I´m sure ol´ Pootie-Poo wouldn´t have had his own people shoot it down to give him an international excuse to go in and "pacify" the Ukraine.

Certainly, he fears our "bear on the loose."

This aircraft was said to have been flying at 34,000 ft. As of the last few days, Russia has moved missile-launching equipment into Ukraine that could bring down an aircraft at that altitude:

An Associated Press reporter on Thursday saw seven rebel-owned tanks parked at a gas station outside the eastern Ukrainian town of Snizhne. In the town, he also observed a Buk missile system, which can fire missiles up to an altitude of 22,000 meters (72,000 feet).

Ukraine´s border service said Thursday it has evidence that five Grad multiple-rocket launchers and two armored personnel carriers were brought across the border Wednesday from Russia.

A Ukraine Air Force transport plane was apparently shot down by a Russian anti aircraft missile (either fired by Russians or supplied by Russia) on Monday, with reports that the transport was flying too high for the shoulder fired anti aircraft missiles used by the Moscow backed rebels. Appears that a similar high attitude missile may have shot down the Malaysian 777 in mistaken belief that it was a Ukraine transport.

CROWDSOURCING REQUEST – Located within this inital media feed video of the Ferguson shooting various rumors and speculations can be dispelled: 1. The Reporter outlines how several (5 or 6) shots were fired after the arrival of the media. Hence the initial problem for the Police securing, and processing, the crime scene. This was part of the delay in morgue body recovery. 2. Clearly you can see Officer Darren Wilson’s POLICE SUV being removed by flatbed tow truck as it was evidence in the shooting. 3. PHOENIX — State treasurer and former ice cream chain CEO Doug Ducey campaigned from the middle and the far right, deftly gaining support from the business community and tea party supporters in his bid to win the Republican primary for Arizona governor. Now the victor will need to unite a party fractured by a bitter six-way primary and move back to the middle if he is to defeat a moderate Democrat in the November general election. Ducey rode to an easy victory with a campaign that focused on his blend of government and business experience in serving as a state official

The hormone erythropoietin (EPO) could prevent brain injuries in very premature babies, a study suggests. Brain scans show EPO - used illegally by athletes to boost performance - may help infants when given after birth. The study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, involved almost 500 babies born between 26 and 31 weeks in Switzerland. The researchers are calling for wider trials of the hormone, which is already given to some babies to treat anaemia. Erythropoietin is a hormone that stimulates production of red blood cells.

Billionaire Warren Buffett was an ally of President Barack Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign and the force behind Obama’s “Buffett Rule,” designed to increase tax bills for the wealthiest Americans. Now, the second-richest man in the U.S. has dented Obama’s effort to stamp out corporate inversions. Buffett’s financing of Burger King Worldwide Inc.’s $11.4 billion purchase of the Canadian fast-food chain Tim Hortons Inc. challenges Obama’s argument that inversions are unpatriotic and gives defenders of the practice leverage to make their case.

Not terribly long ago in a country that many people misremember, if they knew it at all, a black person was killed in public every four days for often the most mundane of infractions, or rather accusation of infractions – for taking a hog, making boastful remarks, for stealing 75 cents. For the most banal of missteps, the penalty could be an hours-long spectacle of torture and lynching. No trial, no jury, no judge, no appeal. Now, well into a new century, as a family in Ferguson, Missouri, buries yet another American teenager killed at the hands of authorities, the

The purpose of a grand jury, in theory, is to protect citizens against unfair and unwarranted prosecutions by the government. In medieval England, it was viewed as a protection against the Crown. Colonists found the institution protected them against unfair English prosecutions and included the right to a grand jury in the Fifth Amendment. But in practice, the prosecutor who runs the grand jury has a great deal of influence in orchestrating the outcome. American black people are being lied to and the lies destroy them. They are being lied to by corrupt people like Attorney General Eric Holder and Al Sharpton Jr. and Jesse Jackson and the leftists in our news media. They are being told that their poverty is due to prejudice and that the police are targeting them out of bigotry. They are being told that the dreadful existence of slum life grew out of slavery and is being perpetuated by hatred. None of this is true. Poor black people are poor because they have no family structure and get little education.

FERGUSON, Mo. — It was 1 a.m. and Michael Brown Jr. called his father, his voice trembling. He had seen something overpowering. In the thick gray clouds that lingered from a passing storm this past June, he made out an angel. And he saw Satan chasing the angel and the angel running into the face of God. Amid the hysteria over the shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., it might be lost that most black and white Americans believe they’re not out to get each other. A new Pew Research survey shows that 75 percent of whites and 64 percent of blacks say their groups get along together “pretty well” if not “very well.” It’s a bleaker view for Hispanics, 53 percent of whom say the same. Ferguson fell into the national media spotlight on Aug. 9 when Brown, who was unarmed and black,” was shot dead by Darren Wilson, a white police officer.
