Wolverine Report: Border Patrol Agents
Threatened To Defy Orders and Stand Down
If DHS Used Force On Murrieta Protesters…

Conservative Treehouse, by Sundance

Original Article

Posted By:earlybird, 7/16/2014 6:33:13 PM

We’ve been saying for two weeks that President Obama has a weak hand as he promotes his plan to deal with his own manufactured “border crisis”. Quite simply the entire administration is on the wrong side of the people. This recent report from the Border Patrol not only confirms this perspective, but further outlines how stark and contrasting is the opposition to illegal immigration. CALIFORNIA - In an exclusive expose regarding the immigration standoff in Murrieta, California, it was revealed by a confidential informant inside the Murrieta U.S. Border Patrol facility that the real reason busses stopped delivering illegal immigrants

Comments:
At the Treehouse, Wolverines are those who do investigative work that the LSM refuses to do. Or is just too lazy.

Many think Obama will call for Martial Law and Dictatorship. I never believed he would/could do it just for the reason the article states. Federal law enforcement personnel and the Military including the National Guard would never side with Obama against the American People. Most are middle class and conservative. Unfortunately many very senior Political hacks will try to support Obama, but they will get crushed.

This is a positive story.

Just more proof that Zero wins even when he loses. Tearing at the professionalism, loyalty and morality of cops, the military, border patrol etc. causes long term damage to the country, even if the Democrats have to back down on a certain issue.

Montana has never seen a Democratic U.S. Senate candidate like state Rep. Amanda Curtis. Selected by state Democrats last week to replace Democratic Sen. John Walsh on their November ticket after a plagiarism scandal derailed his re-election bid, Curtis is a far cry from the centrist candidates the party tends to field for statewide office in Big Sky Country. Curtis, a 34-year-old math teacher with a nose ring and a background in labor activism, has only one term in the state legislature to her name, and told ABC News she plans to run a progressive, “grassroots” campaign on income inequality and student-loan debt.

What´s A Grand Jury? How Will

The purpose of a grand jury, in theory, is to protect citizens against unfair and unwarranted prosecutions by the government. In medieval England, it was viewed as a protection against the Crown. Colonists found the institution protected them against unfair English prosecutions and included the right to a grand jury in the Fifth Amendment. But in practice, the prosecutor who runs the grand jury has a great deal of influence in orchestrating the outcome. The problem with Obama is too often there is no "there, there" with his words on foreign policy issues. Ferguson, MO - Conditions calmed this week in Ferguson after nights of sometimes violent unrest stemming from the fatal shooting of a black 18-year-old by a white police officer. But a delicate and crucial question lingers: What happens if the grand jury now considering the case doesn’t return a charge against the officer? The fear among some local residents and officials trying to maintain peace in Ferguson is that failure to charge the officer could stoke new anger among a community profoundly mistrustful of the legal system. Many say they just hope the grand jury’s decision, whatever it is, has irrefutable facts to back it up.
