Lie at Heart of “Immigration

“Trust” is for Con Men: The reaction to the border chaos in Texas has accomplished one thing: It has exploded the lie at the heart of current “comprehensive” immigration reform plans. The basic structure of those plans is a swap of a) near-immediate legalization for b) increased border security in the future. The appealing idea is to let current illegals stay while taking the steps necessary to prevent further waves. The lie is the assumption that, once current illegals get their legalization, pro-immigrant activists in both parties will continue to support the second half of the bargain, the increased security. I think we would be wise to look at the possibility of the resurrection of the North American Union push. We thought we killed it. Money is about to be spent on the Mexican high speed rail link from Texas to ports in Mexico. It would explain a lot regarding both parties´ ambivalence to the open border issue.

The RINOs learned nothing during the Reagan years......the DEMS pulled the same stunt once before and it was only 3 million at the time. Now it´s probably closer to 25 mil or more.......including terrorists and mafia, drug dealers, killers, rapist, etc, etc.

We´ve been there, done that! Now it is time to close the border and deport anyone who is illegal.....no welfare, medical, food stamps and no sending more IRS refunds to the same address that count up to 4600 or more. No social security assistance checks to P.O. Boxes near the border for 100´s or more checks going to one box. We need reform, alright, just NOT what the RINOs and DEMs want.

All governments south of the Rio Grand should be advised the the U.S. will deduct from foreign aid all sums necessary to house, feed, educate and provide medical assistance to their citizens illegally crossing our borders. How they fix the problem is up to them.

Reply #2 might well be onto something: perhaps it is about more than Hussein´s vindictiveness, or padding the dem voter roles, or providing cheap domestic labor for his real constituents.

I recall hearing a reference to this scenario from a guy in software. I disregarded it, having heard nothing about it in the media. That alone is reason to be curious.

Why does current immigration law need to be changed? I can remember back in the 50s when illegals were scared of INS and illegals were deported wherever they were found. The only reason I can think of is that the goobermint quit enforcing the law and the public is subject to lies after lies after lies to keep up the non-enforcement.

#2, the proposed high-speed rail line is only under discussion and there is a LOT of opposition. Even the rosiest predictions are for at "least a decade" before any passenger could take the high-speed ride.

It´s very unlikely to happen, at least not soon.

Right now, anybody can ride a train to the border, then take a Mexican train. I´ve done it several times.

Our "great benevolent" titans of industry need the flood of illegals for their workforce. Seems to me that these billionaires should cease any hypocritical philanthropic endeavors since they obviously are only interested in slave labor. They are not content with their billions, but have an insatiable appetite for more money. They could pay their American workers a decent wage but that would effect their bottom line and they can´t have that. They will cast aside any American worker in order to feed their greed. This is all about money. Follow it and you will find the source of their "compassion for illegals". Big business is greasing the pockets of their favorite easily bribed politicians which is the perfect pairing of corporate greed and political power. It is a devil of a match up for the American worker. It is not just the titans of industry either. This practice is rampant in business period especially construction crews. The working poor is being decimated.

#2- Of course it is about the formation of the North American Community. It has ALWAYS been about forming the North American Community. Google "Building a North American Community CFR" and click on the first result to download a pdf of the Council on Foreign Relations paper. They have never given up on that.

Think about it. When ISIS put into action its plan to build a new caliphate stretching from the Mediterranean to Iran what is the first thing they did? They destroyed the border between Syria and Iraq. The northern border between Syria and Iraq no longer exists. Likewise America´s southern border. It effectively no longer exists.

But that´s not all. A perfect storm slammed into the southern US border. The CFR types who want a North American Community, the Chamber of Commerce folks who want cheap, illegal, off-the-books labor, Democrats who want more lofo voters (and if they can´t speak English all the better because they can´t ask questions), the LaRaza types who want to repopulate the US with red people, the far left who are in favor of anything that would destroy America, the black racists who want to eliminate the white majority by flooding the county with brown people, and the amnesty-Republicans who are desperate to just hold on to what they have until they die and then "who cares?" In the face of it all, who is left to defend America? Who will?

As you can see, container traffic into the US via the southern leg of transportation corridor envisioned in the NAU talks has been increasingly growing.

I´m not really suggesting anything yet but a lot of money has been spent on the project. Just something to keep an eye on.

Certainly one of the dirvers for NAFTA and improved transportation from Mexican ports to US cities is the stranglehold on the West Coast Shipping by the Longshoreman´s Union.

In addition to their economic agenda, which is to set themselves up as toll collectors for all trans-oceanic shipping, they have a political agendy. They have long been Communist influenced and led. Obama´s father was in Hawaii to try to organize the longshoremen to help China build its influence in the far east, and during the First Gulf War the unions tried to block shippment of military goods to the theater of conflict.

Glaringly absent from this article is any mention of Cecilia Munoz who is director of the White House Domestic Policy Council. Munoz is a card carrying member of La Raza. If the truth be known, she and Jarrett are the ones who created and continue to encourage this outrageous lawless invasion. I guess none of them (including that oh so brilliant "Constitutional" lawyer Obama) have read Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

How long is that list now for impeachable offenses?

#7 We don’t need any reform just our laws enforced, they have completely stopped work place raids, they release convicted criminal illegal immigrants back in to the US population by the 10’s of 1000’s instead of deporting them etc…

In fact Obama has deported less than any other president, the Border Patrol is in virtual stand down; here is a picture of my local BP & Customs office on the border taken a few days ago that must have 75-100 BP & Custom vehicles sitting in the parking lot instead of out enforcing the border.

The so-called immigration activists are a big time special interest group, allied with the liberal Democrats, whose mission in life is to liberalize the immigration laws into ineffectiveness so that as many aliens as possible, mostly all poor and uneducated, can come or stay in the USA, become legalized, and ultimately register as new Democrat voters. This special interest group is not going away, and even if a massive liberal Democrat amnesty becomes law, those immigration activists will move on to oppose and sabotage all seemingly effective immigration law enforcement measures that are a part of that "comprehensive" immigration reform, to ensure that large numbers of new illegal aliens continue to come to the USA as "seed" for the next big amnesty that the liberal Democrats will begin pushing in a few years.

Hundreds of adoptive parents across the five boroughs who´ve sent their children to live elsewhere are continuing to pull in monthly checks of up to $1,700 per child while the city, state and feds look the other way, the Daily News has learned. Because of a confusing tangle of bureaucratic rules and a lack of city oversight, the parents can continue receiving the government subsidies for months, and even years, until the child turns 21. There is a pervasive belief that poverty is a key driver of terrorism. American foreign aid increased under George W. Bush, justified partly by security concerns. Bush said at the time, “We work for prosperity and opportunity because they’re right. It’s the right thing to do. We also work for prosperity and opportunity because they help defeat terror.” Similarly Bill Clinton has stated “we have to create more opportunity for those left behind by progress, thus reducing the pool of potential terrorists.” This framing of poverty and development as national security issues continued with the Obama administration. Now the couple are calling on President Barack Obama to step down, citing his reaction to the Foley video and ´lack of leadership´ in confronting ISIS.

A federal study to determine why 75 percent of lesbian women are obese and gay men are not has totaled nearly $3 million. The National Institutes of Health study is now in its fourth year, receiving an additional $670,567 for fiscal year 2014, for a total cost of $2.87 million, the Washington Free Beacon reported. Researchers at Brigham and Women’s Hospital have come to several conclusions since studying “the striking interplay of gender and sexual orientation in obesity disparities,” which is slated to last until 2016. They have determined that gay and bisexual males had a “greater desire for toned muscles” than straight men, lesbians have lower

Nude photos of Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence, as well as those purportedly showing other top Hollywood stars, were posted online in an apparent massive hacking leak. An anonymous hacker reportedly gained access to private photos on the Hunger Games actress’s mobile phone, and those of 100 others, via Apple’s online storage system iCloud. The 60-odd pictures of Lawrence in varying stages of undress were then posted on the bulletin board website 4chan. More than 100 A-list celebrities are alleged to have been targeted, including reality TV star Kim Kardashian, singer Rihanna, models Candice Swanepoel, Cara Delevingne and Kelly Brook, and

The FBI said late Monday that it was investigating leaked nude photos that targeted Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton. The agency told the Associated Press that it was addressing accusations that online accounts of celebrities, including Oscar-winner Lawrence, had been hacked, leading to the posting of their nude photographs online. In addition, Apple Inc. spokeswoman Natalie Kerris said the company was investigating whether any iCloud accounts were compromised, according to the AP. Representatives for supermodel-turned-actress Upton, 22, and Lawrence, 24, who plays heroine Katniss Everdeen in the Hunger Games movie franchise, issued statements about intimate pictures which first appeared on

Between 1970 and 1990, the population of Philadelphia shrank by a quarter, dropping from 1.95 to 1.59 million. Like many American cities, it seemed caught in a downward spiral. Since then – like many American cities – Philadelphia has stabilized. The population now appears to have bottomed out at the millennium, and has been regaining residents over the past decade. But as it rebounds, Philly is becoming a different kind of city. In the two most recent decades, which comprise the bounce of the city’s population curve, owner-occupied housing dropped even more steeply than in the ’70s and ’80s. Between 2000 and

WASHINGTON — The current Congress is on track to be the worst ever at passing laws since modern record-keeping began, with three of its lawmakers failing to introduce a single bill, The Post has learned. The divided House and Senate have managed to pass just 163 laws that garnered President Obama’s signature since the two-year term began in January 2013. At this rate, Congress will have no problem beating the previous record set during the 2011-2013 session in which 284 laws were passed. That was down from 385 laws passed in the 2009-2011 session.

In remarks on the U.S. economy Monday, President Barack Obama said Congressional Republicans will eventually cave to public pressure to raise the federal minimum wage. Obama was speaking at the Laborfest festival hosted by the AFL-CIO in Milwaukee, Wis. “If I cared about these things, I’d also want more Democrats looking out for me,” he said. “I’m just saying. Because when the rest of the country is working to raise wages, but Republicans in Congress won’t, it ain’t right.” Noting the protests in recent months from fast food workers seeking higher wages, Obama said Republicans would open up to the
