Obama Just Summed Up The State Of
The World In One Depressing Sentence

Business Insider, by Brett LoGiurato

Original Article

After President Barack Obama breathlessly addressed four different foreign-policy issues during a 10-minute statement, he summed up the state of a crisis-filled world in one sentence. "We live in a complex world and at a challenging time," Obama said. Obama touched on the laundry list of global flashpoints situations during a statement from the White House on Wednesday — the disputed elections in Afghanistan, the negotiations on Iran´s nuclear program, the Israeli-Palestinian crisis, and, finally, the conflict in Ukraine. The most significant recent development in these situations was the announcement of new sanctions on Russia shortly before the president spoke. Obama described those

He certainly did his part to make it challenging.

So goes the USA, so goes the rest of the world.

Of all the trite analyses he could have made, the least he could have done was to tell us something we didn´t already know or something that wasn´t always true.

"We live in a complex world and at a challenging time," Obama said.

No kidding. Our world has always been complex and challenging. If there were not other wars and other economic problems at other times, there was pestilence, famine, plagues, domestic and foreign mayhem, devastating acts of God and other myriad problems that were "complex" and/or "challenging".

That statement is typical of a lazy mind that cannot think of something other than trivia. Does he think this is all just a game of strategic three-dimensional chess with no humanitarian or spiritual aspects to it? Apparently.

But this is amazing:

On the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Obama said the U.S. would continue to look toward all diplomatic options to produce a ceasefire — hopefully within the next day.

How long do you "continue to look toward all diplomatic options"? Is there a stale date on that tired quasi-solution? Any cease fire that comes out of diplomacy will be short-lived, as always. Why he thinks he can change that pattern is beyond comprehension.

He quickly added Israel "has the right to defend itself" from a barrage of rocket attacks.

Everyone knows that he doesn´t believe that. He abhors Israel and pays lip service to her defense only for the $ he gets for Democrats from American Jews. He would be at his happiest (if happiness is even possible for this hostile passive-aggressive neurotic) if Israel were to be decimated by the Muslim Brotherhood or anyone else who will take on the shovel-ready job.

He admits the world is in chaos but the fact that his weakness is causing it is ignored. The only bright spot is he didn´t lay the blame on Bush this time - a slight improvement. The blame should go to Romney. He fought his rivals in the primaries and let this putz win in the general election. He should have the blame for all this and be disqualified from getting the nomination again. Barry should not get the blame because we all know he is such an ideologue it is impossible for him to break with marxist theory which does not work and cannot work. The ongoing disaster is entirely predictable. You put him in office and this is what you will get. The only way to stop him now is for large numbers of his democratic supporters to turn on him - unlikely.

The chaos in the world and America´s inability to deal with it is the fault of 0bama, Jarrett and the rest of the evil creatures in this administation, plus the gimmedats and leftist loons who voted for them.

Just imagine what the US and the rest of the world would be like right now if Romney hadn´t had the election stolen from him.

Does anyone who listens to him believe a word that comes out of his mouth? He has no solutions to these problems because he created them either by design or his failure to lead. It is hard to believe that one man could be responsible for so much damage and this article failed to mention any domestic crises of his making which are many. His focus right now is on his golf game and coming vacation. Things are moving along just as he planned. It is chaos everywhere you look. Not bad for a community organizer!

We didn´t get where we are accidentally. Which reminds me that Ronald Reagan said in his day, ´´I don´t think you can overstate the importance that the rise of Islamic fundamentalism will have to the rest of the world in the century ahead . . .´´ That ´´rise´´ has been orchestrated. The cost for some very bad mistakes on the part of some of our populace is and will be very high.

Harry Reid´s response is ´our borders are secure´. Someone put him in a straight jacket and throw him overboard. He is completely insane.

The world is in chaos and Obama thinks everything is just fine. Just a few problems here and there, but hey, Kerry is on the job. Psst... the Russians are going to establish new bases in Cuba and then build some new missile launching pads.

Obama believes the United States is too powerful, and abuses its power. Obama also believes he is correct in abdicating America´s role on the world stage, and let the rest of the world handle its problems while ignoring the fact that the United States was the world´s chief peace keeper diplomatically and militarily. Obama is also very much a social activist, and sides with the ´oppressed´ of the world.

This has created a void on the world stage, and various world powers are re-aligning to fill this void. Did Obama ever stop and think about the consequences? The United States kept the peace, and now that void is being filled by tyrants making war. Obama´s choices will come back to harm this country as well.

Obama says "Its complicated". It certainly is, and his actions have made things even more complex. Obama believes his actions are justified. He is an evil fool.

`...Just imagine what the US and the rest of the world would be like right now if Romney hadn´t had the election stolen from him...``

We would be a lot worse off with Romney as President...according to the lickspittle media`s litany of non stop doom that would rain down on us in a tidal wave of lies.

But we would be a lot better off when all the lies were disregarded. For one thing, no matter how much the Dems and their media buddies dug in, yelled and screamed and bloviated on a mass scale, the economy would have rebounded as some of the crushing leftard weight afflicting it was ended.

The run on the border, 100% the fault of the Dems, would not be happening and there would also be some improvement there.

America would not be the world`s laughing stock and fewer black hats would be tempted to do a Putin. I`ll bet, for a starter, all those victims in Malaysian Airlines 777 would be alive and well.

`Caliphate`` would be just another muzzy dirty word found in horror stories and dictionaries..

And the first world would have a future that didn`t include Sharia.

The Hamas squad numbered at least 10 fighters, Israeli sources said. Nine were killed but an Israeli officer said at least two may have escaped through the tunnel. The Progressive mantra of “diversity is our strength” is one of the most honored catchphrases of the left. Like all slogans, it is a test to see if common folk are “gun-toting, Bible-clinging” Neanderthals or are they part of the enlightened, educated elites to whom the rest of us must surrender our individual beliefs, opinions, and thoughts. But as with all that the Progressives say, the meaning of the words being used is warped and misrepresented. For example, think about what Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Shultz is saying in the following: Diversity on the bench is critical. As practitioners, you need judges who ´get it!´

But it seems North Korea is not au fait with Kim Jong Un´s break dancing, arm-wrestling and skipping - on show in a spoof video that has gone viral. In a series of clearly photoshopped scenes compiled by a Chinese student, the dictator is shown cavorting in a field with Osama bin Laden, riding a pig through a snowy field, and being fly-kicked into a swimming pool by President Barack Obama. And Pyongyang is not happy. ´It seriously compromises Kim’s dignity and authority,´ a top-ranking official from the Hermit Kingdom said, according to Asia News. North

David Cameron yesterday urged France to abandon a contract to sell warships to Vladimir Putin. Calling for an economic cold war, the Prime Minister urged other EU leaders to agree tough sanctions against Moscow. He insisted there should be an embargo on commercial dealings with Russian defence, banking, energy and aviation firms. Ahead of emergency talks in Brussels today, he insisted the EU should also freeze the assets of the Russian president’s allies, whom he referred to as cronies and oligarchs. Mr Cameron told MPs it had been shown beyond doubt that Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 was shot down by an SA11 missile fired

I feel confident in saying that most Americans are disgusted by the perfectly legal practice of U.S. companies avoiding taxes by incorporating in another country. So why does it take a whopper of a story to get the media to pay attention? Burger King, as you know, is moving to buy the Canadian chain Tim Hortons, and this is more about dollars than doughnuts. The hamburger giant plans to move its headquarters to Canada, thereby slashing its Treasury tax bill. The White House doesn’t like it. Democrats don’t like it. The Republicans don’t like it. And, as usual, it doesn’t look like Washington

Texas Governor Rick Perry has reportedly aligned himself with two of the most infamous Republican establishment operatives known for trashing conservatives. Perry is working with Henry Barbour, whom conservatives want the Republican National Committee to censure for his group´s smearing of conservatives in the Mississippi Senate runoff, and Steve Schmidt, who has elevated his profile by maligning conservatives, especially former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. Politico´s Maggie Haberman reported on Tuesday that Schmidt, the infamous hack from Sen. John McCain´s 2008 presidential campaign whose gamble to go "all-in" and suspend the campaign during the financial crisis turned up snake eyes, "has

The Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed global warming regulations aren’t just about stemming global temperature rises — according to agency’s chief, they are also about “justice” for “communities of color.” “Carbon pollution standards are an issue of justice,” said EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy in a teleconference call with environmental activists. “If we want to protect communities of color, we need to protect them from climate change.” McCarthy is referring to the EPA’s proposed rule that would limit carbon dioxide emissions from existing power plants. The agency says the rule will not only help fight global warming, but will also improve public

The Minnesota man who died alongside fellow ISIS fighters in Syria was "not a terrorist," his cousin claims. Douglas McAuthur McCain died over the weekend in radical-on-radical clashes in Syria. He lived in California before he traveled to Syria earlier this year to join other Islamic State terrorists. But his heartbroken cousin only remembers a humble, kind man — not a militant. "We would never believe him to be involved in anything like this. He´s just a regular person." Kanyata McCain told NBC News. "My cousin is not a terrorist." She said McCain converted to Islam about 10 years ago. While he had a

President Obama’s plan to schmooze Wall Street honchos at a Westchester fund-raiser Friday is grounding wealthy weekenders who planned to fly to the Hamptons or Nantucket for the Labor Day holiday. The FAA has issued a no-fly warning that extends for most of Friday and all day Saturday through Sunday, grounding seaplanes to East Hampton, Montauk, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. On Friday, Obama will be feted at the home of one of his top bundlers, 32 Advisors’ Robert Wolf, in the aptly-named Purchase, NY, with 250 high-rollers paying up to $32,000 each to bend Obama’s ear. Obama will then fly

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.— Former Republican Gov. Charlie Crist continued his political comeback Tuesday as Democratic voters selected him as their nominee to challenge Republican Gov. Rick Scott in Florida, one of four states where voters were choosing candidates for statewide office. Crist easily defeated former state Sen. Nan Rich, while Scott coasted in his own primary toward a general election matching the state’s last two Republican governors. Both have struggled with sagging approval ratings and run-ins with conservatives. “It’s a wonderful night,” Crist declared after accepting a concession call from Rich. Crist said the strong showing is a sign that Democrats

The leftist media have inflated the ego of the current regime… It’s how you get a Nobel Peace Prize for doing nothing noble or prize worthy. Vocativ was on Martha’s Vineyard over the weekend to film a piece about the African-American community on the island. While we were shooting on Beach Road, one of the busiest thoroughfares on the Vineyard, the Secret Service approached and asked us to switch off our camera for 15 minutes. A moment later, first lady Michelle Obama power walked by our crew. She was out for some exercise with a small group—and a serious security

The mayor of Lynn, Mass. says that some of the illegal aliens from Guatemala who are enrolled in her city’s public schools are adults with graying hair and “more wrinkles than I have.” “They are not all children,” Judith Flanagan Kennedy told reporters at a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday. “One of the things that we did notice when we were processing some of these students coming in was that they were adults,” she said. She added that the federal government will not allow school officials to verify their ages even though one

NBC News president Deborah Turness had to apologize after infuriating top execs and talent by announcing the network news organization had been asleep for 15 years. Turness, who came to the job from Britain’s ITV News one year ago, dropped the tactless clanger in a New York Times interview on Sunday, saying, “NBC News hadn’t kept up with the times in all sorts of ways, for maybe 15 years .?.?. I think the organization had gone to sleep.” Sources tell us Tom Brokaw, managing editor and anchor of NBC’s “Nightly News” from 1982 until 2004, Turness’ predecessor Steve Capus (NBC News president

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, part of the Department of Transportation, published last week an "advanced notice of proposed rulemaking" on "vehicle-to-vehicle communications." What NHTSA is proposing could begin a transformation in the American transportation system that makes our lives better and freer — or gives government more power over where we go and when. In announcing its proposed rulemaking, NHTSA is stressing its intention to protect the "privacy" of American drivers. "This document initiates rulemaking that would propose to create a new Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard, FMVSS No. 150, to require vehicle-to-vehicle communication capability for light vehicles,"

Mitt Romney has repeatedly stated that he will not run in the 2016 presidential election, but his most recent comments suggest he may be leaving the door slightly open for another run at the White House. During a radio interview yesterday on “The Hugh Hewitt Show,” Romney responded to more questions about his possible candidacy by saying, “I know you’re going to press, but you know, this is something we gave a lot of thought to when early on I decided we’re not going to be running this time.“ “And again, we said look, I had the chance of running. I didn’t
