Impeaching Obama for Tyranny…
Means Finding Political Will, Not the
Right “Magic Words”

Canada Free Press, by Kelly O´Connell

Original Article

This is the second in a two-piece article on impeachment of Barack Obama. America is navigating extraordinary travails attempting to adapt to Barack’s increasingly erratic and arbitrary decision-making. This is apparently motivated by his own misbegotten notion he’s a secular prophet who must force America to adapt into his socialistic fantasies. His trashing of the Constitution, ignoring Congress and claiming amnesia on the separation of powers has created a crisis which few on either side seem ready to address. The very bad news is America does not seem to have the courage, conviction or stones to stand up to our

Excellent must read. As a good followup to its predecessor, this article lays out the case for, and dispels many of the faux arguments against impeachment.

At the root of it: impeachment is not necessarily about "criminal" activity. It is about conduct in office, criminal or otherwise, that threatens or undermines the Constitution and its limitation and balance of powers. It is an indictment - a bill of particulars - for the Senate to consider. Whether or not the Senate convicts is a separate matter.

A few points:

"The very bad news is America does not seem to have the courage, conviction or stones to stand up to our deranged and deluded leader, and impeach him." - Not all Americans: primarily the GOP elites who choose not to represent them, but to "play it safe" so as "not to lose" the next election.

"But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."(emphasis mine) - This sentence from the Declaration of Independence implies that not only do Boehner and company have a right to impeach, they have a duty to do so. It is akin to the duty of a district attorney to bring charges against a heinous criminal, irrespective of the chances for conviction. The DA may or may not agree to a plea bargain, but charges must first be brought.

Remember what Benjamin Franklin cited as the "alternative" for removing an "obnoxious chief magistrate". Google it. The orderly, Constitutional process of impeachment must be employed to avert bloodshed. That is why the Framers incorporated it.

Just hold on a second. I disagree when O´Connell says, "The very bad news is America does not seem to have the courage, conviction or stones to stand up to our deranged and deluded leader, and impeach him."
I don´t know a single Republican, Conservative, Tea Party, OR Libertarian who does not want Obama to be impeached. The question is one of TIMING, and to insinuate otherwise is disingenuous.
We are in the midst of a brutal and dangerous chess game and sometimes it takes an abundance of subtle moves to get to the end game.

Those so-called leaders in our government are too weak to stand up for what is right. They don´t seem to know what is right or wrong and to be honest, I do not think they care. It´s all about them.......and NOT about you. Look at all they have done to harm you already. If you cannot see these facts by now, you never will see it.

I have not read this article. I am sure it is full of good advice but one thing makes it useless: the Senate.

I am exhausted running down this dead end. Why do we keep doing this, acting as though just because it should be done we could do it? I think it was Jimmy Durante who used to say: "Include me out."

Machiavelli Obama ain´t. Word and photos are leaking out that the average "immigrant child" being stuffed into unsuspecting communities is male, 14 years-old, illiterate, unskilled, and unvaccinated for any diseases.

If Barry doesn´t reverse this latest blunder and get these invaders out of our country, more blacks will catch on that they´ll be the most impacted. They might not like contracting scabies, ringworm, and TB. They might even fail to riot on que were he impeached.

I´m beginning to have hope that the slug could be ousted.

It´s not that we lack the stones to deal with Obama; we just know that Congress is as corrupt as he is and there is NO chance of the Senate finding him guilty on anything that could possibly oust the guy from office.

Even if they did, we´d have President Biden which is itself a scary thought.

The author is apparently unfamiliar with the number of Democrat Senators and the Constitution.
That whole 2/3 of the Senate thingy to convict.
As with any legal proceeding, prosecutors require evidence and witnesses when
bringing criminal charges.
Perhaps Ms O´Connell , like Mrs Palin ,
has inside information that the rest of us , including the House Judiciary Committee, is not privy to.
Blaming Republicans because Americans
voted Obama into office .. twice ..
and then gave him 55 Senators
( 53 Dems plus 2 Indys who caucus and vote with the Dems )
is idiotic. And typical of the far right.
Ms O´Connell , like Mrs Palin, should identify the specific legal high crimes and misdemeanors charges , with corresponding credible witnesses and then
tell us the 21 Senate Democrats
that they know .. for a fact..that
will join the 45 Senate Republicans in voting to convict and remove Obama from office.
We´re waiting for both these women to name the
Magic 21 Democrat Senators
who will remove Obama from office.
Waiting.... still waiting...all I hear from O"Connell
and Palin is crickets.

Under Obama´s politics of destruction, win or lose on impeachment, the country still takes a major body blow.

There ain´t no 6x6, jacked up, rocket propelled bus big and tall enough to keep going after all the media lemmings throw themselves bodily under it to protect their chosen empty suit. Add to that the legions of Lofos, bureaucrats, academics and general hate-America leftards that care not at all about history or tradition or exceptionalism. Did I mention the bought out judges? None of those people care about the rule of law.

So win or lose, Obama´s agenda is carried forward. God help us.

JERUSALEM—A Hamas force wearing Israeli army uniforms emerged from a tunnel inside Israel this morning and inflicted losses on Israeli troops before being wiped out. The Hamas squad numbered at least 10 fighters, Israeli sources said. Nine were killed but an Israeli officer said at least two may have escaped through the tunnel. In initial accounts, which gave conflicting narratives, the Hamas force was said to have emerged from a hidden tunnel on the Israeli side of the border only 200 yards from a kibbutz, and split into two groups. The Progressive mantra of “diversity is our strength” is one of the most honored catchphrases of the left. Like all slogans, it is a test to see if common folk are “gun-toting, Bible-clinging” Neanderthals or are they part of the enlightened, educated elites to whom the rest of us must surrender our individual beliefs, opinions, and thoughts. But as with all that the Progressives say, the meaning of the words being used is warped and misrepresented. For example, think about what Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Shultz is saying in the following: Diversity on the bench is critical. As practitioners, you need judges who ´get it!´
