Homeland Secretary: Parents Give
Immigrant Children Birth Control ‘In
Case They’re Raped Along The Way’

WASHINGTON– Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson warns that some parents of Central American children attempting to cross the U.S. border illegally already know of the risks, noting that some girls are given birth control “in case they’re raped along the way.” Speaking with the Senate Appropriations Committee last week, Johnson joined the Obama administration in attempting to warn Central American parents to stop sending their children on the dangerous route to entering the U.S. illegally. But Johnson said that he’s met with children and heard stories that some parents are very aware of the risks along the route. “I’ve met with

WTH is wrong with parents who would put their children through that? What is wrong with them, culturally, spiritually, and intellectually?

And WHY is Obama encouraging this mass migration? He has the blood of innocents on his hands.

I agree #3. Poor in Central America is a lot worse than poor in America. In America, they will have clean water, education and opportunity. In Wherever, they´d have minimal chance of changing thier caste in life.

I am not saying we should open the borders, but I understand why they would send them here through dangerous conditions.

Finding that hard to believe. They want anchor babies. If they´re giving birth control for fear of rape then they´re worse parents than originally thought. How about keeping them home to protect them from that particular rape?

The anchor children are having anchor babies and the parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, second cousins, great aunts, great uncles, great great grandmothers and great great grandfathers and... and...

got the picture? chain migration.

The doltish Dems keep trying to persuade us, shame us, into agreeing that somehow we are responsible.

The day each one of them takes a large number into their homes, including BO on vacation, and into his mansion in Chicago, then we will get a better picture of their compassion.

Until then, they demonstrate that they are phonies and hypocrites who have no compunctions about spending the tax dollars of hard-working citizens in order to assuage their own guilt.

And then of course there´s the "fundamental transformation of the United States of America" to consider...

Honduran/Guatemalan logic...
Roll the dice, risk your kids safety to get to the USA. Obama has given the green light to kids to come and no deportation. They will gain their citizenship and then under chain migration bring you up to the states to spend your old age with them in the land of plenty, and plenty of entitlements.
Sure it´s risky but look at the payoff for your kids and you.

This is insanity. I have great compassion for the true children who are trying to escape the violence and poverty. I can understand the feelings of the parents. But this is the worst way possible to remedy this. We need to close the border, fix the law that allows kids automatic hearings. Then we need to threaten Mexico. If they don´t stop the illegal transportation of children thru their country to our border we´ll cut off trade, we´ll cut off aid, we´ll kick your butt. Then we need to set up a legitimate program in these countries to help bring children at risk, real children not gang bangers, here to either reunite with family or be adopted.

With conquering limbs astride from land to land;
Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand
A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame

Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand
Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command
The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.

Sounds like the parents of the young illegal aliens crossing the borderline have all their bases covered. Clearly they knew that once their children walked across the borderline that Obama would take care of them by way of his catch and release programs that the border patrol is mandated to implement. Events have shown that those Central American parents were right.

#5 and others notice the solution is for the US to start providing free contraceptives in those Central American nations.

We should also provide free shoes, some will have long walks coming North.

Since that wouldn´t cost us enough we should then rapidly expand the program to all nations. Free, Free, Free!

Seriously, I don´t see any good resolution for this mess, only bad ones and worse ones.

One person even suggested that an effort could be organized to take over the GOP from within. "Why would you ever want to do that?" Andrew asked. In

The launch of airstrikes in Syria and expanded U.S. action in Iraq, at the head of a dozens-strong coalition of nations, is by far the biggest commitment of U.S. might Obama has made, far beyond 2011’s limited air action in Libya or the operation that killed Osama bin Laden. We’re being had. Again. For six years, President Obama has endeavored to will the country into accepting two pillars of his alternative national-security reality. First, he claims to have dealt decisively with the terrorist threat, rendering it a disparate series of ragtag jayvees. Second, he asserts that the threat is unrelated to Islam, which is innately peaceful, moderate, and opposed to the wanton “violent extremists” who purport to act in its name. When the U.S. military strikes, its leaders often choose colorful code names for the operation that sometimes stick in history, like Operation Overlord or Rolling Thunder or Desert Storm. Not this time. The U.S.-led air campaign against the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria doesn´t have a name. "I know of no plans at this point to name it," Pentagon spokesman Rear Adm. John Kirby said Thursday. Since World War II, almost every U.S. military operation, large and small, has had a code name. Political pollsters have a tough job. They have to create formulas to determine if the person they are interviewing is likely to vote, and it is within this calculation that their reputations are made. Typically, those who are likely to vote in an off-year election are pretty set. They are the people who always vote in elections — with some motivated by specific issues. In a wave election, the number of those motivated by specific issues escalates, changing the electoral landscape as the candidates who are beneficiaries of this increased participation sweep to victory. The 2014 election is rapidly looking like something new
