Confusion over U.S. immigration policy
to blame for surge in illegal children –
NOT increasing violence in Central
America – claims leaked report

Daily Mail [UK], by David McCormack

The surge of thousands of unaccompanied children illegally crossing the border from Mexico is being fueled by misperceptions about U.S. immigration policy rather than growing violence in Central American, according to a leaked report. [Snip] The organization focuses on the collection and distribution of tactical intelligence concerning the southwest border and is run jointly by the Drug Enforcement Administration and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. ‘Of the 230 migrants interviewed, 219 cited the primary reason for migrating to the United States was the perception of U.S. immigration laws granting free passes or permisos to UAC (unaccompanied children) and adult females

More White House lies--not even a tiny surprise regarding this survey result.

There is no confusion over US immigration LAW, but that is not being enforced.

That is the Obama´s administration folly.

´In many cases Americans can do better

A third of Americans are now on welfare benefits, prompting calls to raise the minimum wage and encourage more people to stay in work. New census data has revealed that around 110 million Americans are receiving government assistance of some kind. The number includes people receiving ´means-tested´ federal benefits and subsidies based on income. Those receiving food stamps, subsidised housing and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families are also included in the total. At the end of 2012 around 83 million were collecting Medicaid and 51.5 million were on food stamps, with some benefitting from multiple programs.

For those of us who’ve been raising alarms about both the jihadist threat and the national-security vulnerability created by the Obama administration’s non-enforcement of the immigration laws, this is not a surprise--particularly less than two weeks before September 11. [Snip] Judicial Watch has just put out this statement: Islamic terrorist groups are operating in the Mexican border city of Ciudad Juarez and planning to attack the United States with car bombs or other vehicle born improvised explosive devices (VBIED). High-level federal law enforcement, intelligence and other sources have confirmed to Judicial Watch that a warning bulletin for an imminent terrorist

Thousands of Islamic Jihad fighters paraded in Gaza City Friday, in a defiant show of force three days after a ceasefire ended Israel´s self-defense operation, Operation Protective Edge, in Gaza. Terrorists at the march wore military fatigues and carried assault rifles and other light weaponry, with some holding aloft different types of rockets fired at Israel during the 50-day conflict that ended on Tuesday. [Snip] Israel "cannot win in Gaza," said the spokesman, known as Abu Hamza. "It is a state ready for extinction and defeat in the face of any army of our ummah (Muslim nation)."

Islamist gains prompt US

The United States has begun delivering nearly $20 million of arms including assault rifles, anti-tank missiles and mortars to bolster Lebanon´s army after Islamist insurgents seized a border town for several days this month, US officials said on Friday. Lebanon, a country of about 4 million which borders Israel, has long been buffeted by the rivalries of regional and international powers including Iran and Saudi Arabia, who back its opposing politicians largely along sectarian lines. But the threat of expansion by militants who want to build a "caliphate" stretching from Iraq to the Mediterranean has created an unusual common front among Lebanon´s

Islamist terrorists are "highly likely" to attack the UK as David Cameron announced the threat assessment has been raised to its second highest level. [Snip] At least one plot is known to have already been foiled. The Prime Minsiter warned that the Isil extremists in Iraq and Syria now pose a "greater and deeper threat than anything we have seen before", including Al Qaeda. The UK´s terror threat level has been raised from "substantial" to "severe" in response to conflicts in Iraq and Syria, Home Secretary Theresa May says. The new alert level rates the risk of an attack on the UK "highly likely", although Mrs May said there was no evidence to suggest one was "imminent". It is the second highest of five possible UK threat levels. David Cameron promised new legislation would make it easier to take passports from those travelling abroad to fight. The home secretary already has the power, under the Royal Prerogative, to withhold a passport if it is

The fears of homegrown Islamic extremism striking the streets of England were heightened recently by the gruesome video of the beheading of James Foley, a US journalist murdered by a British Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) terrorist in Syria. That British IS jihadist is far from alone in the ranks of the extremist group that has conquered large portions of Iraq and Syria, declaring itself early last month as a caliphate. According to the UK´s Home Office, 500 people associated with Britain have joined IS, and roughly half have returned to the UK. Khalid Mahmood, a British MP based in Birmingham, estimates

President Barack Obama came to the White House briefing room last night and conceded: "We don’t have a strategy yet" for confronting Isil. The remark is a gaffe in the classic sense: a clearly true statement that the politician who utters it immediately regrets. Republicans seized on the line as evidence of Mr Obama dithering in the face of the jihadist threat, and the President´s men raced to the airwaves to try to walk it back. But the fact is that despite more than 100 air strikes against Isil in Iraq since the beginning of August, the White House remains unable to field

President Barack Obama took the podium this afternoon to address serious foreign policy issues, including ISIS militants in Iraq, the ongoing civil war in Syria and the crisis in Ukraine - but all anyone could talk about was the commander-in-chief´s tan suit. Within minutes, Twitter lit up with some 4,000 comments about the president´s summery sartorial choice. Some users praised the fashion-forward leader of the free world for his bold selection, while others suggested that the taupe two-piece number, paired with a crisp white shirt and a striped grey tie, was not an appropriate ensemble for the occasion.

The European Union is considering pulling the plug on high-wattage hair dryers, lawn mowers and electric kettles in a follow up to its controversial ban on powerful vacuum cleaners. The power of hairdryers could be reduced by as much as 30 percent in order to be more eco-friendly, a draft study commissioned by Brussels suggests, threatening many of the models favoured by hairdressers and consumers for speedy blow-dries. New proposals are expected next spring to outlaw dozens of household electrical devices that European officials regard as using too much electricity, as part of plans to meet EU targets on energy

I feel confident in saying that most Americans are disgusted by the perfectly legal practice of U.S. companies avoiding taxes by incorporating in another country. So why does it take a whopper of a story to get the media to pay attention? Burger King, as you know, is moving to buy the Canadian chain Tim Hortons, and this is more about dollars than doughnuts. The hamburger giant plans to move its headquarters to Canada, thereby slashing its Treasury tax bill. The White House doesn’t like it. Democrats don’t like it. The Republicans don’t like it. President Obama’s plan to schmooze Wall Street honchos at a Westchester fund-raiser Friday is grounding wealthy weekenders who planned to fly to the Hamptons or Nantucket for the Labor Day holiday. The FAA has issued a no-fly warning that extends for most of Friday and all day Saturday through Sunday, grounding seaplanes to East Hampton, Montauk, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. On Friday, Obama will be feted at the home of one of his top bundlers, 32 Advisors’ Robert Wolf, in the aptly-named Purchase, NY, with 250 high-rollers paying up to $32,000 each to bend Obama’s ear. Megyn Kelly was incredibly bewildered Thursday night at President Obama‘s comment about having no concrete Syria strategy yet. Ed Henry was very blunt in telling Kelly that this is an unqualified “disaster” for the White House. Henry admitted he was “stunned” that none of his colleagues in the briefing room followed up on that remark of the president’s, especially considering how quickly after the presser the White House jumped right into “damage control mode.” And whereas last night Henry blew Kelly’s mind by telling her Obama would be attending one fundraiser on Friday, he told her tonight that actually, it’s going to

CULLMAN, Ala. — California is looking to bar the “Stars and Bars.” A bill sits on Gov. Jerry Brown’s desk to ban California from displaying or selling the Confederate flag or objects with images of it. The state’s Legislature passed the bill nearly unanimously last week. Assemblyman Isadore Hall III, D-Compton, introduced the legislation after his mother discovered the Capitol gift shop sold a replica of Confederate money that contained a picture of the flag, according to the L.A. Times. The lone dissenting vote among the 67 cast was from former California GOP gubernatorial candidate Tim Donnelly of Twin Peaks. He argued

Karl Rove is at it once again. The so-called “strategist” is again confusing strategy with tactics, and is about to blow easy Senate pickups in Arkansas and North Carolina. There is absolutely no excuse for not winning these two races. So how is the one-time “boy genius” doing this? By running ads attacking Senators Mark Pryor and Kay Hagan from the left. The last two Republican candidates for president have been among the weakest GOP candidates in 50 years. Barack Obama presented Mitt Romney with a gift in 2012: A struggling economy, sluggish growth, a paucity of jobs, and a health care law that was extremely unpopular. In what should have been a landslide rejection of Obama´s policies, Romney flubbed it big time and allowed his opponent to define him - and Republicans - in the most unflattering way imaginable. You would have hoped that Romney would have retired from the public arena and kept a low profile as other losers have done in

Despite how unsavory and barbaric Islamic groups and persons around the world have been behaving—whether Nigeria’s Boko Haram, Mesopotamia’s Islamic State, Somalia’s Shabaab—perhaps few things are as disgusting and cowardly as the Muslim rape of nuns: defenseless Christian women who sacrifice much of their lives to help sick and needy Muslims. The latest such attack comes from Bangladesh, which is over 90% Muslim in population.
