Deadliest, Rarest Form of Plague
Contracted Near Denver

Bloomberg, by Sonali Basak & Jennifer Oldham

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 7/12/2014 12:24:26 PM

A Colorado man is infected with the rarest and most fatal form of plague, an airborne version that can be spread through coughing and sneezing. It is the first case of pneumonic plague seen in the state since 2004, said Jennifer House, a spokeswoman for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. The man, who hasn’t been identified, may have been exposed in Adams County near Denver, health officials said in a statement. While House said the man has been hospitalized and treated, she wouldn’t release other details about his situation. “He’s on treatment long enough to not be transmissible,”

Comments:
The article is short on specifics. They will not give his name and how he contracted this. Did he get this from a diseased illegal?? Inquiring minds want to know. Because of all that is happening in this country it isn´t shocking that we should be alarmed about things like this.

Is this the new "weapons of mass destruction"?

Not blaming anyone but our borders are wide open for such as this. BTW, the new word for illegals is ´migrants´, so OK, ILLEGAL migrants are not all or even mostly children. That´s a lie. Where these people are coming from they cease to be children around 9 or 10. Notice also they´re mostly males.

How convenient. People come down with fatal diseases the minute we become aware of the multitudes of illegals allowed to cross our borders. I am beginning to think our own government is responsible for the release of these dangerous airborne toxins.

Although there is no evidence that this case of pneumonic plague was spread from an illegal border crosser, some potentially deadly contagious diseases have already been spread to Americans by the rabble from south of the border.

In terrorists´ arsenals potentially the deadliest weapons are biological agents. Our enemies (and even our government, decades back) spent a lot of money investigating and in some cases weaponizing biological agents. Some of it is handled carelessly, e.g., vials of smallpox were discovered last week near D.C.

If there´s one thing that might truly get Obama pitched out of office, an epidemic of deadly diseases brought in by illegal aliens he wants as Democrat voters and Cloward-Piven financial leeches would suffice. Even his most slavish supporters wouldn´t be able to swallow a pandemic that he failed to prevent. It´s also likely that terrorists whose intentions are not benign have joined the border jumpers. Now´s the safest time for them to enter the country. They know Obama has no intention of sending them away. In time they´ll pop up somewhere.

At a Democratic National Committee fundraiser in New York Friday, President Obama attributed people´s pervasive sense the world is falling apart to “social media.” “The world’s always been messy… we’re just noticing now in part because of social media,” Obama said. “I can see why a lot of folks are troubled,” he said. The Los Angeles Times is reporting that President Obama may postpone his sweeping executive actions on immigration until after the midterm elections. Why? Because Democrats are begging him to: The two-step plan would bow to the concerns of Democratic lawmakers running in Republican-leaning states who have expressed opposition to Obama’s plans to act unilaterally on the hot-button issue. Some Democratic senators have said he should wait for Congress to pass legislation. Wait. Why would they want to do that? Aren’t the policies Obama is proposing on immigration wildly popular? That’s what they keep telling us, anyway. “I promise you, the American people

Sometimes voter-fraud deniers are forced to discuss the truth of voter fraud. This happened today at the Washington Post (“Fairfax officials say some people may have crossed Va.-Md. line to vote twice in 2012“). While the Post deserves credit from emerging from its cocoon of voter-fraud denial, it deserves scorn for bungling the emergence. Reporter Susan Svrluga notes that “tens of thousands of voters” were registered to cast ballots in both Virginia and Maryland. That’s true, and it is a big problem nationwide. Hundreds of thousands of people are registered to vote in multiple states, and many of them have voted. It

The latest Gallup poll on President Obama job performance is out. At the top line, things could be worse for the president and his party. 44 percent approve of his performance, while 53 percent disapprove. That’s considerably worse than in the run-up to the 2010 election, and certainly cause for concern among Democrats. But Dems won’t be surprised by this split which, as I said, could be worse. The intensity numbers, however, are terrible for Obama and the Dems. 39 percent of Americans (essentially 2 in 5) say they strongly disapprove of the president’s performance. Only 17 percent say they strongly approve.
