House GOP group to recommend
changes to immigration law

The Hill [Washington, DC], by Cristina Marcos & Peter Schroeder

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 7/14/2014 5:44:23 PM

Fresh off a trip to Guatemala and Honduras, a House GOP working group on immigration will recommend Tuesday that the conference change a 2008 trafficking law to stop the thousands of immigrant children flooding across the border. Granger will offer the presentation at a pivotal conference meeting expected to signal the party´s direction on the issue. The 2008 law has emerged as the biggest sticking point between Republicans and Democrats battling over President Obama’s $3.7 billion request for supplemental border funding. Under the statute, unaccompanied immigrant children from Mexico or Canada must be screened within 48 hours

Comments:
The lawmakers also met with the presidents of both countries? Did they ask why they had reached an agreement with Mexico not to stop these illegals?? Did they advise them that they will cut off all funds until this mass exodus to our country stops? On Cavuto´s show they said Marsha Blackburn will be bringing up a bill cutting off aid to those countries. Good idea! Of course the evil Dingy Harry will probably never bring it up.

We began documenting two months ago the “border crisis” of unaccompanied alien children, UAC’s, was a pure ruse, a figment. Constructed simply to create the optics of crisis and support the demand for comprehensive immigration reform prior to the congressional recess. Evidence continued to mount week after week as we followed the money flowing out of the DHS and HHS agencies to various left-wing social constructs who were profiting from the scheme. Panic and alarm sounded as $3.7 billion was demanded by Obama to cope with the non existent “border crisis” - couched more favorably as a “humanitarian crisis”.

There’s a significant amount of media effort currently airing while trying to convince you that Ferguson Missouri is a relative Mayberryesque outlying suburb of Saint Louis. The reason for playing up the peaceful community angle is part of the optic. Painting an easier picture that Officer Darren Wilson was responding in an over aggressive manner to a moderate or innocuous threat presented toward him. Toward that end optical controller Captain Ron Johnson has even displayed 2am sock puppets made with crayons while the peaceful protestors paraded down West Florissant Avenue, the main thoroughfare.

The vice president’s Boeing 757 delivered Eric Holder to St. Louis yesterday. In Ferguson, Holder announced that he was “a black man” and therefore had the power to heal Ferguson in ways that no other law enforcement official could. Yet his comments were sure to throw gasoline on fire burning hot with racial division. That shouldn’t shock anyone. It’s the community organizing model of running the Justice Department. What is shocking is who is fueling the Justice Department’s “training” of police departments around the country: radicals, communist-affiliated organizations, and George Soros. But if we’re to trust Politico’s reporting today, Sharpton has emerged as the go-to civil rights guru for the Obama administration. (Snip) Draw whatever conclusions you like from this development. But if the point of the piece is to detail the revival of a once-reviled public figure, offering a single purified paragraph detailing the events that first made the man famous seems a bit disingenuous. Perhaps a little more context is necessary for those who didn’t live through his violent circus. So let’s revisit. Three decades ago,

Brown is described as a devout Muslim man who killed as part of what prosecutors allege was a “bloody crusade” against the United States. He sought revenge against America for what he said was the wonton killing of civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan. Tevlin was allegedly Brown’s fourth victim. Brown’s victims, with the exception of Tevlin, had a similar background: they were young,

A declassified intelligence report released by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) this week showed Hamas terrorists have been firing rockets at Israel from heavily populated civilian areas, including churches, United Nations facilities, Red Cross stations, hospitals, schools, children’s playgrounds, and a number of other areas. The report, which was declassified by the IDF earlier this week, includes previously unreleased statistics and military surveillance videos showing Hamas launching missiles from many of these civilian locations, which constitutes a war crime. New evidence is presented that Hamas used several United Nations schools run by the Relief Works Agency (UNRWA) as a base from which

President Obama is still vacationing in Martha´s Vineyard as this is written. But he may have experienced a jolting encounter with a grim reality. The problem with Obama is too often there is no "there, there" with his words on foreign policy issues. Most infamously, he drew a red line Syria, warning of terrible consequences if the Assad regime used chemical weapons. Then, when the Assad regime did use chemical weapons, Obama unexpectedly deferred to Vladimir Putin to broker a deal that rendered the red line irrelevant. There is no doubt that Obama, to this point in his presidency, has been epically

Ferguson, MO - Conditions calmed this week in Ferguson after nights of sometimes violent unrest stemming from the fatal shooting of a black 18-year-old by a white police officer. But a delicate and crucial question lingers: What happens if the grand jury now considering the case doesn’t return a charge against the officer? The fear among some local residents and officials trying to maintain peace in Ferguson is that failure to charge the officer could stoke new anger among a community profoundly mistrustful of the legal system. Many say they just hope the grand jury’s decision, whatever it is, has irrefutable facts to back it up.
