This 76-Second Video Covers Pretty
Much Every Speech Obama Has Ever Made

Independent Journal Review, by Mike Miller

Original Article

Thanks to our friends at Washington Free Beacon, you’ll never have to watch a Barack Obama speech again. Reason being, this 76-second video shows you everything he’s going to say. He will: Tell you it’s great to be back in whatever town he’s in. Tell you to have a seat – twice. Appreciate the introduction. Love you back. Recommend building more roads and bridges. Say the economy grows from the middle out. Say the wealthy have to “pay their fair share.” Blame Republicans in Congress for everything. Encourage you to vote rather than boo.

And this just proves to me how very stupid people are who listen to him over and over again and applaud this insanity. Yet, they think they are all that. Crazy.

That shifting accent goes perfectly with the shifty speaker.

Have you heard Obama in his state Senate days? He sounds like Hillary Clinton with his flat Chicago vowels. Then he decided to talk like Stuart Scott of ESPN.

I was expecting the 199 times he used ‘I,’ ‘Me,’ ‘My’ from one recent speech all clumped together back-to-back.

But this was good, too.

Yes, the basic elements of Obama-speak, made effective by his flash smile and a spellbound media. How did this happen? The key factor may well have been a receptive mindset that emerged over many years. A mindset that enabled a good talker to gain control of a great country.

Even though I do tune in to watch Barry´s State-of-the-Union speech, it is hard to sit through without wanting to throw things at the TV. I only watch just to see the reaction to his speech by my favorite Republicans and the Justices of the Supreme Court.

When Barry enters the House chamber, I look to see which Republicans make fools of themselves patting him on the back and giving him "high 5´s". Like an elephant, I have a long memory and I make a mental note to be leery of any Republican who appears overly eager to shake Barry´s hand. Also I watch to see which Republicans zealously applaud parts of his speech, which is probably designed to make them do just that - press their "look what I´m doing in Congress button".

Arizona high court delays planned execution

FLORENCE, Ariz.- Arizona´s highest court on Wednesday temporarily halted the execution of a condemned inmate so it could consider a last-minute appeal. Joseph Rudolph Wood, 55, was scheduled to be put to death Wednesday morning at the state prison in Florence, but that was delayed when the Arizona Supreme Court said it would consider whether he received inadequate legal representation at his sentencing. The appeal also challenges the secrecy of the lethal injection process and the drugs that are used. The state Supreme Court could still allow the execution to move forward later Wednesday once it considers the arguments. The

TUCSON — A governor was moved to tears. A mayor fretted about disease and crime. A city councilman accused the federal government of keeping secrets. Around the country, in statehouses and mayor’s suites, in city council chambers and local police agencies, the challenge of housing tens of thousands of unaccompanied Central American migrant children is forcing an emotional, uncomfortable and politically treacherous conversation on policymakers at every level. In the weeks and months since large numbers of migrant children began showing up in the Rio Grande Valley, federal officials have turned to states as far north as New England and many

The Supreme Court may soon need to decide whether the federal government can be considered a "state" in our federal republic in the same sense that Iowa, Wyoming and Wisconsin are states. On the face of it, this question may seem absurd. In fact, given any level of reflection, it is absurd. The federal government is not one of the states. But this absurd question was at the heart of Halbig v. Burwell, decided this week by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, and it could soon become a defining issue in American life. Section 1311

WASHINGTON —Polarization and partisanship are a plague on American politics. Political scientists have found that the two parties have each grown more ideologically homogeneous since the 1970s. The Senate hasn’t been so polarized since Reconstruction; the House has not been so divided since around 1900.
