It´s going to be hot tubs, basketball, tennis and golf for the first family this summer, having set plans for a 16-day vacation in Martha´s Vineyard, Mass., on a $12 million, 10-acre forested estate on the southwestern corner of the island. Reports from the Bay State indicate that President Obama and his family will vacation August 9-24 at the 8,100-square foot, beachfront home of a Democratic donor that includes a pool, hot tub, basketball and tennis court. It will be new digs for the first family, who have summered on tony Martha´s Vineyard every year of Obama´s presidency, except in 2012 when

How nice.

Meanwhile, there is a temporary flight restriction centered over Martha´s Vineyard, obliterating airspace over MVY, Nantucket, and much of Cape Cod. Too bad for the poor clubs who have to miss 16 days of their high-season livelihood so His Most Excellency and entourage can pretend to be beautiful people.

Obamas are making a big deal about this vacation...I wonder how many other "little" trips they have taken this summer that were kept under the radar. (Or the media refused to report in accordance with the requirements set out by the White House.)

He´s had a good year... lots of successful fund raisers, chaos in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, the Ukraine and elsewhere... Fundamental transformation of the country - as promised - by allowing thousands of illegal aliens to flood over the southern borders... and nobody can do a thing about it! No serious challenges from anywhere of importance, the media behind his back... Everything´s going swimmingly. Enjoy your much deserved rest, Mr. President. Perhaps we´ll have a 16 day vacation from your destruction of the country. One can hope.

It probably really does wear down Øvomit to have his homosexual side battling his muslim side. Oh the internal conflict.

Add to that all the energy it takes to actively destroy this once-great nation.

He needs a vacation to rest up to really put the final nails in the coffin of the USA during his lame-duck final two years of his reign of terror. All the destruction he has to do to this nation before he leave office will take a lot of energy...

A sister of the Boston Marathon bombers was busted in New York City Wednesday for allegedly threatening to blow up her live-in lover’s baby mama, The Post has learned. Ailina Tsarnaeva, who lives in North Bergen, NJ, allegedly phoned the woman at her Harlem home on Monday and warned her to keep her distance or face explosive consequences. “Leave us alone. I know people who can put a bomb on you,” Tsarnaeva, 23, allegedly said. Law-enforcement sources said Tsarnaeva’s boyfriend, George Briones, is currently embroiled in a bitter custody dispute with his ex over their three kids. The woman told cops

The day before Al Sharpton’s particular brand of civil rights activism led him to speak at Michael Brown’s funeral, The New York Times was celebrating him with a softball piece that outlined Sharpton’s strong connections to the Obama administration, White House adviser Valerie Jarrett, and even New York Mayor Bill de Blasio. What do all these leaders have in common? They lean left—hard left. Or as the motto of MSNBC, where Sharpton has a weekday show, puts it, they “lean forward.” But Sharpton’s leftward leanings weren’t the subject of the feature by the Times. Instead, authors Nikita Stewart and Jason Horowitz

The Department of Justice’s board of immigration appeals has decided to let Guatemalan women win asylum in the United States if they claim to be victims of domestic violence. The decision creates a huge new incentive for Guatemalan women to cross the U.S. border, because if their asylum claim is accepted, their children get U.S. citizenship, plus the use of federal health, education and retirement programs, regardless of their initial education and work skills. The new decision also means that many of the Guatemalan women who have already crossed the border this year have a new claim for asylum. “Under this breaking decision

As a society, over the past thousand-odd years, we have progressed a great deal. We no longer use medieval torture implements to punish heretics, confining them in small spaces and prodding them in the vital regions and pressing them with weights until their organs give way. Now we reserve these indignities for people who pay to travel on airplanes. The worst thing about air travel is that you cannot even complain about it without sounding like a hack comic from the 1980s. Anything is bearable so long as you can complain about it. But here this prerogative is denied us. Everything that

To the surprise of no one not on controlled substances, Rick Scott and Charlie Crist overcame weak primary opponents in a low turn-out election Tuesday to become the Republican and Democratic nominees for Florida governor. So it’s officially Mr. Sunshine against Mr. Clean (anyone who has seen Crist campaign and seen a picture of Scott will not question these sobriquets). Incumbent Scott was the choice of 88 percent of Republicans over two unknown vanity candidates. Florida Democrats demonstrated that they want the Florida governorship so badly — an office their party hasn’t held since 1994 — that they’re willing to run

Chris McDaniel´s first hurdle in his lawsuit to overturn his loss to Thad Cochran is a doozy: He may have waited too late to file it. As he worked for weeks building a case and campaigning that the election was stolen from him, McDaniel´s team said a 20-day deadline applies only to challenges of county and local elections, not a statewide U.S. Senate primary. Others, including the secretary of state, agreed with him. "Justice has no timetable," McDaniel said numerous times when questioned why it was taking so long to file his challenge of the June 24 GOP runoff for U.S. Senate. But

When voters go to the polls in primary elections across Florida on Tuesday most attention will be focused on the race in November for the state´s governor´s mansion, shaping up to be one of the most contested - and expensive - in recent memory. The outcome of Tuesday´s Republican and Democrat primaries is a foregone conclusion with incumbent Rick Scott and his main Democratic challenger, former Governor Charlie Crist, forecast to win by wide margins. The race between Scott and Crist in November is expected to be one of the nation´s most closely watched races because it offers Democrats a rare chance

President Barack Obama´s summer vacation off the Massachusetts coast has come to an end. The president returned to the White House late Sunday after spending two weeks with his family on the island of Martha´s Vineyard. What a break it turned out to be. His attempt at rest and relaxation was largely overtaken by events involving Islamic State militants in Iraq and Syria, including the videotaped execution of an American journalist they had been holding hostage, and the unrest in Ferguson, Missouri, following the fatal police shooting of an unarmed black man. What NHTSA is proposing could begin a transformation in the American transportation system that makes our lives better and freer — or gives government more power over where we go and when. In announcing its proposed rulemaking, NHTSA is stressing its intention to protect the "privacy" of American drivers. "This document initiates rulemaking that would propose to create a new Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard, FMVSS No. 150, to require vehicle-to-vehicle communication capability for light vehicles,"
