Bergdahl could get $350G

Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl could have a tax-free $350,000 dropped into his bank account if the current investigation into his disappearance from his base in Afghanistan was not desertion, and if he is deemed to have been a prisoner of war for the five years he was held by Islamic militants, Fox News has learned. The 28-year-old soldier, for whom the U.S. traded five senior Taliban operatives held at Guantanamo Bay, was set to return to active duty Monday after spending six weeks in medical rehab at Fort Sam Houston, in San Antonio. “Essentially he’ll be working a desk job,”

possibility is not probability

just remember three things
- was he absent
- did he know where he was supposed to be
- was he relieved from duty by competent authority

A general court martial can answer those questions quickly and easily.

then they can impose

- forfeiture of all pay and allowances
- reduction in grade to pvt E-1
- confinement at hard labor for life
- a dishonorable discharge

With the current administration, he is never going to be truly investigated.

He hates the military, hates our country, and intentionally joined and aided the enemy. Since the enemy are muslims, he is Øvomit´s hero. So no real punishment is going to happen to him.

Let´s just be real. Øvomit is a muslim and hates America. I´m sure he doesn´t think this traitor did anything wrong...

I keep thinking Romans 1:28 ".. and gave them over to reprobate minds.." to explain so many of the decisions being made in the highest levels of our government. The silence of the rest of them? SAME thing. This traitor has been getting 5-star medical treatment. Celebrity-type security and media privacy for he and his family both nationally and locally and now he gets all this renumeration plus his job back? Meanwhile, a good and patriotic Marine sits in a filthy Mexican jail ignored by his government and THOUSANDS more long-serving military are receiving cold-hearted pink slips while they are serving in theatre. Yes, I think this explains part of where we are at now..

The fact that the Army put him into an office and he´s free to run around tells me that the fix is already in. That general has already gotten his marching orders from the WH. After all, Barry can´t let a court marshal happen after his big splash. It would show how incompetent he is.

A jury has acquitted a Texas father who was accused of fatally shooting the drunken driver who killed his two sons. David Barajas, 32, was pushing his broken down car along a road with his 11- and 12-year-old sons back in 2012 when Jose Banda, a drunken driver, fatally struck the two boys. Prosecutors say Barajas then shot Banda, but authorities never found the weapon or physical evidence. Barajas repeatedly cried when he heard the verdict today.

Denver - Seven months after Colorado legalized recreational pot, the state has an unexpected problem. It needs to grow more. Because even though sales have surged, only about 60% of the marijuana sold is the legal variety. The rest is either illegal or grown unregulated in the so-called gray market, where unlicensed citizens can grow for their own use.
