned on he TV, and all of the MSM networks have their non-stop broadcasts and numerous experts giving their guesses to what happened. And, if recent history is any sign, they will mostly all be wrong.

I am so sick of this!!!

Right, the Ukrainians may have done it but the war is Vladimir´s. Without the causes, there would be no effects. Putin owns this one.

And for that matter, Obama retreated from any thought of cutting this war off at the knees when he didn´t respond aggressively (or at all) to the Russians making a mockery of the Ukraine border months ago. The United States had a treaty to protect Ukraine after talking them into giving up their Nukes. Remember that?

Conclusion? It´s Obama first in line and then Putin.

Why did the plane use this flight path?
Malaysians are Muslims - domestic politics?
Did the Ukranians do it to provoke a response against Russia?
Muslims in Bosnia massacred their own to provoke outrage against Serbs- an old trick.

I don´t believe the Ukrainians shot this plane down. If it was shot down, I believe it was the Russians. I don´t know that they meant to shoot it down, I just don´t think the Ukrainians did it. Especially because we´ve had hours of reports it was a missile from Russia and now suddenly we have Russia saying "nuh uh!!!!" Suspicious.

I´m currently watching crash coverage on Russia Today (RT) on TimeWarner. They don´t know anything either, but the reporters aren´t as obnoxous and irrelevant as are the weasels here in the states, and there are no toilet paper and cat food commercials to endure. Plus, the Russian video coverage is pretty good -- although there´s no way to really know if it is truly from today´s crash, you know.

New York - Dozens of Twitter accounts linked to Islamic State (IS) jihadists have been closed down by the site’s administrators in the last week after they were used to threaten the United States and post a string of grisly images. Members of the terror organisation apparently attempted to reactivate the blocked accounts but Twitter’s staff have repeatedly closed them down again. The accounts had been used to boast of victories in Iraq and Syria and threaten US forces. In one particularly graphic tweet, an Australian jihadi published a photograph of his seven-year-old son holding up a severed head. IS used other accounts to terrify Twitter users

A Travis County grand jury today indicted Gov. Rick Perry on two charges related to his effort last year to force District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg to resign after her drunken driving arrest. Grand jurors charged Perry, 63, with abuse of official capacity, a first-degree felony, and coercion of a public official. The indictments stemmed from Perry’s threat last summer to withhold $7.2 million in state money from Lehmberg’s office unless she step down – a threat he later carried out by vetoing an appropriation in the state budget. The money was earmarked for the state’s Public Integrity Unit, which is housed in Lehmberg’s office. Perry’s veto forced

Perry wanted Lehmberg to resign because she had been busted for drunk driving. They say a prosecutor could get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich, and this always seemed like hyperbole, until Friday night a Texas grand jury announced an indictment of governor Rick Perry. The “crime” for which Perry faces a sentence of 5 to 99 years in prison is vetoing funding for a state agency. The conventions of reporting — which treat the fact of an indictment as the primary news, and its merit as a secondary analytic question — make it difficult for people reading the news to grasp just how farfetched this indictment is. The scandal that erupted Friday night involved millions of dollars, statehouse power plays—oh yeah, and alcohol, police, and masks. Texas Governor Rick Perry was indicted Friday on charges of abuse of power—a first degree felony—and coercion—a third degree felony. The charges stem from a 2013 scandal that has been quietly rumbling in the Lone Star State as Perry has been floated as a viable contender for the Republican nomination in 2016. This is a complex case, which might be why it has not made national headlines the way other recent, state-level scandals (like Bridgegate, in New Jersey) have. Below, I have outlined

A grand jury in Travis County, Texas, indicted Governor Rick Perry today. Why? For exercising his constitutional prerogative by threatening to veto, and then vetoing, an appropriation to support the public corruption unit in Travis County’s district attorney’s office. This followed the arrest of the county’s district attorney, Democratic Party activist Rosemary Lehmberg, for drunk driving, after she was found “with an open bottle of vodka in the front passenger seat of her car in a church parking lot in Austin.” Ms. Lehmberg served 45 days in jail. The Travis County district attorney’s office has long been a cesspool of corruption.
