Obama AWOL as border crisis worsens
Washington Times, by Editorial

John McCain, an immigration hawk. Who knew? Mr. McCain, the highest-profile Republican of the U.S. Senate’s “Gang of Eight” that came up with amnesty as the solution to the immigration crisis — and it truly is a crisis — is finally taking a hard line against President Obama for his encouraging the tidal wave of illegal aliens swamping the southwestern border. “There has to be a halt to this,” Mr. McCain thundered Sunday on CNN. “That’s what we want, and the best way to do that is for planeloads of these young people to be returning to their country of origin

New Orleans has thousands of unused school buses left over from Katrina. Send the invading hordes back in them, and let them KEEP the damned things as consolation prizes.

What we are witnessing is a man´s unbridled hubris writ large. Obama has a vision for this country and it is in direct opposition to the values and traditions upon which this country was founded.

Look to the chaos he has created to see his plan for this nation. We are hanging by a thread financially. Our culture is a cesspool driven by sex and violence in every shape and form. Our children and young people are being brainwashed by academics who revile this country. The economy is under attack and with it the family unit. The racial divide has had a monumental wedge driven into it by this president and his attorney general. The country is a paper tiger on the world stage because of Obama´s foreign policy.

He has never understood Americans. He does not understand who we are because he is not one of us. From birth he has been surrounded in a caccoon of anti-Americanism. He does not know or understand the depth of love we have for this country, he has no pride in all the good we have done for the world.

This fundamental transformation is exactly what he believes he was born to do. The border crisis more than any other created abomination of his is a real insight into who Obama is. He is an evil heartless man who will gladly use children to advance his agenda. He is not AWOL. He is completely engaged in this battle he purposefully created and he means to win it.

Ah, McCain, nothing more annoying than getting double-crossed by your fellow aisle-crossers. Amnesty looks like an issue that can be put to good use in un-electing border traitors on both sides of the aisle. It might also be the thing that can finally kill the restoration of the Clinton monarchy, if the Republicans have the brains to use it.

Doesn´t sound like there´s going to be much of a HALT to this any time soon. Just heard on the news that the gooberment has given $50 MILLION to some Baptist organization to buy a resort with 600 rooms to house the ILLEGAL children that we will have to pay for and pay for for the rest of their miserable lives and then some as they will breed like rabbits. I wonder if this will be the straw that breaks the camel´s back. Not only illegal children, but illegals from around the third world are using the open borders, along with the drug carriers.

If the damnable media would actually report the TRUTH about what is REALLY happening on the border, the entire country would be protesting. But no, we get soppy little stories about ´´the chilllldren´´ and how the cold-hearted Republicans want them all to die.

Who would have thought a skinny little nobody from who-knows-where could destroy this country in six years? He´s done it with the total compliance of his butt-kissing media.

I´m waiting for "The last straw" with the American people. What will be the tipping point when we say NO MAS.

Let´s face it, Obama has been AWOL from his job and on an extended vacation paid for by the taxpayers for five plus years. He doesn´t like the responsibility of the office and it shows. The word incompetent has now become synonymous with him. Even Democrats are facing the truth of his failed presidency
Have you noticed his body language lately? Now that the veneer has warn off to expose his flawed frail frame. His posture, his language, his attitude reek with contempt for the American people.
Now that He´s crossed the
Rubicon and doesn´t care to hide his true intent, I expect the days ahead to be filled with strife.

He must have accidently stepped on his pen and dropped his phone into a water hazard on the golf course.

In terms of actually getting things done, BO has had a complete fail as president. He talks about things a lot and occasionally others take action that he endorses and takes credit for.

Worst recovery from a recession. Worst rollout of a federal program, BOCare. Worst international scene in decades, including a murdered ambassador. Worst job situation for all his "core" groups; Blacks, youth, women, Hispanics. Worst energy program with almost universal failures of all the companies he has supported. Worst transparency, and most secretive, for an Administration.

BO has been AWOL throughout his presidency.

Obama knows that as the first black President that he will never be impeached. The Democrats in Congress will never allow that to happen as they need a big black vote to stay in power.

This mass migration of young illegal aliens was politically motivated from the get-go. It started as soon as Obama told the world that he would not deport young illegal aliens who claim they entered the USA before age 16 and are now up to 30 years of age. Without any basis in law, Obama granted hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens an immigration status valid for two years, social security cards, and indirectly, drivers licenses, so that they could find employment in the USA. That unlawful act by Obama was highly publicized all over the world and especially in Central America and Mexico. Young illegal aliens and their foreign parents in Central America took that to mean that if they could get to the US border, that Obama would allow them into the USA with an official permission slip, that they call a "permiso", and that is exactly what is now happening.

This is all highly political as the liberal Democrats are trying to get their massive amnesty passed into law, that would legalize up to 20 million illegal aliens and allow them to bring all their close foreign relatives into the USA, another 20 million or so poor and uneducated third world people the vast majority of who would be natural future Democrat voters in the years ahead.

I second everything # 19 wrote.
Barry has set fires domestically and globally and then he vanishes.
Arsonists usually return to watch the flames , but, Barry is too lazy or asleep or doped up to do even that.
BTW-Afghanistan is unraveling faster than Iraq .
Barry is clearly unspooling which should alarm everyone. Including the media and Democrats especially
since he was never emotionally and mentally stable in the first place.
The media, Democrats and blacks have to turn on Barry before there could be any possibility of righting this sinking ship.
This alien invasion may be the tipping point for some blacks and some Dems , however , the media will
cling to this guy until noon on
January 20, 2017.
And then they´ll write their exposes and tell all books.
The ideal situation would be for Democrat wise men to go to Barry and tell him to resign.
Unfortunately, there aren´t any and he would never agree.
The next two and a half years are going to be very dicey
as Valerie Jarrett makes executive decisions
while Barry is in the fetal position or the hot tub ( both probably with Reggie ) or talking to White House paintings.

If the current situation with the problems with the border continues at its current pace, by Jan. 2017 there will not be a U.S.A. left. This country will have denigrated to 3rd world status. And we will have "leaders" just like any other 3rd world country. And they will be installed for life. Elections? They will go the way of the dodo bird. We, as citizens, will no longer have any say in what the country does. And just because that we produce the most of everything in the country, those is command will be just like to Soviet Union was back in its heyday. We will be TOLD what to do and when to do it. If we don´t, we´ll be rounded up and sent to the "re-education" camps. Or worse, be killed. And the fact that we have private citizens that own more that 2 million guns via the 2nd Amendment, we don´t seem to have enough people with the courage to start another revolution and clean out the trash that occupies DC and replace them with someone and something that was originally intended. I fear for the future of this once great nation.

The governors of the affected states should take a page out of Barry´s playbook and use their phones and pens to do the job he refuses to do - namely send these invaders back to their home countries, and then they should send the bills for these actions to INS. Let´s see how loudly The Won screams and threatens to sue over his duties being usurped by others.

This isn´t an illegal immigration ...it´s an illegal invasion.

Words matter and using the right words makes all the difference in how we think and act.

There’s no wiggle room in Secret Service standard operation procedures for presidential visits: The security guard who pushed elevator buttons for President Obama and his entourage at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on September 16 should not have been allowed to carry a gun that day. The more the Secret Service investigates, the less of a threat the man, who has not been identified publicly, appears to be.

A federal judge recently rejected a lawsuit filed by environmental groups to prevent the U.S. Bureau of Land Management from issuing oil and gas leases for parts of central Nevada. The case represents a small battle in protracted war to de-industrialize the West. The activists employ a familiar battle plan: Scope out an economic project, sue the government to block its approval, and sit back as legal costs mount. Recently, these groups have grown more litigious — “sue and settle” cases, where activists sue the government to negotiate settlements with often-friendly bureaucrats behind closed doors, more than doubled over the last

The Obama administration found itself scrambling on Tuesday to defend President Barack Obama for his lackluster 42% attendance record on daily intelligence briefings, a finding from a new report issued by the non-partisan Government Accountability Institute (GAI). When asked about the GAI revelation on Fox News, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki appeared flustered and unprepared. "Well, I have no validation of those statistics," said Psaki. "There are a range of ways that you can get your intelligence briefings on the road, in the White House, and I know that he receives those whenever he can."

The federal agency scheduled a media briefing at 5:30 p.m. from its headquarters in Atlanta. Dallas County officials are expected to participate. Dallas County went through a day-long anxiety attack Tuesday, waiting to hear if the first Ebola diagnosis in the nation would happen here. An unnamed patient at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas was placed in isolation while awaiting test results for the dreaded virus. Apparently, the patient had traveled recently to a

Kansas Tea Party supporters are threatening to sit out the state’s pivotal Senate election, potentially dealing another blow to the reelection hopes of Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Kan.). Though schisms within the GOP base rarely have such an outsized impact on a general election contest, the lack of support from the conservative base could be devastating to the vulnerable Roberts’s chances against surging independent Greg Orman. Multiple sources tell The Hill that a group of Tea Party leaders in the state are meeting Wednesday to try to decide whether they should go to bat for the incumbent this fall or sit out of

Sacramento, Calif. - Gov. Jerry Brown on Tuesday signed legislation imposing the nation's first statewide ban on single-use plastic bags, driven to action by a buildup of litter and damage to aquatic ecosystems. A national coalition of plastic bag manufacturers immediately said it would seek a voter referendum to repeal the law, which is scheduled to take effect in July 2015. Under SB270, plastic bags will be phased out of large grocery stores starting next summer and convenience stores and pharmacies in 2016. The law allows grocers to charge a fee of at least 10 cents for using paper bags. State Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Los Angeles,

Count House Speaker John Boehner as a fan of Jeb Bush for president. He also hasn´t spoken to Texas GOP Sen. Ted Cruz in two years. The driving issue of the 2016 election will be “competence,” and if former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush runs, “he’s got a real shot” at winning, the Ohio Republican told the Cincinnati Enquirer on Tuesday. Boehner applauded Bush’s ability to “talk about Republican issues better than most anybody that we’ve got out there,” approving of his “real record of reform” as Florida’s governor from 1999 to 2007. He also called potential candidates Ohio Gov. John

President Obama this week committed professional suicide. Let me explain. There is a theory in politics that once a leader has fired 50 or more people from his or her administration, he or she is finished. The reason being that by creating so many enemies ‘outside the tent’, the tent itself becomes too deluged with poisonous bile to avoid sinking into a quagmire of back-stabbing ignominy. Obama went a lot further than firing 50 people. He managed to single-handedly alienate 200,000 employees in the American intelligence agencies by going on 60 Minutes and ruthlessly chucking them all under a bus

Alton Nolen´s mother and sister posted a video on Facebook where they apologized to the families of victims in Nolen´s alleged attack last Thursday in Moore, Oklahoma. The two women insisted that Nolen was acting outside of his character because he believed in God and was not a violent person. Nolen, whose Facebook page indicates that he recently converted to Islam, is accused of attacking co-workers Colleen Hufford and Traci Johnson after he was reportedly fired for "personnel issues" from a Vaughan Foods factory. He reportedly beheaded Hufford, 54, and stabbed Johnson, 43, multiple times before being shot by reserve police officer

A white Ohio woman is suing a Downers Grove-based sperm bank, alleging that the company mistakenly gave her vials from an African-American donor, a fact that she said has made it difficult for her and her same-sex partner to raise their now 2-year-old daughter in an all-white community. Jennifer Cramblett, of Uniontown, Ohio, alleges in the lawsuit filed Monday in Cook County Circuit Court that Midwest Sperm Bank sent her the vials of an African-American donor´s sperm in September 2011 instead of those of a white donor that she and her white partner had ordered.
