Massachusetts now forced into border spat
Boston Herald, by Adriana Cohen

It’s finally been confirmed what was suspected all along — Massachusetts is feeling the pain of the chaotic border crisis. Forget the denials. Secret flights of illegal immigrants have made their way to Bedford and Boston. I guess Attorney General Martha Coakley and state police are out of the loop because they said in recent weeks they had no knowledge of it. We’ve learned from immigration officials that four planes filled with detainees nabbed on the border landed at Hanscom Field and Logan International Airport since April as the U.S. scrambles to cap the immigration crisis. Three other flights chartered by President Obama’s immigration

"Spat"? How odd. It´s an invasion, sponsored by the president and paid for by us, the taxpayers.

It took far too long for the (D)s to wake up and realize that our border security problem is THEIR problem, regardless of where in the country they live.

Yo..yo.. This is perfect! Phony Indian Senator Liz Warren should be thrilled. Most of the illegal aliens are "Indios". She should be on the Tarmac for the photo ops. Her constituents should be happy to receive some of Liz´s relatives as new welfare recipients. They can afford it.

Don´t forget, it was the AG who said that it wasn´t illegal to be illegal in Massachusetts. Now the chickens have come home to roost(is it pc to say that?). This disaster in the Whitehouse is allowing this invasion to happen and no one seems willing to stop him. Since impeachment is out of the question it seems our only option is in November get out to vote and defeat any and all who support this distruction of America.

Here in NYS I am seeing many more south American people with children, more than usual. The town I live in has been friendly to illegal aliens for a number of years now and the population has grown. But honestly, suddenly this summer, they seem to be absolutely everywhere. There has been no report of a busload arriving but -- the change is noticeable.

MOSCOW — Russia, facing the toughest round of Western sanctions imposed since the Ukraine crisis erupted, has adopted a nonchalant public stance, with President Vladimir V. Putin emphasizing the importance of self-reliance and a new poll released Tuesday indicating a “What, me worry?” attitude among the bulk of the population. But beneath that calm facade, there is growing alarm in Russia that the festering turmoil in Ukraine and the new round of far more punitive sanctions — announced Tuesday by both European nations and the United States — will have an impact on Russia’s relations with the West for years to

In July, Wendy Davis went on a seven-city campaign tour to call attention to Greg Abbott’s “decision to keep explosive chemical locations secret from parents.” In case you weren’t following along, Abbott decided in May to block public access to information about hazardous chemicals stored at certain facilities, including fertilizer plants like the one that exploded in West last year. Quizzed by reporters later, Abbott said citizens need only “drive around” their neighborhoods and ask companies for the information. It was a hilarious and stupid thing to say. One of the most underappreciated attributes in politics is a candidate´s authenticity. In an era when politicians´ talking points are scripted, and they worry about a gaffe going viral, the candidate who comes across as genuine holds a real advantage. It´s one reason why Barack Obama was able to defeat Hillary Clinton, why Mitt Romney struggled to capitalize on a favorable environment in 2012, and why someone like New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is able to use his force of personality to overcome ideological differences with both Democrats and conservatives. And the authenticity factor has played a critical role in this

One of the ongoing debates about policy formation in Washington which has become far more prominent since the passage of Obamacare is the role of the Congressional Budget Office, and the weight given its estimates and predictions for the ramifications of legislation. CBO has always been at the center of a debate about how much we should trust these estimates and how much legislators should rely on them in crafting policy. The larger the legislation, the more moving parts it has, the more difficult it is to calculate the fiscal and economy-wide impacts. In the case of Obamacare, the sheer largeness
