Dr. Ben Carson Answers The

Independent Journal Review, by Justen Charter

(Video) Since his breakthrough speech at the National Prayer Breakfast, Dr. Ben Carson has been in the political spotlight. In this video Carson answers the question: Are you a Republican? What might surprise you is that Carson is not a Republican, he is an Independent. Carson explains: “I tend to be more conservative. Because I tend to belong to what I call the Logical Party or the Common-Sense Party. And, conservatism tends to lean more towards common sense than progressivism does.” “I actually would favor a voting system, in which there were no political designations on the ballot, where you

My answer is the same as DR. Carson.
Does Dr. Carson know he is wishing for the original Constitutional measure -- before it was corrupted to block the masses?
Candidates were to declare and seek votes with no politics involved-- the one with the highest number won the election.
Presidential voting was winner of the most votes president and the second highest VP.
That is until left over Tories AKA. G. Hamilton decide to force a version of British House of Lords and Commons.
He failed only to make the house of Lords a birthright position. Of course that status has been bought and fought for since then.

The Framers would agree. They were leery of political parties in the first place. The "R" and "D" are a form of political advertising.

Unfortunately, we´re stuck with it. All we can do now is form a political party of our own, like "USIP".

How would you know who to contribute to?

So many inherent problems that you couldn´t list them in an encyclopedia.

Silliness in my opinion. And remember, I am entitled to my opinion and I expect to be excoriated by dims but Pubs & Indies should be more gracious.

This man will not be president, in spite of his outward appeal. The MSM won´t allow it. After all, they decide who the president will be.

Oh oh, just lost me with the "vote for the person" rather than party thing. In a wold of liars all that you can depend on is your own discernment and the party keeping the rest of the party in line. What the party stands for.

Conservatives should work within the GOP to pull it right but the country as a whole is center right. The polarized country presidential elections seem to be decided by the lo fos in the middle and voter fraud?

I´m sorry, #12, but the GOP made it clear in Mississippi that they will never allow that to happen. In a world of liars, when the party you are depending on to keep the rest of the party in line joins the cadre of liars, it would be foolish to continue to depend on them.

An idea is not a good idea just because you like the speaker. And it is also true that if you don´t like him not every utterance of his is wrong now and for all time to come.

Thus far Dr. Carson has said many of the right things. How far do we dig to find he has also stated many of the ´wrong´. The man has potential, and investigation should be ongoing only to see how sincere he is. As no one trusts the MFM, perhaps some Conservative Sites will do this for the people of this country. Facts that are apparent:

1.He is Smart and employs common sense.

2.He has a very brave heart and willing to roll up his sleeves in order to work to achieve success.

3.Still, few know where he stands on a number of issues.....and for that decision, investigation is necessary.

4. For many, Once Burned; Twice Shy. Which is not the way this should be seen. However, surely most will understand why one vote would be a difficult choice. That choice is yours and yours alone. Use it wisely.

One of the curious aspects of the Tea Party’s emergence during the past four years is the extent to which the mainstream media have fostered the idea that this political phenomenon represents a kind of radicalism. Certainly, some politicians of the so-called Tea Party have tossed out ideas and expressions that have been silly and warped. Does that mean, though, that the Tea Party, as a broad political movement, is radical? The answer is no. The Tea Party is a reactive movement, aimed at protecting the political mainstream from radical ideas, initiatives and policies of the left. Indeed, a review

Between 1970 and 1990, the population of Philadelphia shrank by a quarter, dropping from 1.95 to 1.59 million. Like many American cities, it seemed caught in a downward spiral. Since then – like many American cities – Philadelphia has stabilized. The population now appears to have bottomed out at the millennium, and has been regaining residents over the past decade. In the two most recent decades, which comprise the bounce of the city’s population curve, owner-occupied housing dropped even more steeply than in the ’70s and ’80s. Between 2000 and
